You need to take the local bus which is crowded or a taxi which is had to come by.

I like the front of the hotel is calm, easy for taxi parking.
I don't like hotel room cloths: pillow covers, bed sheet cover. comforter smelt smoke! Carpet are stained! Floor is not swift well!

stay here only if you speak chinese

First of all when I tried to check in, it was a nightmare as no one spoke a word of English. Then upon reaching the room, it was full of cigarette smoke smell. Did not bother changing room due to language barrier. Finally at the end of my trip I had kept a day free for me to catch up on emails and write reports etc. That day the internet went down. When I asked them they kept on saying it is telecom provider issue but then the internet a cafe next door was fine. I sat at the cafe next doors almost 6 hours to do my work. Late in the evening they realised that the problem was in-house and it was fixed in 5 mins. Would not recommend to anyone.

The Hotel is comfortable and rooms are very large. Friendly service. Location is not so near to shopping, restaurants..so be prepared to travel about 15 mins by taxi, which is easily accessible and costs about 15-20 RMB.
Breakfast is just ok and needs to cater more for Western guests as that seems to be about 50 % of their market.
If you are a non smoker try to ensure that you get a non-smoking room (if possible).. Stipulate it !

Only good for work in local area. Not for tourists

The hotel is located in the fabric district far from the main city. The breakfast does not cater much for western tastes amd is generally of a poor quality. The rooms are huge. Staff can't communicate in English.

The hotel itself is wonderful with spacious and clean guest room, EXCELLENT breakfast, and friendly staff members. The surrounding area does not have many restaurants, is far from shopping area, bus lines, and subway entrances. Overall, it was a very good stay. I had no complaints about the hotel. But next time I will pick a hotel in a busier area of the city.

Amenities come with the price, but were good. Good buffet breakfast with good choice.
Front desk doesn't have a proper Q system and if we wait behind the line, someone else walks through and goes behind the person being served. Front desk persons although very professional and pleasant are hesitant to serve non-Chinese customers and avoid facial contact to summon us even if all 4 counter staff are free. Perhaps its a comfort lever in language issue.
All the bell boys, cleaning crew and other staff are extremely courteous and greeting everyone all the time.
OVERALL a good hotel.

It is not a western hotel by any means. This hotel is a China hotel to meet the standards of Chinese people. The room was big but it wasn't clean. The bed was rock hard and the towels didn't dry you they moved the water around. I wont be back.

The local police came banging on my door at midnight demanding to see my passport, to verify I was the registered person in the room. I am told this is not unusual in China. I'll stay next time, at a more recognizable international brand hotel, where this kind of disturbance is less likely to happen.

Communication breakdown

During our stay, we found it extremely difficult to communicate with the staff. Our holiday was a nightmare! The staff could not help us due to language barrier. They humiliated us because of our COLOUR. After we checked out, the manager and her staff accused us for stealing the iPhone charger. They emberassed us in front of other guests. They finally found out that the charger was not given to us. I will never recommend this hotel to my ENEMY!

The hotel was nice, Staff was friendly, not many staff spoke English but they tried to help as much as they could. The area would have been good for anyone in the textile or fashion industries. But a little out of the way for a tourist.

Great location for the Fabric Markets

I have stayed here twice and like this hotel for its close location the the Fabric and Textile markets.
The hotel is located in the middle of the markets and is about 15 minutes walk to the main Fabric and Accessories Centre. I have stayed at other hotels slightly further away and found it extremely difficult to get a taxi into or out of this area because of the insane market traffic. This place is ideal because you can walk or catch a crazy motorbike if you dare :) The rooms are a good size and nice and clean. The area is dead at night time and there are not many places to eat near by. The restaurant in the hotel has an ok western menu as well as other menus and there is a Mc Donalds next door if you get desperate. Most of the hotel staff have ok English although sometimes I struggled but no more than other places in China. Its about a hour to the GZ airport and maybe 20 mins in good traffic to the train station.

If you cannot speak Mandarin then this hotel is probably not for you. Staff find it difficult to communicate with English speaking customers. Food is predominantly Chinese with very little international selection.

Lifts to the rooms are a nightmare. There are not enough lifts so it takes a long time to get from room to lobby or lobby to ground floor exit.

Trying to get a Taxi back to the hotel is a nightmare as taxi drivers in general have not heard of the hotel or haven't a clue where it resides.

On a positive note rooms are clean but that's all that can be said.

Excellent hotel. I could find nothing wrong with this hotel. I stayed here as it was close to the Canton Fair location and the hotel did a great job catering to the attendees staying at the hotel from the shuttle bus to the reception for the Canton Fair guests. The western restaurant was excellent as were the accommodations. A great value in comparison with many of the other Guangzhou hotels. A rare find.

