On arrival, the hotel made a great first impression—stylish, welcoming, and true to its boutique charm. Our room matched the photos perfectly and felt both comfortable and unique. The swimming pool was a good size and never overcrowded; a few extra sunbeds would have been nice, but that’s just being picky.

Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the old bazaar, with endless dining options nearby. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, would happily recommend this hotel, and would definitely return.

Small boutique exactly where you need to be, 2 mins from old town.
Small pool area, (all old town hotels are the same, because they are in the town).
We were able to relax around i it. There was a large selection of a Turkish breakfast, very well looked after by the staff.
We booked the suite and had lots of space and all facilities, kettle, water, fridge, hairdryer etc.
Lots of nice restaurants & shops nearby, and it felt very safe walking around.
Would definitly recommend.

Initially was put into a room behind reception, requested to move as previous experience being located in a room behind reception is not good. I was right, far too noisy from 0500hrs with people checking out. Thankfully we were re allocated to another room near to the pool which was great. The hotel location is perfect and will certainly be returning to this hotel again. ALL the staff were so pleasant from chamber maids to reception manager all deserve to be acknowledged for making our week trip so relaxing. Breakfast is great. Hotel is very clean, sun beds very comfortable too. I would suggest that there be some hooks put in bathroom and on back of room door as no where to hang up anything like dressing gown or damp towels in bathroom.

I do recommend this hotel the staff are excellent and truly make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is nice and fresh they have a nice selection of hot or cold food ranging from dips to borek and olives. The rooms are clean and the cleaners are exceptional. The pool area is a little cramped but didn't put us off the you wouldn't think when paying on the sunbed your in the heart of the city.

The only downside was my wife's ghd hair straighteners kept tripping out the electrics in our room. My wife couldn't use the hair straighteners for the duration of our stay.

We would stay here again.

Rooms are very clean, service daily. General Manager (Seda Besjazali) is Excellent. She makes sure all guests are comfortable and answers all questions and help needed. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied. Very good breakfast and Valet parking at no cost to guests. Both are important when traveling.

Maintenance in the room is poor and needs to be reviewed. The toom averaged over £115 a night, yet the shower was not fully functional and the fridge did not work. No in room Kettle, though I was offered hot water from reception.
Breakfast was good, nice selection.
Pool area nice, but towels have seen better days.
LUNA garden nearby for food and people watching is a must.

The property seemed a lot smaller than pictured, the pool specifically. The staff were friendly and they offered us an upgraded room when we checked in. The breakfast was included but the options were a little limited. The location was perfect, we only spent 2 nights here as we moved onto Istanbul. It was a decent stay. The bed was amazing!

Stayed for 3 nights while on vacation, instantly regretted choosing this hotel. It does not look like the photos, the beds are barely more comfortable than a box spring mattress. Cigarette burns in carpet, and with carpet in the shower/bathroom area that gets wet so it didn’t smell great. We requested to be refunded so we could stay at an actual 4star hotel and they refused. It’s 2star rooms even in a suite, with a nice pool. Most of the staff were very nice however and location is great. False advertising though is shameful.

This property is in a great location, 1 min walk to Hadrians Gate, and all the attractions of the port.
Staff were friendly and polite. I had a car , and although parking was not on site, they had valet parking at no cost ! A great option in Antalya.
Breakfast was good by the pool.

Had a lovely stay as a solo traveler.. staff fantastic very helpful and kind ..lovely pool and a good breakfast.
The only problem was I booked this hotel because it said it had a bar, as I didn’t want to go out every night to have a drink …it only opened the day before I left even though the bar was stocked the staff were not allowed to sell alcohol! It was a shame so Expedia should have known this before advertising a bar on the website!
Anyway would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again x

I don’t know where to start or what to say. The room is extremely small and the property looks nothing like the pictures online. Nothing is elegant about Elegance East hotel. Absolutely terrible. We slept the the sounds of shouting and screaming and woke up to the sound of construction twice, even after notifying the front desk about the noise. I asked to change the room because of the noise and was told that no rooms are available, and that they are not using half of the hotel at this time.
In Addition, I asked for the simplest thing, toothpaste, and was told they have none. I have been in many hotels in Turkey and several other countries, this is the first time a hotel doesn’t have toothpaste.

Finally, the hotel had a very bad smell in the hallways near the front desk. It was extremely unpleasant and disgusting.

Overall, our stay was a huge disappointment. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone. And I will reevaluate using Expedia for booking as hotel was different than pictures.

Staff were amazing. The hotel was nice, it just seems like it needs some upgrades. Our shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower head the entire shower. There wasn’t any shower racks or towel holders. Bedding was old and thin, towels were clearly old and some had wear and tear. It seems like it used to be a really high end hotel maybe 20 years ago and they haven’t upgraded anything since then. Good location on a very busy street so nearby everything. Nice pool. There is no room service like advertised. They did our laundry for us though which was great.

The place has a nice pool with good seating area. A lot of food for breakfast buffet and access to water, tea and coffee all day. It's located near a lot of shops and restaurants.
The bad part of our stay was a lady at the front desk, who told us at check in that we can't use the bigger of the two rooms in our reservation because it wasn't available for the 4 night we needed it. But after 2 nights that room magically became available; she couldn't process a charge on our credit card and told us our credit card was the problem, but her coworker a couple of days later charged our card for a second charge with no problems. Then we where staying in a big Junior suite room with big windows, but it was facing the busiest street in town. It was very noisy all night long and we didn't sleep for 2 nights. They did give us the room that we requested during check in only 2 days after our complaints. Rooms where spacious with good AC, but some furniture was loosing handles.

