Completely unaware of how they get away with calling this hotel a 4 star upscale hotel. The decor and facilities may of been of a 4 star hotel 20 years ago but thats not the case anymore. The bathroom is dated and includes a tiny shower, a shower head full of limescale and hairs in the shower. The shelf that holds the toiletries in the shower isn't screwed on well and topples repeatedly. The room itself is again incredibly dated. The technology used (hairdryer, TV, key access system etc.) is decrepit. Our AC settings are decided by the hotel and when you request to change the settings, you're met with attitude by the reception staff. Instead of dealing with the attitude we tried using their spare blankets but we found used plasters on them and decided to go without. The beds are uncomfortable and so, coupled with the other problems, we struggled to sleep most nights. The balcony was a decent size but the drying rack continuously fell off the wall. The location is a small walk to the beach but the town centre is a good 40 minutes.

Welcomed to bloody, buggy sheets only to be switched to another room with mysterious stains on the curtains. The hallways and rooms are reminiscent of a psychiatric institute from the 70s. No artwork or ambiance, unless you count the plastic plants, featuring a half-inch layer of dust. Not a 4-star place….more like 2 on a good day.

The male waiters were rude and arrogant. The dinner was bad, but the breakfast was good. The shower was switching from hot to cold in a second you had to be careful not to be burned. The cleaning of the bath room needs improvement.
Unfortunately we had next to the hotel a big dog barking during nighttime. Not a pleasant stay.

Hotel Mediterraneo in Terracina

we were in Terracina for a wedding and staying at the hotel Mediteranno was very good indeed. It boasts a great sized swimming pool; very clean water which is always good to see! Inside the hotel the staff spoke moderate english but enough to be understood and get things done! Breakfast was good also, basic but well presented and staff always at hand to help! Our room was with a balcony, basic double room but very good size, always cleaned with fresh towels daily. Would we stay here again??? Yes; if we went back!

We stayed in this hotel just for one night and were disappointed considering the 4-star rating. We found the room and the corridors in rather poor condition, the internet connection was extremely slow. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quality and comfort. The breakfast was ok and the staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful though.

We loved our stay here in every way, our only regret was the ill timed nature of dinner in the restaurant due to understaffing. The staff seems to work extremely hard and maybe they would benefit from a little more help! But we really realky loved our stay here and look forward to coming back!!!

Beatiful seaside town!

Excellet location to enjoy beaches and local italian lifestile, many seafood restaurants to choose from including a beer pub with great homemade draft beer! If you go there make sure to dine at Il Granchio Restaurant, best seafood in Italy. i've had dinner there 15 times in past stays never dissappointed! the owners Luca and Daniela will welcome you with a very friendly attitude! a gourmet dining experience to be remember!

Great pool, too many flies!

This hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable with smart decor. It had a brilliant pool with lots of sunbeds but unfortunately this area had an abundance of flies which proved irritating when you sat by the pool, perhaps it is a problem at this time of year, September. There a few good restaurants nearby but it is a long walk into town.

The hotel was very comfortable and most of he staff very welcoming. However the pool attendant working the afternoon shift appeared to be very unhappy with our group of guests for no obvious reason. He regularly accosted us for even very minor misunderstandings and made little effort to positively interact with our group. Often we were simply doing as the other guests of hotel.

Nice place for beach break near Rome

Stayed here prior to a cruise out of Rome. Was looking for something near Sperlonga, but this was closest available for the time of the year - mid August. Very nice people, helpful with questions and no problem with English. Two blocks from beach and they have a deal with a private beach where you get two chairs and an umbrella for low price. The pool is huge, and some may prefer that instead of the beach. Close to restaurants and groceries. Not really within walking distance of the town of Terracina, but if you have a car it's worth driving to see. Breakfast buffet was fine and the hotel had WiFi in the lobby that reached to the pool and maybe the front rooms. Only problem we had was the first room the A/C wasn't working. Also the power in the room kept switching on and off. We were moved the next morning. The A/C in that room didn't cool very well, but at least it got rid of the humidity, which the first room didn't. Price was a bit high for what you got, but that may be normal that time of year in that location.

Not great value for money!

I was quite disappointed as I thought the standard would be higher considering the 4 stars and the price. There was no information whatsoever about the place in English, either about the surroundings or the hotel itself, room-service-menues etc. There was very little choice of food in the restaurant which looked more like a canteen than anything else. The so called \"satellite-TV\" had one foreign channel in Russian only. We had to bring down empty glasses ourselves to the bar as room-service did not include
for them to be collected. The door to the shower didn't close properly, the bikes that they rented out were punctured, the list could go on. But thanks to nature itself and the closeness to the lovely beach we did have a good stay in Terracina.