Don't stay here for trade show

The facility is nice, but don't stay here if you might need a taxi, a good restaurant, a grocery store, a bus to the Exhibition Center or a bank. None of these services a reasonably available and the bus takes 20 to 30 minutes, not 10 as advertised, only runs on some days and makes only one stop so you get to walk a lot.

Newer hotel but a bit far from the Pazhou

We got the address of the China Import and Export fair complex wrong and ended up booking this thinking it was closer, but it turned out to be a 20 mins cab ride. We realize it was our fault. Since the hotel has never been rated, I figure I mention that so someone else doesn't repeat the mistake. The hotel is actually in the \"Textile City\" and if you have no business with the textile, I'd suggest you book elsewhere. The overall hotel condition was great, considering it was built in August of 2012, but the hotel didn't even finish the swimming pool or the gym since then. The neighborhood was also pretty \"beat up\". Once again, I'd only recommend the place if you had business in the textile city.

We enjoyed our stay, service, beds, cleanliness excellant. If wanting for Canton Fair perfect, can walk to some of it and short taxi ride for the rest. Lack of taxis in area a problem, can walk up the road a bit to busier taxi road. Not good shopping area for the ladies but taxi not too dear to good areas. We stayed 7 nights,went to Yiwu 3 nights, back to Pearl River one night. Felt like home when we got there again, cut above the Yiwu one.

the hotel is very new and very big.
but is located inside of textile city, only raw clothe shops around and no any other kind of shop.
You can not walk arround, is too dark at night.
the restaurant is terrible, the breakfast also terrible.
looking is beautiful, but food quality is the worst case.
if you want a breakfast you must go to mcdonalds
my room carpet has a dark spot that can be some baby disease spot.
i was worried about it.

I found the hotel and its staff very good, however the english breakfast was no good/limited, little english spoken, no shuttle bus service to canton fair, no recreational services as advertised, far from metro station, no easy excess to modern shops or food take aways, expensive to travel by taxi to good shops, location in a very commercal area and rather depressing, limited tv programms and use of office facilities expensive such as internet, NO entainment facilities - no good for alone person/businesman or children

The hotel is a relatively new hotel. The room is pretty clean and staff is ok as well. The only con things are that because it is new & off central area, the surrounding does not have any eateries or shopping malls. The road there is very new so, if you are going to take a taxi from most places back to the hotel, chances is they will not know of it.

広州生地市場に行く方には是非お勧めしたい。
歩いていけるし本当に便利。
但し、6階のレストランが4年前と変わっていた。
普通の中華のレストランだったがとても気に入っていたのでそれだけがちょっと残念です。

這間酒店只適合去布料市場的人入住...

除了商務出差 (專門去布料市場) 作短暫住宿之外，
其他性質的行程，還是建議不要入住這間好了。
酒店距離地鐵很遠，去其他地方實在很不方便，
去鄰近地鐵站的話叫車去會好一點......

房間方面，整潔程度洗手間那邊還可以，
但廳那邊有點點髒，但被梳化遮蓋著，
另外晚上時間在窗戶那邊的牆上，
發現一隻小強(不是大的那種)... 要自己動手殺...

生地市場に近く、市街地からは離れています

２度目の宿泊です。
通じるのはは中国語・英語のみ。
荷物の管理フロントはスタッフ対応よかったですが、
受付フロントスタッフは良くなかったです。
両替できるか聞いたところ、作業の手も止めずに半笑いでメイヨ―。
部屋は綺麗ですが、今回はダニに何か所も刺されました。
また、トイレットペーパー等補充されず。

コンビニもなく、夜はレストランもすぐ閉まります。
朝食もおいしくはありません。
それでも市場に近いため再訪しましたが、今後利用することはないでしょう。

広州国際経紡城まで歩いて10分以内で便利です。シャワーの水量が豊富で快適に過ごせます。近くに飲食店が無いのでホテル内のチャイニーズレストランとマッサージ店を毎日利用しました。

Scegli questo hotel per la posizione e i servizi. Dopo aver pagato scoprii subito che il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto non esisteva, il room service per la cena c'era ma non essendoci un menu in camera si doveva comunque ordinare il cibo andando al ristorante. Nel ristorante solo cibo cinese. Colazione per il 99% solo salata. Personale non preparato, lingua inglese parlata da pochissimi membri dello staff. Sufficientemente pulito ma non ci tornerei più

部屋も広く清潔でハード面では何の問題もありませんが、英語が通じる人がフロントデスクにしかいないため、ルームサービスが電話で頼めなかったり、レストランでも通じなかったりします。またfree WiFiもありますが、海外SNSとは繋がらない仕様のため、結果電話とアプリが少し使えるのみでした。前回外人客が多いホテルに宿泊した時は繋がったので、このホテルは外人客がほぼいないせいかもしれません。
