Very clean, very quiet. McDonald's is next door. We styed for the Road America Indy race. Convenient location from the track. We grabbed a burger at a tavern in town (delicious) and finished it with some ice cream at the local ice cream shop. Will stay again if we attend the race next year.
Larry
A nice, simple facility. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Walking into the pool area, however, was like walking into a steam room.
Leslie
Very Quite and comfortable!
Karl
Beautifully upgraded. They just happened to run out of breakfast coffee on our weekend. We stay there every year.

Paula
We arrived at Best Western Chilton and checked in quickly — only a 5-minute wait behind another group. The front desk clerk was kind and went above and beyond: she got me a bandage for a hand injury I sustained unloading luggage and came after hours to turn on the water machine so we could fill our bottles.
After settling the kids in, I soaked in the hot tub which was not hot, but it was still warm and relaxing. The shower was clean and functional, if a bit dorm-like with the fully tiled bathroom. Falling asleep was another story. Despite a white noise machine and earplugs, bass from music at the bar next door kept me up for hours until it finally stopped in the early morning. I wish I'd known to request a room on the other side of the building but it was too late by the time I noticed the music.
Breakfast the next morning was enjoyable — the kids and I loved the pancakes and sausages — though watching the clerk pour scrambled eggs from a plastic bag into the buffet dish wasn't the most appetizing sight. Checkout was smooth and easy.
Would stay again — just in a room on the other side of the building.

Nice breakfast & breakfast area. Did not use the hot tub.
Cheryl
I was charged a higher price than expedia quoted. Front desk said expedia doesn't add all taxes like Stanton Best Western does.
The room smelled totally like smoke. And it's no smoking.

Room was very clean and the staff was AMAZING.

The room, lobby and pool areas were very clean. Staff always around to help and there was access to a fitness center across the street. Will stay again if in that area.
Gina
Joe was great. Pleasant and helped with anything we needed. Breakfast was good, clean towels every day, good pricing.
michele
The breakfast was just ok. Pancake machine was very sliw.
Rita
Large walk in shower, all new bath fixtures, new gray color scheme and furniture. Refrigerator and Microwave in the room. Slept better than I do at hone in my own bed. 5☆

Joe and the front desk staff were great! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great breakfast. Nice and quiet. Very accommodating during our stay. Great people. Thank you!
Diane
Leak in the shower water hose. Container of milk was sour, English muffins not fresh. The hotel staff never apologized or made it right for the inconvenience. Hotel staff not welcoming.

Staff, joe was rude, belligerent, confrontationalthreatening to physically throw me out because it was 7:10 PM. And I wanted to know why he closed the lobby to guest. We , my two brothers their wives and mine had just returned from a wedding anniversary dinner in a blizzard like snow storm, and planned to gather by the fireplace in the lobby but the lights were very dim or turned out. It was very dark in the lobby, but sitting next to the fireplace was a woman the same woman that was sitting behind the registration counter when I arrived , polishing her fingernails when I inquired with him why she was able to sit there and we weren’t. He became very very belligerent and threatened at that time to throw me out if I didn’t shut up and go back to my room and he reassured me that he had the authority to do so.
The woman then got out of the chair from in front of the fireplace, started walking towards me and said because we had too much to drink, which is not true we each had one cocktail before dinner at supper club and one in our hand when we were coming back to the lobby to enjoy conversation that’s when Joe said he closed the lobby because before we left for the supper club, we made a big mess in the lobby which is untrue, never left even a napkin or anything. All we did was my brother moved one table about 2 feet and didn’t return it to Its regular position we registered and paid for three rooms expecting all of the normal amenities . We are in our 70s and 80s.

It all started out great! My wife & I arrived alittle earlier in the afternoon so we decided to wait in the lobby by the fireplace for two of my brothers and their wives. They arrived around 4ish. We decided to have one cocktail as our dinner reservation wasn't until 5:45pm (Ropke's, Fantastic). We relaxed, shared a few stories then left for dinner. The manager (Joe) told us the pool and lobby is open until 10PM. While eating, we all duscussed returning to the hotel and sit in the lobby by the fireplace. It was a nice idea as we were in the middle of a snowstorm. When we returned to the hotel around 7PM, my wife was the first one to the lobby. I stopped in our room to make a cocktail. I was headed to the lobby and met her as she was on her way back to the room. She was told by the manager the lobby was closed and all the light were off. My wife noticed his girl friend (or wife) was sitting in front of the fireplace reading a book. My brother tried to speak to Joe to find out why the lo by was closed to us but his lady could sit there and, they promoted the lobby and fireplace in the promotional material but now, we weren't allowed to use it. My room cost $181.00+- with tax and we're being told we can't use the general lobby facility. We were also told if we didn't like it he would have us remived. At that moment, Joe's lady interjected that we left the lobby in a mess earlier. NOT TRUE, we only moved two chairs and a small table so all six of us could sit together.
Sean
Clean facility, friendly, helpful staff.
Jeff
there was a large live bug in the shower, hot tub wasn't hot, pool was cold, doors too the room didn't shut right, stayed open, lampshades were dirty, ceiling was dirty, keys stopped working before we checked out. other than that it was ok
Kyle
Clean, early check in request accommodated
Heather
Very nice hotel, quiet area, pleasant staff. Room was spotless. Only complaint was the shower, the door doesn't close, so the floor gets soaked from splashing water. Kind of weird, but the bathroom was nice.
Mike
Quaint little hotel. Surprised to see how big the pool and hot tub were in such a small little town. Although breakfast left something to be desired, it is clean and a good place on short notice.
Dawn
The hot tub was a perfect temperature
William
When we called the front desk to ask a question, the answer was I don't know. At breakfast, the toaster didn't work the pancake maker didn't work and the bread was stale.
Mark
Good breakfast
Christa
Absolutely loved this Hotel!! It was so clean and nice. Will be staying here anytime we come to a Green Bay game.
Patricia
Very poor customer service
We arrived at10:45 pm. The front desk lady told us she could not give us a room because the system was down and it could take 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or not sure how long for the system to come up. She told us to sit in the lobby until it came up. She stated several times she could not give us a room until the system came up. After I started maybe she should just let us into any room and when the system came up she could enter the relevant info. After a circular discussion for 15 minutes (?) she suddenly told us we could use a room right next to the front desk. In the morning I mentioned this to a man that was at the front desk and he stated rather indignantly that their internet was down, it happens all the time and there was nothing they can do about. He was quite rude and very unprofessional. Given the above, I would like to request a refund of $170 which I paid for this room.
John
Poor breakfast selection

