Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. Candeo was great for a 1 night stay. The rooms are very small, however I get the impression this is normal in Japan. My room in Tokyo was even smaller than the Candeo in Handa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast isn't bad for about $10 USD... it is a Japanese style breakfast. There is a Japanese style bath in the hotel. Also, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Candeo is very near the Chita-Handa train station. This in convenient for traveling to and from the airport as well as downtown Nagoya. It is however about 30 - 45 minutes to the airport via the rail line and about a $65 USD taxi ride.
