치명적인 문제점은 아니지만 자잘하게 별로 였음

1. 체크인을 저녁 7시 넘어 했는데 배정받은 3층 방의 뷰는 옥상만 보임
2. 호텔스닷컴 골드 특전인 음료 서비스에 대한 안내가 따로 없어서 문의 했더니 누락 되었다고 예약내역을 보내달라고 함.
3. 들어가자 마자 호텔방 쓰레기통에 면봉이 하나 있었음. 완전히 비우지 않은듯 함
4. 그리고 방바닥에 머리카락도 하나 있었음
5. 아침에 옆방 아기 우는 소리가 그대로 들림

룸 냄새

객실에서 말리지 않은 걸레 썩은 냄새가 계속났어요
처음에 심하지 않아서 환기가 좀 덜됐거나
화장실 냄새인가 했는데
점점 심해져서 체크아웃할때는
룸전체가 쾌쾌해서 많이 힘들었어요

화장실에서 나는 냄새도 아니고
침구 이불 에서 나는것도 아니였는데
도대체 왜 어디서 나는 것인지 몹시 불쾌했습니다
덜말린 물걸레로 바닥을 청소한것인지
문제의 원인을 꼭 찾아야할것같습니다
직원분들은 모두 친절하고 나머지부분은 모두 만족이 였는데
안타깝습니ㄷ

Premium double room without bathtub.

울산 출장올때마다 프리미엄 더블룸 이용하였습니다.
욕조가 있어서 항상 이쪽으로 예약했는데 왠걸 이번에는 욕조가 없네요.
방도 이미 사용했으니 못바꿔주니 다음에 올때 미리 이야기하라고 합니다.

너무나 더웠던 여름 여행의 하루를 라한에서 보낼 수 있어서 행복했습니다. 룸도 너무 깨끗하게 준비되어 있었고 모든 시설들이 만족스러웠습니다. 사우나도 이용했는데 시설이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 어딜가도 깨끗하고 정리가 잘 되어있었고 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 다시 꼭 방문하고싶은 호텔입니다!

The hotel is really good, but some things could be improved. For example, there is not a single chair in the lobby, never mind anything more comfortable. The hotel is also geared towards Korean guests - no map of Ulsan available with street names and the rest written in Latin alphabet. Also the restaurant stops serving Korean food at 8 pm, while Western dishes remain available until 11 pm. I have them at home as well.

The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean. But I’ll highlight what I consider a negative experience. 1- The AC in room was turn off, the temperature never get below 25C and found difficult sleeping, when I reach to the staff they provided me a fan. ( helped a little ! ) 2- you are only permit to use the swimming pools, sona required additional payment. 3- breakfast closed at 9:30am. ( all hotels I been to closed at 10 ) 4- no room service after 10pm which is not convenient as all restaurants in surrounding area closed at 10pm too ). 5- WiFi is available but without password which make it less secure.

Aside from the hotel's small pool and very limited outside dining options in the immediate area, Hyundai Hotel is a great option for this area of Ulsan. Those who enjoy jogging or hiking should try nearby Myeongdeok Lake and Mount Yeompo.

저희는 킹, 싱글 침대가 있는 방을 사용했어요.
객실 전체적으로는 깨끗한편이었지만 침구류에서
먼지가 꽤 나왔어요. 조금 날릴정도록 뭐 먼지가 뭉쳐진 그런 먼지는 아니었고 이불에서 삐져나오는? 것 같았어요. 그리고 침대 밑에 언제부터 있었는지 모를 슬리퍼 한짝이 먼지와 뒤엉켜 있었어요. 4성급 호텔에 걸맞는 청결도는 아니었네요. 그리고 1층 라운지 커피가 9천원인데 물론 호텔 Bar같은데라서 비싼거는 이해가 가지만 형편없는 품질의 커피여서 실망했어요.

4.5성급 기준이 뭔지 궁금하네요

스튜디오 스위트에 묶었는데 방만 크고 쾨쾨한 냄새 나고 너무 건조했어요.. 가격이 다른 호텔 스위트 대비 좀 저렴하긴 한데, 수저 포크도 없고 흔한 유리잔도 없어서 직접 1층 뷔페에 받으러 가야 한다는게 좀 이해하기 힘들었습니다ㅠㅠ. 다른 룸은 리모델링해서 어떤지 모르겠지만, 스위트는 정말 편안함을 전혀 느끼지 못해서 다시 가고 싶진 않아요.

The best stay in the past few years

I don’t normally write reviews but I should this time. The location is great (it was the best for me) and the room & indoor pool are in a great condition. (A taxi driver said it was an old hotel but it was really clean and nice.) On top of it, I really liked the staff. I was in rush and didn’t greet properly when leaving but wanted to say this for sure. I can’t thank you enough for helping me enjoy my stay there. Although there were some hiccups in the beginning literally all of the staff did their best to solve the matters. Honestly, I was not very nice when things happened but they were kind and nice. I was touched when I received a call after check-out. They even checked the little Starbucks gift card I left there to see if I forgot to take... I wish I could be nicer to them. Anyways, I will definitely recommend everyone this hotel.