Fin frukost och bra pool! Duschkabin så liten att man var tvungen att öppna dörren för att sätta ner tvål etc. Ingen hylla där. Mycket lyhörda rum! Trasig utkastare från duschen. Balkong med utsikt över en husvägg och ett tak. Hårfön ej fastsatt riktigt i väggen.

A 3-star hotel near the beach

The hotel is described as a hotel in luxury style but it is more a good 3-star hotel. The location is very good closes to the beach and free parking is offered. The cleaning is very good and it smells clean in corridors and rooms. The breakfast is OK but the dining room is a bit noisy. I think if you are looking for a middleclass hotel close to the beach this is good but if you are looking for something more upmarket you will be disappointed

Ich bin wirklich ein kritischer Mensch , aber dieses Hotel ist wirklich klasse. 50 Meter zum Sandstrand (15 € am Tag, privat Strand) ,aber das kann man dem Hotel nicht anlasten. Sehr schöner sauberer Pool mit ständiger Wasseranalyse. Die Anlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt.Das Personal ist super freundlich ,ebenso die Sauberkeit der gesamten Unterkunft . Das Frühstück ist wie zu Hause, wer da nichts findet hat keinen Hunger. Das Abendmenue ist etwas wenig auf dem Teller ,aber schmeckte gut. Alles in allem eine glatte 10 . Der Ort ist nicht ganz billig ,aber es lohnt sich wirklich.Alle Leute sind super freundlich und hilsbereit. Ich werde wohl wieder kommen

Das Hotel ist ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Für den Preis konnte man eigentlich auch nicht viel erwarten. Also hätten wir wissen müssen, was uns erwartet. Wir hatten uns auf die 4 Sterne und guten Bewertungen verlassen. In Summe war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis noch ok. Aber 4 Sterne sind nicht gleich 4 Sterne.

Positiv:
- Freundliches Personal
- Die Putzfrauen taten in Sachen Sauberkeit wirklich ihr Möglichstes.
- Täglich frisches Seifenstück
- Schöner und sauberer Pool
- Direkt am Strand
- Frühstück soweit ok. Fast nur Süßkram. Schinken roch nicht gut.

Negativ:
- Badezimmer: Enorm abgenutzt und teilweise gammelig. Dusche ist sehr klein. Duschabtrennung war unten braun/schwarz. Mal kam weniger und mal mehr Wasser aus dem Duschkopf. Brauseschlauch war verrostet. Kloschüssel war hinten braun. Klobrille hing schief auf der Schüssel. Beim Draufsetzen rutschte man schon mal ab. Der Wasserhahn war nicht mehr überall silber. Aus dem Perlator blühte heftig Grünspan. Die Abzugsöffnung war neben den schwarz-schimmeligen Lamellen der Klimaanlage am ekligsten. Wir wissen nicht, ob das am Abzug Staub-Blumen oder blühende Pilze waren.

Zimmer:
- Minibar kühlte kaum.
- Klimaanlage kann nur von der Rezeption aus gesteuert werden, trotz Steuerung an der Wand. Am ersten Abend hatte ich die Sicherung im Zimmer zum Ausschalten genutzt. Mitten in der Nacht bekamen wir einen Anruf, wir hätten dadurch im gesamten Hotel die Klimaanlage abgeschaltet. 😱

Ogólnie było przyjemnie, głównie dzięki lokalizacji obiektu przy samym morzu oraz samemu miasteczku. Ogród, lobby, części wspólne są bardzo dobre. Pokoje raczej nie spełniają wymagań 4 gwiazdek - malutki telewizor, brak wifi [tylko lobby], pościel to tylko pojedynczy materiał, malutka kabina prysznicowa. Bardzo słabe śniadania które zaważyły na mojej negatywnej opinii - te same produkty codziennie, często nieświeży chleb [odgrzewany w mikrofalii] i warzywa [pomidory i ogórki to jedyne warzywa dostępne], brak lokalnych smaków np. oliwek, winogron, mozarelli, szynki parmeńskiej itd. Często zdarzały się puste półmiski.

Codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników, recepcja 24h, wypożyczenie rowerów bez opłaty to główne zalety.

L'Albergo è molto piacevole, il personale veramente gentile e disponibile.
Camere spaziose, pulite e luminose, ottima la colazione.
Inoltre è posizionato davanti al mare e ha convenzioni con gli stabilimenti balneari, la vicinanza a Supermercati, giornalaio, ristoranti e negozi lo rende molto pratico.
Terracina è una cittadina di mare molto vivace e carina.
L'Albergo Mediterraneo assicura un soggiorno molto piavole e rilassante.

Albergo molto carino e tranquillo, stanze sempre pulite, per la colazione c’è ogni genere di cibo, la piscina e’ molto bella anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito essendo a 50mt dal mare dove c’è uno stabilimento carino tranquillo e confortevole, che è convenzionato con l’albergo. Quindi ci torneremo molto volentieri appena possibile.

