My wife and I thought the open-air baths were for both men and women. However, in reality, the open-air bath are only found in the men's baths. The women's bath was not an open-air bath. My wife are disappointed with it.

The twin-bed room was perfect for five days in Fukuyama for a wedding. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very good value. The room was perfect for one person: if my wife had also traveled with me, the room would have felt very cramped (and we would have had to ask for an extra pillow, as the bed only came with one). I was very happy to have chosen this hotel. It is a short, ten minute walk from the train station and five minutes from the central shopping district.

This hotel was nice, staff were friendly but limited English made it difficult for us to talk to them.
We used the private pool because we are not used to being naked swimming for a cost exchanged into about £5 for an hour but well worth it BEAUTIFUL view of the city.
Their was a nice American restaurant which we got a meal from but taxi ride away call Bar Blue or something which was nice and quite close a 7/11 and a 24 hour McDonald's because it's close to a motorway.

大浴場に期待して宿泊しました。殿方のお風呂は広くて露天風呂もあるようですが、婦人用は狭く、時間で交代もなかったのが残念です。朝食も、お部屋も良かったです。夜アルコールの飲み老台があるのも良かったと思いました。

結局ホテルのすぐ隣に提携している駐車場があり、そこの4番に停めてほしいとのことだったそうで、それであれば「裏」といわずに「隣」と言えばよかったしなぜややこしい、説明不足な案内をするのか疑問でした。

大浴場はオムツが取れない未就学児は不可とのことでしたがそもそもそんなこと始めから知っているし部屋備え付けのお風呂に入れるつもりでした。
にも関わらずフロントの方にはあたかも私達が子どもを大浴場に入れることを前提で話されたので少し不快でした。
＜大浴場＞
妻が大浴場へ行った際にお湯に浮遊物がたくさん漂っていて他の宿泊者の方もそれを見て誰も入りたがらなかったそうです。
浴場全体も髪の毛などが結構落ちていて、リラックス安心して入浴できるコンディションではなかったそうです。
お風呂掃除は1回しかしないのでしょうか？
定期的に掃除は実施されていないのでしょうか？
＜エアコン＞
エアコンを27度に設定したものの、いきなり冷たくなったり、いきなりぬるくなったりと安定していなかった。

女性用の大浴場が内風呂しかなかったのがとても残念でした(涙)分かって予約はしたものの、やはり露天風呂入りたかった。サウナもしたかった。。
