Our room smelled terrible of stale cigarette smoke.
Rhonda

Jose
Not what am use too with this brand
Denise
The hotel is in a safe area not too far from I65. Walmart is right around the corner with lowest cost fuel in the area. Room was very quiet, clean and bed soft and comfortable. Breakfast was good but limited selections. All staff were excellent. Great place for an overnight stop.
Cindy
The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom areas before we could use them. We arrived late and was too exhausted after a twelve hour drive to get there to fuss about getting another room. Would never stay there again. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was inedible other than the toast and bagels.
Barbie
Room was very clean & spacious. Parking lot had good lighting.
Denmarc
The room was clean but the pillows were a lil hard
Duane
Clean room and well kept property.
Tim
I stayed in room 110 and I could see daylight to the outside because the door and door frame were not aligned.
Sheila
The manager was so kind to us and our grandchildren. Everything was clean and we felt safe. Breakfast was well stocked. We loved the pool but did have to ask staff to unlock it twice during open hours but they did so right away.
James
Breakfast buffet was wonderful.... it was clean and fully stocked the entire time! The staff were very friendly knowledgeable about the area. Great stay!!

Fulfilled the mission: clean rooms, bathrooms, office. Coffee, juice, bread, cereal, waffles for breakfast.

Terrible experience!!!’ The lady at the check in counter was rude and not helpful at all. Did not even stay at the hotel because of her and was refused a refund

Teiauna
The first room we were given smelled terrible. The next one was not great, but better. I did not feel like to tub was clean enough for my kids to take a bath in without stopping and purchasing cleaner. I am glad that I did. It was not clean. It was difficult to get clean washcloths each day. We had to find the cleaning staff to give them our dirty washcloths and trade with them, the front desk staff would not take care of it or give us extras. There were not pool towels available for use. The breakfast was limited and exactly the same every morning. The quality was also lower than what I have had at other hotels chains.
Joseph

Excellent Reception and Clean Room.
Robert
Clean room, Courteous staff, Convenient location. 4 stars (only) due to mediocre breakfast. We had some noisy neighbors but that certainly wasn't the fault of Best Western. Overall...pretty solid, especially for the price. I'd stay here again.
Leslie

Jack
Room was clean everyday and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They easily took care of my needs and changes to my schedule for a longer stay. They were efficient, accommodating, and most of all…nice. Will be staying again when in the area. Thank you.
Denise
Stayed here twice during a vacation trip. Both times the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable!
Valerie
We booked a king room. They tried to put us in a room with 2 queen beds instead. She tried to tell me that’s what we booked until I offered to show her my booking. Then they moved us to a different room and the room was flooded. So they had to move us to a different room yet again. The front desk lady was nice, but didn’t seem bothered when I told the room was flooded. Just said she’d have them check it the next day. Beds were hard and pillows were lumpy. This use to be our go to when in town. Not anymore.
Richard
Room clean. Older motel

The property honestly shocked me by some of the review I walked into my room it was super clean and you can smell the clean. No funk or anything. It has a few restaurants within walking distance and convenient store also. Would stay again

Rooms were nice and clean and the desk staff was really nice.
Virginia
The breakfast buffet was awful. Sour milk. Took one bite out of my bagel and had to spit it out. Don't know how a bagel can taste sour, but it did! I wasn't brave enough to try it the morning.
Willie
Close shopping and scenic access
Sharon
Property was easily accessible and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was good and we were even given first floor rooms since we would have struggled with the stairs given there is no elevator. Would definitely stay here again.
Anne
Pool needed to be cleaned!
Anthony W
Great Breakfast choices, great OJ and coffee.
Penny
Check in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. I could access Netfix on a nice tv. Breakfast was good.

Disappointed
The room had roaches. I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and never seen roaches like I did this trip. Last time I saw a few and now it’s a whole family. The night clerk got an attitude with me because I rung the alert buzz and yelled for me to stop and I could’ve just knocked on the glass. There’s no sign instructing guests to do such and I’m only doing what the buzz was installed for. This may be the last time I stay at this hotel. As a loyal customer I expect better than that.
John
The room had a strange odor. Otherwise, all was fine.
Rick
Weather is very hot and humid. It would have been nice if the A/C had been turned on before our arrival. The heat in the room just slapped us in the face when we opened the door. Otherwise everything seems to be okay.
Kristy
It was a nice clean place to stay for one night passing through on our way to Nola. Right off the interstate it felt safe and places to get food nearby
Marie
Health hazard
I reserved a nonsmoking room. All three of the rooms had an overwhelming smell of recent cigarette usage which infiltrated everything. The white sheets had scattered human hair lodged in them. They had blood stains. The first room toilet had urine on the seat.
I called the front desk as soon as I arrived in the room. The young man was polite and apologetic. He took use from room 208 to 214 which he closed the door right away the smell was worst absolutely horrendous. I asked for a refund but he said he couldn’t give a refund of my 145 dollars. Then he said let me take you to room 114 which also smelled of cigarette. It was dark/raining and I was stuck. In a strange area with two asthmatic children in a room that was a health hazard. We slept in our clothes on top of the bedding. We didn’t shower or touch anything we didn’t need to touch. We checked out as soon as the sun came up at 6am. I called hotels.com to report this issue and spoke to two ladies at the front desk.

Loved our room. Nice soft clean bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Easy for us. Stores close and restaurants close
Roy
Our room was smoky and smelly. There were no rooms to change to and the staff didn’t seem concerned about the smell.
robert
It a good stay.
Sandra
Easy location off of interstate.
William
The workers never came into the room to clean my room at all to change anything And when I asked him, they didn’t speak English. They didn’t understand anything that I asked him to do.
Suzanne
Room smelled like smoke and stain on bed spread. Allowed me to switch rooms. Don’t plan on staying there again.
Bessie
Breakfast was plentiful and good
Noel
The bed sheets weren't clean. Blood spots and smears on a pillow case, and stains in the sheets. Actual blood, not just stains. Told the reception so they could change the sheets while we went out to eat, but he did nothing while we were gone. We ended up getting the sheets and putting them on ourselves Rooms were clean enough but could have been better.
Sam
Very clean and comfortable
Savannah
Our room reeked of cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. We asked for another and were moved to another room that reeked of cigarettes. Aside from that, it’s fine.
James
Prompt check in
Joey
Pillow cases were stained and pillows were poor quality. Shower curtain was stained.
Andrew
Good
Totally fine, will stay again

WORST MOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!! I drove and arrived late with my teen daughter. Only needed to sleep 5 hours. Hotel clerk which I expect is the manager (middle eastern maybe) was very rude and aggressive towards me which was frightening since I am traveling a one with a female child. The room I was given smelled moldy and I went back to the office and asked for another room. The clerk said he could come and spray my room and I said, no thank you, I'd like another room. He then told me there were no rooms available. There were less than 12 cars ont he property and I said, \"You aren't booked up obviously, you have another room?\" His repsonse was \" Are you asking me or telling me?\" Confused by his response, I asken him what he said and he then repeated the phrase slowly and more intentionally so I have the keys back and asked for a refund. He said I would need to go through expedia. I called expedia immediately after and they couldn't reach the hotel. They continued to try for a week to resolve this and didn't so I now have to dispute with my credit card. DON'T GO THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN> THERE IS CLEARLY ZERO RESPECT FOR THEM CULTURALLY. This man just may be dangerous. He parks his personal grey/ dark beige van in the front where motel guests are supposed to park, BEWARE!