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfy. They restocked and straightened our room daily. The breakfast was yummy. My daughter loved the no touch pancake maker. Staff was friendly and quick to help when we had any issues. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. Lots of parking.
Heidi
I was surprised at how nice this property was given it is in a small town without a lot of attractions around it.
Karl
Nicely upgraded rooms. Great LG tv.

You Can Do Better
Breakfast was lackluster and the sausages were consistently overcooked to the point of being inedible.
The rooms were nicely appointed with a fridge and microwave.
Had a problem with housekeeping not coming to our room. So, the following day prior to 11, after removing the Privacy Please sign and prior to housekeeping getting to our floor/room I made a point of going to the front desk and asking for fresh towels and trash removal. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem by the woman at the front desk who wrote down our room number. We got back and our room and nothing had been touched. I went to the manager on duty who apologized, took some towels up to our room and put our trash in the hall.
When we were checking out, I mentioned to manager on duty that everything had been okay except for housekeeping. He kept telling me it was because I had left the Privacy Please sign on my room yesterday. I told him I was not talking about yesterday but he just kept repeating himself and was not listening. I think he is burned out and should not be in a customer facing job.
Will not be staying here again. They have a lot of kinks to work out.

The Bed was Comfortable....
the bed was so comfortable and nice shower. Thay is the end.
the breakfast was a horrible experience. it was to be served until 9am, we got there about 8:15 at which time my husband and i each to a spoonful of the last of the potatoes. there were no eggs or sausages. Another women asked me if anyone told the mgr and i said not that i know of, she went back to the laundryroom/kitchen and he said was bringing some eggs in about 7 min, He did enough for a few people. I waitted for the people that had been waiting and there was 1 spoonful left and more people coming in for breakfast. abouy 10 min later he brought out some saussages, again i waited, i got the last two and gave one to my husband. I did see one yogurt left which i took.
again there were still more people coming in. The manager never said a word when he came out, nothing to explain why he was so backed up and not a apologies, not one word was said to anyone. i did write to the hotel and he wrote back telling me i had several plates of food and no one told him the food was out. How he knew who i was and how often I was up there is a mystery. Yes, i was up a few times to get one thing each time as i said above what we ate. The reason why we booked this hotel was we like Best Westerns and the added breakfast is a bonus. It was a sure waste of my hotels.com gift card, sadly. The customer service was terribly lacking.

Loved the fireplace made room nice and warm. Wasnt expecting housekeeping to come in since 2nights-3 day stay- that was nice ,, replaced garbage cans and new towels.

Everything was great, guiet, clean, friendly staff, but the breakfast was not very good at all. Hard Sausage, bagged fake eggs. But over all I would definitely be back.

We enjoyed the hotel for it's small size in a small town. The hot tub and pool area was amazing, modern, and clean.
EDWARD
There must have been bed bugs because I woke after only 2 hrs of rest on each night (2 nights) itching like crazy. I was broke out in bites so much i actually checked out at 1am the 2nd night. I couldnt take any more. I stayed 1 time before and it was perfect, not sure what happened.
Jdub
The rooms are quite large. The staff is nice. The facility is pretty clean including pool area.
The beds are squishy and I would pass on the breakfast. It is offered and on time.
However, its walking distance to McDonalds.
Everything works and I would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!
Lovely beds! Super soft and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. No bathtub, just a modern shower stall with good water pressure. Our room was at the end of a long hallway and we didn't hear any noise from other guests. Good breakfast in the morning as well - they have a pancake maker! Overall, would stay here again.
Karl
The room was excellent and modern. The breakfast was adequate but not great. I will definitely go back.

Dave
Quiet and above average
Elizabeth
Nice place to stay. Unfortunately, there were no room darking shades in our room which allowed the security and road lights to shine in and disrupt our sleep. The spa was also cooler than usual.