Отель больше напоминает советский пансионат, расположенный в 3-х километрах от центра города.Рядом нет нормальных ресторанов и достопримечательностей, только пляжи и супермаркет,единственным преимуществом отеля является наличие небольшой территории и бассейна.В общем если целью является бюджетное размещение рядом с пляжем,то можно рассматривать отель для размещения.

Самое быстрое заселение в моей жизни. Отдали паспорта (забрали на следующий день), дали ключ и вперёд.
Вай-фай нормальный, бассейн соответствует фото. Номера свеженькие, чистые, не очень большие, как и везде в Италии в 4*. На 1 этаже, где мы жили, выход в личный мини- сад. Около 2 км от центра, мы были на машине - нам не мешало. Но мы и ленивые, а так прогуляться до и после ужина по набережной - очень приятно, должно быть.
Завтраки - маловато выпечки, все остальное есть , наедитесь . До моря - 100метров. Есть бесплатный и с лежаками.
Стены тонкие (по крайней мере, на 1 этаже), но нам повезло, попались тихие соседи с обеих сторон :)
Есть бесплатная парковка.
В общем, неплохой отель .

Soggiorno in famiglia a settembre. Periodo molto calmo con clientela per lo più straniera.
Struttura ben tenuta, moderna e pulita.
Camere spaziose e con balconcino.
Colazione a buffet molto ricca, dolce(squisite le torte dello chef) e salata.
La cena è un po' scarsa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il buffet di verdure (è in po' triste) e i condimenti di pesce dei primi piatti (di pesce solo l'idea).
La posizione è ottima, a soli 20 mt dalla spiaggia con stabilimento convenzionato.

Hotel esternamente molto curato, piscina bellissima, le camere pulite e personale gentile, l’unico lato negativo è che in camera quando non vi era nessuno all’interno si creava un’odore poco gradevole, ma bastava aprire la finestra due minuti e spariva.

Albergo curato e pulito; ottima posizione è stanza molto comoda. La cucina in albergo e buona come anche il centro benessere. Nel mio caso la stanza aveva un piccolo giardino perfetto per appoggiare la mia tavola da SUP e giocare un po’ con mio figlio.

Terribile... Personale che se prendi qualcosa in più suo buffet ti deride.... Alla fine con la mezza pensione ci hanno fatto pagare l acqua che abbiamo consumato nella cena prevista... Vergognosi capisco vino o coca cola ma addirittura un 4 stelle che ti fa pagare la bottiglia d acqua e una cosa allucinante.. Stanze sporche capelli e sabbia nelle lenzuola... Vergognosa...

Camera tripla era una doppia con letto aggiunto che appoggiava sopra l’applique senza possibilità di poter tirare su la testa.
Caduta una chiave sotto al letto e c’era un quintale di polvere. Chiesta seconda chiave , non ci è stata fornita. Colazione tra le 7 e le 10,00 arriviamo alle 9,15 era tutto finito e alla nostra richiesta di avere delle brioche ne hanno portate 5 appoggiate sul tavolo del buffet e non abbiamo fatto in tempo a prenderle. Scarsa flessibilità da parte del personale

Bella piscina

Hotel facile da aggiungere proprio a due passi dal lungomare. Ha una bellissima piscina e fuori dell’hotel si parcheggia facilmente. Le stanze sono luminose e spaziose. Qualità prezzo consigliato.

Terracina is a nice place, but\n

No place to buy a drink between the meals at the hotel. Very expensive to have dinner, and when we did one evening, we had cold food and very little to eat. Disappointing. We had our meals other places.
Everyone was speaking russian.
You had to buy food and drink at the supermarket.
The hotel was close to the beach but very far from everything else.
Very seldom a bus to catch and no taxis at all.

Fint hotell for strandferie

Fint hotell, 2 min. til stranden. Rolig område. Gangavstand til supermarked, restauranter, sentrum og gamlebyen. Gikk også shuttlebuss til/fra sentrum. Rommene er helt ok, rent og enkelt innredet. Litt utdatert. Egen balkong. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, men de fleste snakker veldig dårlig engelsk. Hadde halvpensjon, men spiste kun frokost og en middag på hotellet. Kunne velge 3 retter til lunsj/middag, men måtte vente veldig lenge på maten, og opptil 20 min. mellom rettene, og da var restauranten bare halvfull. Lunsj kan man fint spise på en av de mange strand-barene, og mange koselige restauranter i sentrum og gamlebyen.
Litt tungvindt å reise hit. Togene stopper et stykke unna Terracina, så man må ta buss inn til terracina, og evt taxi til hotellet. Tilbake valgte vi å ta taxi fra hotellet til flyplassen, tok ca 90 min og kostet litt over tusenlappen, men var verdt pengene. Tog + buss ville tatt minst dobbelt så lang tid.
