Easy truck with trailer parking. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. There was a slight lingering typical motel odor but nothing too overpowering. The water pressure was great. The tv, fridge and microwave came in handy. They had plenty of hotel breakfast-like options in the morning including yogurt, fruit, juice, fresh sausage and scrambled eggs that left me full by the time I got back on the road. Having the hotel located right off of the main highway made it a very convenient quick overnight stay, would stay again in the future.

We came in needing a room last minute and am really pleased about the room rate and location as well as the mini buffet and staff were quite lovely. We had a storm putting our power out for about an hour in the hotel and the staff gave us options as well as emergency lights. All in all , id stay here again.

Althought I didn't realize the property was a motel vs a hotel, it was a recently upgraded and clean property.

I was a single person traveling and arrived for a late check in. There were people hanging outside of their rooms next to mine and I felt uncomfortable being watched as I went to my room. I Found roaches in the refrigerator and room reeked of cigarette smoke. I left early the next day, forgot my drinks and card keys and returned that evening after my local event to pick up drinks and return card keys. Again there were multiple people hanging out on either side of my room. I drove home rather than stay at the hotel for the Second night. Bright spot was the young man at the desk, super nice. I Would not recommend.

This is a good option when staying in El Campo. The only issue that we did have was a family member called the property and the front desk immediately gave out our room number.

The bed is a little firm, but the staff was amazing. We arrived earlier and paid for the hotel since we wouldn't be checking in until very late in the evening. The lady that took my payment was very personal and made sure we were taking care of when we got back even though we would be seeing a different attendant. She even recognized me the next morning and asked how our evening was! The lady that check is in God bless her my hand were full was so sweet! Breakfast was amazing and just what we needed after a night out at lost lagoon. The room had a slight musk smell probably because people broke the rooms and smoked in it prior to our stay. I would recommend this place highly because the staff makes a great establishment, and their staff has it on point.

It is an older, renovated hotel that is good for a quick one night stay. The breakfast was good..biscuits with sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, etc. The only negative was the floor felt dirty on bare feet. Need to do a better cleaning of the floors.

From the check-in to beyond check-out they were fantastic. We left a wallet in the lobby and they immediately brought it up to us. That speaks volumes in itself. The bed was comfortable and the room temp was great. We ended up leaving our business related paperwork in the room. A quick call to the office and they checked it out and had it ready for us on our way back home. They took care of us. Much appreciated.

We had requested a 1st floor non smoking room due to walking limitations. When we arrived at 4:15, we were told that there were no rooms available with our stipulations. In the end, we reluctantly accepted a 1st floor smoking room but asked the manager to accommodate our original request when we return to this hotel in April. We had previously reserved both dates several months ago. Otherwise the accommodation was satisfactory.

Our room and restroom were very clean this is my biggest thing when getting a hotel is seeing their restrooms, Very clean like new restroom. The hotel was clean too, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hot breakfast it's included and good. This location was the closest to an event we were attending so was a plus.

I booked a room with a single king bed because in their listed amenities they promised free extra/rollaway bed. When I arrived at 10 pm they told me they don't have a extra/rollaway bed. They had some rooms with double queen beds available that night, but they insisted on charging me almost $100 more to allow me to stay in those rooms. I protested, arguing if they delivered their promise, I would have no need to book a two-queen-bed room, so they should not punish me for THEIR mistake (a classic conflict of interest situation). They refused. In the end I was forced to pay what they demanded to get what they promised, because it was too late that night and I had no other choice. What a scam!
The room itself is very nasty - nothing like what they promised or those shown on the pictures. I have attached some actual photos. The shower area has some nasty substances on the tiles, and the entire ceiling is molded!
Overall, this is just a rundown motel with dirty rooms and scammy workers masquerading as a high end inn. Nothing like what they try to project to prospective guests. Disgusting.

I had to call the front desks because other guests were outside and were very loud. It was after 10pm. She said the people she saw were not guests. Also someone was smoking and my room started to smell. I killed a small roach and moved 5 crickets outside.

The pool was exceptional. I liked the great breakfast selection as well the next morning. Felt very Safe at this location and for the age of this facility (estimated at 20 years), it was a great establishment! i would go here again. Price was good too!
