Would be great if there were 3 towels, instead of 2, for the ladies. Also, the bed has a topper, but with arthritis in my hips, it wasn't quite plush enough for me. It was fine for people without that issue. The room was big, clean, and water pressure was great. The breakfast was top notch. There is a daily made to order choice. It was omelet and hash brown day for us. Everyone was friendly.

Unfortunately, my stay here was very disappointing. The room did not feel clean upon arrival and had a strong stale odor that made it uncomfortable to relax. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and it appeared that it had not been properly deep cleaned in quite some time.

For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves housekeeping for future guests.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable, we did a 3 bed option and it came with 2 rooms with a connecting bathroom, in a unit outside the main hotel, and we were able to park outside our rooms, we liked the set up. The hotel was a bit dated but clean & well mantained. The indoor pool & hot tub was great. The breakfast was a mix of self serve with a cook taking orders & making fresh cooked options for the day. Like a breakfast burrito or bowl, breakfast sandwich & hash brown, biscuits & sausage Gravey & eggs. All & all this was a pleasant experience

A few years ago I stayed in the main building and it was good. This time I stay ing on of the external motel style rooms. It was pretty uncomfortable and I woke up several times in the night. The room was very basic. I probably won’t return.

Breakfast is the total highlight of this place! Cooked to order omelettes was the special on our stay, and was fantastic, with hash brown on the side, needed one to go and she was so accommodating., sweet and cordial. Otherwise, we would not stay here again. But options are nil and none in the part of CO. The room was sketchy and very antiquated. Broken tiles and missing grout, was a fall hazard, the floor underneath carpet is unlevel where slab is buckled. The rooms are outside and very small. Husband took a shower but the other 3 of us, (2 older children) chose to not risk it! Electrical outlets did not work on outside wall.

Absolutely amazing! Staff was fabulous. And the icing on the cake was the fantastic breakfast. We had freshly made breakfast burritos one day, and scrambled eggs and biscuits and sausage gravy!! This was the BEST BREAKFAST I have ever had at a hotel. Keep up the great work!!!

Corners of room had webs with spiders, asked for room service to take care of the matter when the did the room, came back to room and the spider was gone, however no made beds, no fresh towels, only trash taken out.
Multiple spiders in the room, flys. The tile floor was sticky and filthy. Holes all over the comforters . Will not stay here again when visiting town.

I found a partially eaten box of pizza on top of the microwave in my room. The staff wasn’t apologetic when I went down and showed it to them.

Entering the room we quickly saw two large brown spiders which we quickly dispatched. The next morning we found a black bug by the stool and checked out.
Flushing mechanism on toilet was not working properly. After flushing the chain connected the flapper would wrap around the flush handle and we had to access the inside of the tank to reset the chain after every flush. The handle on the shower control was so loose we thought it would fall off when using. There was also a small red stain on the bed sheet that looked like blood.

If you drive from Colorado Springs side for 20+ miles you won’t see a single shop and all of sudden your google map says the exit and you have arrived . So you will be scared where I am as there are couple of gas stations and this hotel.
But good part is staff is very nice and friendly and you will be safe as I stayed for 2 nights .
Breakfast is awesome and you will have customized burritos

Great staff wonderful breakfast. The area for dog friendly hotel rooms is in an older part of the hotel. That looks much like a motel, but it’s still was fine. The place is an old style motel from the 60's I would guess - I love that most of the rooms have a dedicated parking spot - the furnishings were dated, but well kept and clean - the bed was comfortable, the TV is Directv, and the wi-fi was iffy - I got better service from my 5G - Breakfast is made to order eggs, bacon, an hash browns, plus the usual Continental Breakfast fare. Overall, I would stay there again

WORST STAY

It was the worst stay since we stayed at a BEST WESTERN in Arkansas.
The breakfast ladt was rude and snippy, she didn't like people coming at 10 minutes till 9. Terrible breakfast, nothing there!
The front desk REFUSED to give us a receipt.
They don't like the fact we booked a room with a third party.
I will NEVER stay in a Best Western again!

This is not a hotel it is a motel

I was excited to stay here passing thru on the road. To my surprise the hotel is not a hotel it is a motel. Was assigned a room in the outdoor motel area. The room stunk like old motel. Not to mention the receptionist was not the friendliest. Overall very dissapointed in paying $145 for a motel.

Best Western - Rambler

They have different options for hot food in the morning. They had a breakfast sandwich with eggs, sausage and cheese. They have different options every day. They have a pool. The bed was not the most comfortable but the staff was great. It was very clean.

Hotel staff were very friendly. They were understanding and accomodating when i accidentally reserved the wrong dates.
The breakfast options included a hot, made to order entree, like omlet and hashbrowns. The pool is not big enough to do laps and the water was on the cold side, but it was a good option to get some exercise for me and the kids.

Great place for a rest stop on I25!

Very nice staff, the hotel is in excellent condition. It is really the very best choice for you if you are making an overnight stop on a trip up or down I25. It has easy highway access and is right next to a gas station and some fast food. Our room was good size and we had a beautiful view of the “Spanish Peaks” right out our window. Nice and it too. Breakfast was great and I closed hot food including breakfast burritos!

We stopped here for 1 night. We did not feel refreshed after spending a night here. The AC unit was super loud and kept us awake at night. There was no option to shut it off. Pool and hot tub weren't heated so we couldn't enjoy them. Breakfast was ok. We liked that there was an option for filtered hot and cold water in the lobby.

First stay at a Best Western

The room was connected to another one with whom I was traveling with. Theirs was big and spacious as mine was small and smelled a little musty. The bed was nice and I slept well. The room cost was excessive, the most I have ever paid for a hotel room for one night. The breakfast was great, liked the variety.

Hotel was great- just what we needed after a long trip. Pool was chilly but kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was great (loved the burrito cooked to order!) and the woman cooking it was super nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We REALLY enjoyed the homemade omelets! The lady that made and served them was so sweet. The man that checked us in was so kind too. We did find a large beetle/roach in the bathroom and had mosquitos in the room, but everything else was very clean. We thought it may be noisy with so many truckers and and trucks parked in the parking lot, but it was actually very quiet.

We got one of the outside rooms that had a king and queen bed. The king had dirty sheets. The room stank like pee or something similar. One of the sinks did not drain properly. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast, but the room was awful. I just felt dirty.

I’m usually not one to write a bad review because I work customer service but this property was very dirty and not clean as far as the customer service in the front desk in lobby. It was nice as I thought that’s what the room would be like when we got to the room

Nothing was too much trouble for ANY of the staff. Michael checked me in and told me everything I needed to know. He was patient and very professional when I called to him with questions. The cook in the morning prepared each meal to order with an upbeat friendly attitude and came out to personally serve each of us. The morning desk person (seemed managerial) was super professional and accommodating. One of the cleaning staff went out of her way to get the key to open the laundry room for me that was accidentally locked. Breakfast was abundant and delicious
