Beautiful sea view (deluxe room) and nice walking area with little forest inside. Season has not started yet so beach was not ready to enjoy it. We didn’t have hot water in the beginning, but they fixed it quickly. Spa and gym are of a very high standard. What we didn’t like is extra charge (47 AZN) for the dog. Overall great experience, will come again

Hotels.com only offers standard room where as family rooms offered on hotel's own webpage. Rooms were given on a different floors on 2 opposite ends of hotel. Phone was not working in one of the rooms, shower door wont close hence leak water on the floor.
When paying almoat 900$ for 2 night stay asking over 17s to pay extra 12$ for aquapark entry seems unfair whereas booking on hotes webpage is free :(.
Breakfast is far from 5*.

Great Place Amazing Location

Set in an amazing peaceful location. The stay was during week days and it was a place where one can relax.
The room was nice and comfortable. Staff were generally nice and friendly. Some were more helpful than others. The lack of consistency may be due to additional training needs.
I did not have breakfast but used Buddah bar and beach area cafe. Food was nice but quantity on the small side. This is acceptable as quality goes first.
They have other restaurants too but not tried them.
The beach area and water park were brilliant.

The Place is very nice. Most of the staff had very poor basic English. The AC in the room was not working properly and had to change rooms the following day. Generally speaking the AC in the Bar and the halls and Lobby was not cooling at all.

As a matter of fact the AC at the airport had the same issues.

Beautiful but less than what I expected...

Hotel Bilgah is a beautiful hotel located in an amazing seaside property away from busy city center.
What I can say that did not meet my expectation was the quality and quantity of the its breakfast menu. For example, the fruit juices were all concentrate juices, which you would not expect from a 5 star hotel. The selection of breakfast items were limited. Waffles, pancakes and crepes did not appear or taste like any ones you know.
Besides, at this time of the season, the water park and the rest of water-related events were closed until a warmer times of the year. My guess is one should come here during summer in order to enjoy all this beautiful hotel has to offer.

Unpleasant stay. Rude staff.

Staff didn't confirm the room availability despite booking confirmation. Unpleasant and rude staff at the reception who doesn't know how to smile. Poor servicing. Took atleast 1 hour to get even 1 water bottle. The hotel is very commercial asking to pay for even for basic things like ketchup. Our rooms basin was leaking but still didnt get another room. Had to stay in the same one. Not a pleasant stay at all.

A Beautiful weekend getaway on the seaside

That was on weekend and I was pleasantly surprised to find a quite quiet environment. Just in the evening due to the Eurovision song contest there was a party at Equinox night club, but that did not disturb not at all.

Incredible and great design, however poor execution. After shower the whole bathroom was flooded beacuse of shower doors, that cannot be closed (1cm spare). There was no room service (housekeeping) during the whole day, although we were out. The windows in public area were probably never cleaned.

Вместо комнаты с балконом вам предлагают комнату без балкона и только после того как вы показываете на телефоне данные бронирования они соглащаются что вы правы. Также на сайте hotels.com написано что в комнатах есть кофеварки нам сказали что это было раньше и мы опоздали. Ковры в холле и комнатах грязные. В комната для некурящих невозможно дышать от запаха сигарет. Невозможно спать из за комаров и звуков с улицы и с соседних комнат. На песке пляжа куча бычков от сигарет, кроме этого мы увидили то чего не видели ни на одном пляже - кость от шашлыка антрикота а на море валялись чьи то шорты. Ужин в ресторане со шведским столом стоит 45 манатов(евро) на человека. Меню скудное, еда невкусная в основном турецкая кухня. В других ресторанах отеля тоже самое и самое интересное вам могут показать меню с одними ценами о когда придет счет цены будут более дорогие. Отель находится загородом поблизости никаких ресторанов и кафе, не говоря уже про другие развлечения. Чтобы найти хоть какой ресторан или клуб нужно поехать в город а для этого нужно заплатить 50 евро на такси туда-обратно. Если не хотите испортить себе отпуск то ищите другой отель!

Not far from the airport or the city centre, the hotel was just what we were looking for - some place to chill out for the weekend and forget about work. Service was very good with friendly and helpful staff. Great view out over the Caspian

Wasted time sorting this at check-in, at breakfast and again at check-out because lack of communication between hotel reservations (who confirmed I did not need to pay for breakfast per my reservations) and the rest of the staff…

This hotel was beyond 5 star. Its a resort unto itself and all the amenities and service were amazing. Its brand new and still has a few \"bugs\" to fix but I'm confident they'll get those taken care of asap. My only concern and inconvenience was the cost of food and lack of available food nearby. Pretty much had to go into the city for a reasonably priced meal. Having said that, the quality and taste of the food onsite was fantastic and the service was great. The staff made you feel totally at home and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I probably will never be able to afford to stay at the Jumeirah again after they officially open and jack the prices up but I will never forget my stay there and want to thank the staff and ownership for a wonderful experience. Thanks so much and take care!

