The property is beautiful and many areas for entertainment as well as peaceful. Breakfast is free but limited variety compared to other beach hotels. Bed was wonderful, cleaning was perfect. Costs for drinks, including water, was the highest I ever paid in any hotel. No shuttle, all walking distances if you want outside of the hotel gates. Otherwise staff was excellent.

We went to the hotel as a group of friends we have enjoyed every second of our stay, it all started in the moment of check in, I forgot that I booked my stay with dinner I wanted to add extra and the guy in the reception told me that dinner was included, if it was someone else he would take the money. The room was very clean the staff is very helpful the atmosphere is perfect. Whether you stay in the swimming pool area or at the beach bar or even in the beach you will definitely enjoy. The food is amazing there is for all tastes. Thank you Africa Jade for making our stay memorable.

I have been going to Africa Jade since 2010. I mainly go to Korba on business trips. I do not use the hotel beach or pool. I mainly use the restaurant and the room. The rooms have been same and are not renovated.
There are no King/Queen size beds at all in single rooms, not even at a prior request. The blankets are very small for an adult person!! The WIFI is only available in the lobby which is not very convenient to work in for business travelers, like me, as the lightening is very low everywhere(hotel theme) and the guests would spend the night in the lobby near the restaurant and the bar.

Excellent état général, belle décoration, espaces verts très agréables , très belle piscine appréciée par les enfants, plage avec des transats,demi pension très correcte avec beaucoup de choix.
Points faibles : il est difficile de commander du thé quand on le souhaite ( c’est un comble en Tunisie) et surtout ne demander pas un thé sans sucre ( on l’attend encore) , beaucoup de mouches dans les restaurants extérieurs , pour la demi-pension chercher une tablé pendant 5 minutes n’est pas agréable .
C’est dommage car le cadre est exceptionnel.

On a pour habitude d'aller séjourner à cette hôtel chaque année depuis 5 ans . Mais cette fois ci on a été très dessus par la propreté de la chambre et le comportement des serveurs que sa soit au restaurant ou au bar à l'extérieur... ( piscine)
Personne viens nous voir pour prendre une commande ! On ai obligé à chaque fois de ce déplacer pour passer une commande. De plus partout où on passe une commande on nous dit q chaque fois ( on a pas de monnaie à la caisse pour le rendu monnaie) on ai obligé d'attendre plus de 20 minute pour qu'on nous rende la monnaie.
Je comprends pas qu'on ne mette pas de fonds de caisse à chaque caisse !
Coté piscine c'est très salle . De plus le pisciniste nous a prix notre transats pour le donner à quelqu'un d'autre alors que notre serviette été dessus !
Le parking était plein pas possible de stationner dedans. Obligé de garer notre véhicule en dehors de l'hôtel .
À notre arrivée, pas de climatisation 30 mn d'attente pour l'enregistrement sous une chaleur de plomb !
Bref , on est déçu !

Le thème de la déco Afrique sauvage dans l'aménagement extérieur et interieur m'a plu. Le bufet du petit déjeuner ainsi que la zone piscine couverte, salle de sports etc également.
Les points faibles sont dans l'hébergement en hiver; pas de seconde couverture, ni de capes de bains ni de pantoufles dans les chambres. Un long chemin à l'air libre entre piscine couverte et les chambres. Mais l'impression générale est certainement fort positive!

La nourriture est parfaite.
Seul problème les serveurs des différents restaurants ne sont pas à la hauteur d un hôtel 4 étoiles . C est vraiment dommage !!

Un hôtel qui nous a charmé et qui n'a rien à voir avec la Tunisie :) ! Décors africains et détentes assurées !
Point négatif : Indique qu'il y a la climatisation alors qu'en réalité c'est sur une période bien déterminé, il ne le signale pas c'est dommage car j'aurai décalé ma réservation pour assurer mon confort; lors de notre séjour étant enceinte j'ai très vite des chaleurs et sans clim, même dans la chambre, j'ai eu le sentiment de faire une sauna ! Par ailleurs c'est dommage que je n'ai pas pu profiter des soins de l'hôtel, ce n'est pas très réfléchi pour les femmes enceintes car la zone de soin faisait très et trop chaud. Si je rentre, je tombe clairement dans les pommes ! Trop dommage !
Par contre pour le reste je suis très contente du cadre, le staff est accueillant et pro, les restaurants du petit déjeuner, au dîner en passant par les snackings vraiment très bien, large gamme de repas proposés et s'adaptent même aux différentes intolérances alimentaires !