For Businesses associated with the nearby shipyard

It is well known to people of shipping business and it is preferred by several companies with projects in the shipyard of Hyundai (opposite the Hotel). This is both advantage and disadvantage. The former is clear due to the significant number of customers.
(+) Cleanliness for the greatest part, Renovated Interior, Service and Behaviour of its personnel, Existence within the Hotel of Patisserie, Gym, Swimming Pool, Hair Dresser’s shop, nice Lounge caffe at the reception, Free External Parking for the Customers, the provided toiletry (e.g. soap, shampoo etc) are from the world famous Fragonard (France) imported through Italy, nice and tasty bouffe Breakfast with various international dishes (Caprese salad, smoked salmon etc) and Korean dishes.
(-) Swim.Pool Area might require some renovation and expansion while the pool itself during the wintertime might need some more heating. In order to use the pool you must rent a head cap (3000KW). Smoking area (consists of 1 ashtray and 1 sign) is far away from entrance, next to parking area, very exposed to weather and in winter (e.g. -8C/feel -17C) it is very frustrating for a cigarette to be there. Several customers are taking breakfast and walk around the reception with boiler suits and even helmets as if they were on a ship. As a Gold Member of Hotels.com I was granted a free drink for my stay. When I asked it, I was provided with a coffee coupon and when I used it I had to pay an addition of 500KW.

Successful visit and hotel staff very polite and accommodating to my every need. The only reason for a mark down from excellent is the early suspension of a limited room service menu. The room cleaning was also below par with food from previous day still on the floor after the room had been cleaned.

Nice hotel. They were doing construction on the 9th and 10th floor during our stay. That did not effect the stay much, as they did construction only during the daytime hours and those two floors were closed to hotel customers. The main floor and lobby were beautiful. There was also a nice bakery and high end gift shop. We were happy with the location. The staff was helpful and communicated well in English. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel, short cab ride to the beach

I stayed two nights at the hotel Hyundai while touring in Ulsan. The hotel is very nice. All the lobby staff and friendly and speak english. All the taxi drivers know where the hotel is and there is a bus line from the KTX station that stops a block away. The hotel isn't necessarily walking distance to the main part of town, a short $5 cab ride or bus ride is necessary. There is a pool but note that it (at least when I was there) was set up for lap swimming (4 lanes total). So really only 4-8 people can use the (rather large) pool at one time. Don't expect something you can just "go for a dip" in. The park next to the hotel is a nice place for a break from the city. The hotel has tourist information but seems to be largely geared towards business travelers and hosting weddings on the weekends.

Hotel is clean and somewhat updated. Room service prices are very high for the quality and amount of food given. Rates are high for small rooms, but i am not sure if this is average for the area. This hotel is a great location for working at the HHI shipyard as it is directly across the street from the main gate!

가격대비 손색없는 5성급의 호텔입니다. 무료 제공하는 옵션의 설명 부족이 아쉬웠습니다. 수영장 쿠폰을 두 장이나 주셨지만 당연히 사우나를 통해 입장되는 줄 알았던 제 생각과는 달리 다른 객장 입장이었습니다.
호텔의 입장에서 당연히 수영장 사용율이 좋지않아 이벤트를 기획하셨겠지만 설명을 해주셨으면 아마 쿠폰을 안받았을 것 같습니다

오래된 호텔이라 들었는데 전혀 느껴지지 않을만큼 깔끔하고 이쁜 외관이었습니다. 수영장과 객실은 무난하지만 충분히 괜찮은 수준이었고 조식은 쾌적하고 깔끔한 환경에 맛도 좋았습니다. 주차장이 옥외인데 호불호는 있겠지만 밤늦게 나갔다와도 자리가 있었습니다.

잘 묵었습니다.

호텔 바이 라한이라 신라스테이나 롯데시티호텔 이용해 보신 분들은 비슷한 수준이라 생각하시면 됩니다. 방 상태는 룸바룸이겠지만 전 3시에 체크인, 하루 숙박이라서인지 엘베 바로 앞 방으로 받았어요. 나름 깨끗하고 소음은 없었습니다. 푹 잤어요.
문 잠금고리 뻑뻑했지만 그래도 잘 걸렸어요.
아, 방 티비가 안켜졌습니다. 어차피 하루 숙박에 와이파이 잘 되어서 핸드폰 보다가 바로 자긴 했는데, 시설 체크 등을 조금 신경써주면 좋겠네요.
그래도 잘 묵었습니다.

방 청결 개선 필요

처음 체크인한 방 베드에 머리카락, 바닥에 휴지가 치워지지 않아서 방 변경을 요청했어요. 그 다음 배정해준 방 침대에도 머리카락이 있었어 한번 더 방 변경을 요청했습니다. 직원이 확인을 다 한 방이라고 마지막 방으로 안내해 주었는데 그방에 역시나 침대 이불 밑에 머리카락이 있더라구요. 다시 변경하기 귀찮아서 그냥 사용하긴 했지만
3개의 방 모두 침대에 머리카락이 그대로 놓여잇는건 정말 아니지 않나 싶네요.. 출장으로 자주 들리던 호텔이었는데 이제 다시 예약하고 가도 될지 고민될 정도의 청결도였습니다.

창문 열면 실외기 소리가 너무 시끄러운 곳에 방을 주셨어요.방2개 2박 성인 4명 이면 좋은방 좀 주시지. 공홈에서 예약 할 걸 그랬나요.