В целом отель хороший. На ресепшене очень приветливые. Кухня не плохая, не дешево. Хороший SPA.
Но персонал Room service ужас. Попросила сырники, мне заявляют что есть не сколько сортов сыра. Персонал практически не говорит на русском так и на Азербайджанском. Азербайджанский с диалектом Гусара. Секьюрити просил убрать автомобиль потому что там паркуется владелец отеля, я не буду называть чье он имя называл на весь отель, где этика работника? Этот отель 5 звезд и стоит он не дёшево, при выборе персонала нужно более тщательно выбирать персонал.

الفندق جدا ممتاز ولكن بعيد عن باكو جيد جدا للاسترخاء يحتوي على مطاعم وشاطىء جميل وغرف ممتازه يوجد بالقرب من المنتجع سوبر ماركت وبعض المحلات يبعد عن المطار ١٥ دقيقه وعن باكو العاصمه ٤٥ دقيقه ولكن يستحق التجربه

Schönes Hotel leider nicht alles optimal

Jede Stunde ein Angestellter an der Tür, \"Privacy\" aufzuhängen und die Glocke auszuschalten helfen nicht immer, man kann noch angerufen werden. Ein grosser orangefarbener Fleck auf dem Spannteppich direkt beim Eingang. Kein heisses Wasser, der Sanitär musste kommen, er hat aber nicht ganz geholfen. Das Hotel ist gross, jedes Mal am Anfang an muss man fragen, wo was ist, weil kein Wegweiser vorhanden ist. Seltsamer Vorgang an der Rezeption, wenn Kaution in bar verlangt wird und man sie nicht zurück bekommen kann, bevor die Unterlagen gefunden werden.

Отель роскошный - марка обязывает. Поэтому все было ожидаемо - хороший чистый номер со всеми приспособлениями, замечательный спа - с бассейном, сауной, хаммамом, ухоженная территория с красивыми кипарисами и соснами.
Что не понравилось? Дело в том, что в Азербайджане любят строить заборы - всюду и везде. Вот и Джумейра ограничена ими с обеих сторон. Соответственно, прогуляться по пляжу невозможно. А гулять с другой стороны - вдоль дороги - нет смысла. Получается, как на подводной лодке. Некуда деться. Это, очевидно, учитывается при формировании цен на отельную еду. 3200 руб. за довольно стандартный завтрак на двоих - это много. И рядом нет ничего, никаких кафешек. Надо брать такси.

Заселили в номер , там отсутствовало полотенце , позвонили на рецепшен , принесли через 1,5 часа . Отель уставший . Спа зона для мужчин и женщин отдельная . В сауне 50 градусов .

Belles chambres spacieuse. Literie très confortable. Très bon service en chambre.
Personnel aux petits soins.
On regrette le manque d'élégance des procédures, qui conduisent à vous poursuivre après dîner dans votre chambre si le prepaiement des frais annexes est dépassé.
Prix du restaurant Buffet excessif ( 60 à 85 manats). Carte du restaurant la promenade plus raisonnable. Pas de choix en vin.

Все замечательно .спасибо большое.отдыхали в марте с сыном. Небыло моря и бассейна, но это было не столь важно . Прекрасный спа и закрытый бассейн компенсировали все . Неожидала.буду рекомендовать друзьям.отель как в Турции 5 звёзд.очень довольна всем , персонал очень приветливый и заботливый .уже хочу к Вам снова:)) удачи Вам и процветания :)!

Отмечу лишь недостатки

В целом, очень достойно. Удивила цена завтрака - 30 долларов с человека. В ресторане подают самый отвратительный стейк в моей жизни - сухая резиновая подошва. Но это особенность местной кухни - все жареное, сухое или наоборот жирное. Берите с собой таблетки от изжоги. Вообще в номер приносили еду лучше, чем в ресторане на берегу, хоть там и вид потрясающий. Советую всем посетить ресторан азиатской кухни наверху отеля. Такой лапши с говядиной я не ел и в Тайланде. Просто выбесило правило не заплывать за буйки, которые установлены на глубине чуть выше пояса. Несколько раз откровенно хамил персоналу по этому поводу. Остались претензии к персоналу отеля, который, несмотря на очевидную доброжелательность, всё же не полностью профессионален и вышколен (в лифте с тобой ездят, хоть и имеется лифт для персонала; дорогу не всегда уступают; в 9 утра ломятся в номер по какой-то мелочи). В любом случае, достоинства самого отеля выше этих недостатков. Рекомендую.