The hotel was in a good location, looked lovely, staff were nice and the breakfast was also good. Our room was suposed to be sound proof and with garden or pool views but we were given the road views with noisy traffic. It was meant to be 1 queen bed and a double sofa bed but there was only 1 bed. we recieved stained towels everyday even after making the cleaner aware we still kept getting stained towels. The toilet flush would not work properly and water would keep runing all night sometime even after the hotel fixed it. The water pressure for the shower head was very low at times and was told it would be fixed by someone but no one came and 2nd time we rang the reception staff said he is coming to have a look and never turned up.

The property was in a really convenient location yet quiet. The check in was efficient and friendly. The pool was nice although the smell from the rubbish in the adjacent lane wafted over which wasn’t pleasant.

What we really didn’t like was the hot water was not hot. It was lukewarm and when we asked for it to be turned up to hot it got slightly warmer but was still lukewarm. It is reasonable to expect hotels to provide their guests with hot water

For me the negative point was the bad, the mattress was so bad that we couldn’t sleep well. Another improvement point is the breakfast. Considering the level of the hotel, I was expecting more options (fruits, yogurt, ….)

Outstanding service, we will definitely return! We arrived late due to plane delays, but staff were extremely attentive in checking us in (although now around midnight) and showing us our room. The room was beautiful - extremely clean but with character to the room and decor. The next morning, breakfast was delicious, beautiful by the pool-side with a good range of food items. After our room was cleaned, we returned to find it decorated with rose petals - absolutely beautiful and I don't recall telling staff it was our honeymoon. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will return!

Great service, even in bad circumstances

Seda and her team were amazing. They made sure to do everything possible to insure our happiness. Unfortunately there was a situation with a rowdy group of girls who decided to party until 5 am. The wall are somewhat thin and we were next door so it was quite painful. However the team kept doing everything they can to resolve the situation and made sure to make us feel happy before we finished our stay

I would recommend seeing it in person before reservation, all pictures looks great, when you get in the property actually like a scam, this place it is not 4 star hotel, i would say it is a motel style like one night stay if you looking to enjoy Antalya don't waste your money in hotels like this in downtown Antalya, there are so many hotels by the sea, views of those hotels are worth to stay couple night, I would not recommend its not safe at night at all, be careful people around the hotel would rub you.

Excellent location in the heart of all the hustle and bustle. Shopping, food, restaurants, fast food all on the doorstep. A minute's walk to Hadrian's Gate which is gateway to old town and Marina.
Service excellent, staff welcoming and helpful. Anything we asked for provided in minutes. Breakfast good served by the pool,great ambience.

Room was clean, comfortable just few things were missing. No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. In the shower nedded a shelf or a rack to put soap and shampoo.
We loved our stay , definitely we will stay again.

Arrived in the rain. Car was immediately parked for us, The reception could not be more helpful. Delighted with the hotel, the location was perfect could not have been better. Tremendous value for our money, could not believe our luck.
Overwhelmed by the friendship and attention from all staff. The breakfast was great with a large cooked and cold selection to choose from.

First: all the staff were just too kind!! Perfect place for a quiet holiday. Now, to find the place was sooooo complicated as it's marked wrongly on expedia's map... so it took us 30 min to find it! Anyway... the beds were cozy and the rooms beautiful! But they need some maintenance works, our sink was broken, the handle for the toilet was coming off and so the tower shelf.
The breakfast offers a great selection but I would recommend to take some vegetables off...
overall it was a great vacation!

1. Staff ask for tips, they force you for it, and don't leave the room before they get it.
2. Images don't show the reality, noisy rooms very small swimming pool.
3. Water is dirty.
4. Very bad beds!!! and room furnitures.
5. No WC ventilation.
6. Air condition compressor is very close to rrom where no noice isolation.
7. Poor breakfast and bad dirty vegetables. (Don't eat there whatever it costs)

The service the staff provides was excellent. All the staff spoke fluent English which helped a lot during our stay.the breakfast is also great with hot foods everyday. The location of the hotel is also perfect and in the middle of everything and exactly where you want to be.we will be missing this hotel alot as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Not sure where the high ratings came from?

We stayed for 2 nights and were very disappointed when we first arrived....I am not sure how they are rated so high in the reviews. First off, they are under construction and this was not mentioned in the booking ( we probably would of booked elsewhere if we had known). Our room was in the construction zone and the exterior was covered in green tarps. Although the construction noise was not an issue, the room was very old and run down with bathroom fixtures loose (afraid you would pull them off the wall), floors chipped and walls/trim in serious need of paint/repair. The only saving grace was the location and the people were very nice and apologetic, they offered to move us to a different room, but we were already in an \"executive\" room and the other wouldn't be as nice? We were only there for another night, so we declined.

There are many hotels in the area and I would look elsewhere....

DON’T BOOk THIS PROPERTY
The Hotel have a valet parking service as they have no parking at site. Their staff scratched my rented car and never informed me. I called the hotel to find out about it, they said they are going to call me.
No call received until today.
