Neither of the tvs worked in the room. When notifying the front desk agent she advised I unplug them and see if the channels would change. It didn’t!! Then the door did not shut all the way very unhappy about that safety concern. The room smelled like a Olnadra mop

We had to change rooms three times. First room - shower rod was ripped off the wall. 2nd room TV had black lines across the entire screen. Was told the room wasn’t suppose to be rented. The third - upgraded us to a suite - room had a musty, moldy smell and the TV only had sound. We left and continued our travel to Little Rock. The only great thing about this hotel was the front desk clerk who tried her best to make things right.

We had a wonderful stay in Pine Bluff this past weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was clean and very comfortable. We truly appreciated the great hospitality, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant experience ee would definitely stay here again!

The room and the hotel need some updating and maintenance but our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel takes pets which is a must for our one dog. The cost was very affordable for the amenities. We did not eat breakfast but the coffee was good. The one thing that stuck out was no toiletries in the room but that was probably an oversite and I could have gone to the front desk but I did not as I keep extras in my travel bag. Good place to stay for us.

It was a decent and safe place to stay overnight. The property was a little tired. Our TV didn’t work and the toilet was loose and wobbly; however, we just need a place to sleep and shower. This place served its purpose.

The bedsheets and pillows were wet when we arrived and the tub faucet was dripping so the room smelled like mildew. One of the towels had blood on it. The floor had not been swept and the extra lock on the door was broken. Avoid this hotel and steer clear of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

The room was clean. The toilet paper holder was broken. The toilet was broken. It would not flush right and the seat was very loose. The sheets on the bed were thin enough that I put my thumb through the sheet several times during the night while I was trying to sleep. And there were holes in the bottom sheet as well. Everything else seem to be fine.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The workout room was clean with good equipment. Plenty of parking. The pool had a cover on it. I guess it's not opened. The curtains in my room are dry rotted and falling apart. Only 1 tv worked and the other 1 stayed on 1 channel. I used my phone to watch tv. I didn’t feel like changing room. The rooms are starting to look run down. Ive stayed here many time. But, this was my last time.

Had to stay in Pine Bluff overnight because I had surgery the next morning. As soon as we walked in there was german cockroach on the wall of the bedroom. The shower rod was falling and curtain was not blocking the water So water ran out all over the bathroom. Staff was courteous. Offered a new room but figured it would be the same. Did not eat here due to the roaches.

Staff and breakfast were really lovely. The shower was phenomenal! However, there was only one ice machine and you had to walk down a hall with the carpet being sopping wet due to a leak to get to it. Had to change my socks twice because I forgot. It also smelled of Marijuana in our hall way a couple times, but not too bad. Overall, the nice staff, good food, and comfortable bed (not to mention the convenientance of being so very close to the casino) makes me highly recommended this hotel! Thank you for being kind and affordable.

The hotel was pretty rundown. The rooms smelled extremely strong of a very strong smelling cleaner. The front desk clerk would not check us in until 3 o’clock and we arrived at 2:15 claiming that there were no rooms available. The area itself is also on a downturn. There’s a very large fairly new built casino across the street, but it looked like it was members only type situation. There were no places to eat around the hotel so we had to drive about 5 miles. The breakfast was not super appetizing looking so we did not eat any.

The Clerk working the front desk Sunday morning 3/8 entered my room without knocking or acknowledging herself. I was coming out of the shower and was completely naked. I do understand that this is an older hotel. Need someone that cares about their work in housekeeping. Was issued a handicap accessible room didn’t need it but I would feel so sad if someone else got that room toilet parts were discontinued water from that running onto the floor, the cable wasn’t working, and trash still under the garage bag. Issued a new room better but microwave needed to be replaced all mirrors in both rooms had smearing and this also included the TV screens, hole in bathroom wall. Need to inspect the room to make sure they are not just half a** done. Also water pressure was not good especially when u flush i was making sure it went down. Staff at front was nice and understanding can’t blame them they only see what’s available not knowing what you about to walk into. And why would u put a coffee pot in the bathroom that’s is so gross

Stop over in Pine Bluff

The room seemed clean. The pillows weren't the greatest for me but MDH slept well. I spilt some water on the bathroom floor. Using one of the washcloths to wipe it up, i was disguted to see how dirty the cloth was just wiping that little bit. The sink didn't drain well. Breakfast was fine. Good scrambled eggs & sausage patties. The waffle iron didn't work. And no pool avaible.

The first room had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom onto counter. It appeared that it was patched over, but not fixed. Room smelled nasty and felt humid. Requested and got a different room. 2nd room was a suite and pretty gross. I'm pretty tolerant, but considered leaving for another hotel. We were just spending one night on the way somewhere, so just stuck it out. Maybe we just got really crappy rooms, but I can't figure out the reviews talking about how clean it was. The property was in pretty bad shape. In fact, our bathroom light switch stopped working, there was an unpatched hole through the wall over the stove, which was filthy. Breakfast was typical and area was clean there. Bed was relatively comfortable. Water pressure was high and there were plenty of plug ins. Can't say anything else positive. Staff was pretty uninterested... at least the person at the desk.
