The hotel and room were excellent, however the Wi-Fi was very poor to non existent. The shower pressure was not very good, with the temperature constantly fluctuating when in use.

The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful.
Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there.
It was a nightmare.
Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay.

Stayed twice on a trip to spain and back. The first time was O.K, even though we had to wait for 15min for someone to show up at the \"24h reception\" for checking out. On our way back, we got a room on the bottom floor, which was populated with some local bugs, it wasn't too bad, though. This time, however, we got locked out while loading the car, since the card-reader at the back door was broken and the \"24h reception\" was once again not occupied and the door bell did not prompt any reaction for over 15 minutes. Left the hotel room card and a note below the entrance sliding door, couldn't be bothered to stand out in the storm for longer.

when we arrived at the hotel the restaurant was shut (despite advertising its open on Saturday night), the nearest restaurant is three miles away so without a car you can’t get there and the WiFi didn’t work so we couldn’t even order takeaway
The location is inconvenient for any sort of town and the airport so if you haven’t got a car you will spend a lot on taxis
Staff were abrupt and unhelpful
On the plus side the rooms were basic but they were clean
There were hardly any other guests so it was a very quiet atmosphere
I definitely wouldn’t recommend

Handy hotel for Grenoble airport

There are no hotels on site at Grenoble Airport. The city of Grenoble is nearly 30 miles from the airport, and whereas there are no shortage of hotels you are still half an hour from the terminal. The Best Western Palladio is on the western outskirts of Voiron, right next to the motorway (it is accessed from the island at the motorway exit). Grenoble airport is one stop north on the A48 and is less than 15 minutes from hotel carport to airport terminal.
The hotel itself is small, modern and convenient. The check in staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are small, but neat, clean, warm and comfortable - the bed in particular was very comfortable - i had a very good night’s sleep.
The hotel has its own restaurant which has a sensibly priced menu with plenty to choose from from three course meal to a burger (and a nice burger too).
If you are looking for somewhere to stay for access to Grenoble Isere Airport you will not do better.

Nice hotel about a 20 minute walk from the city centre (5 minutes by car). Clean, well maintained room with excellent wi-fi.

The only let down was the cost of breakfast. 13 Euro was far to expensive for what was on offer.

By definition of hotel this place fails miserably!

Greeted by a very rude manageress, who when asked if a twin was available , gave a blunt no and slapped our key cards on the desk. The restaurant was closed for a function, but we were also refused drinks, and told we could get served at 1am after the function finished. There are no restaurants or bars in the immediate area so we were stuck. Our last night with our son before going our seperate ways and we couldn't even sit in the lobby as this was out of bounds to us as well.disgusting that a hotel can ban guests from its public areas ! They could have made one of their meeting rooms available with a drinks service, but were just not interested.

Good, clean hotel and convenient for the airport!

We had booked this for one night only before flying out of Grenoble airport (20 minutes drive) after a skiing holiday. Unfortunately we got caught up in the traffic chaos for the Christmas/New Year changeover after a massive snow fall which resulted in us taking 14 hours to get there rather than the 2 hours it normally takes. This meant we only actually arrived at 2 am and had 4 1/2 hours in the hotel but from our limited experience it was very good. The room was a fair size and the bed was very comfortable but in the circumstances anything would have felt great! Linen was very clean, crisp and white and amazing pillows. Wifi was a good speed and tea and coffee was provided in the room. Bathroom was a good size with a very powerful shower. Whilst held up in the traffic I did ring the hotel a couple of times to inform them we would be late arriving and fortunately they spoke English and were able to reassure me they would keep the rooms for us as, with so many people stuck in the snow, we were afraid they would give our rooms away.

We thought this was very good value for money as we found it on a special deal to get two rooms for the price of one (£70). Unfortunately there was some confusion over breakfast as we understood the night porter to say that breakfast was included but apparently it wasn't so ended up having to pay over 12 Euros each for it. Whilst it was a reasonable breakfast we didn't think it was worth that much.

good hotel, excellent food but poor location

Unless of course you HAVE to be in the area. The food is surprisingly good for an hotel of this type. I really recommend you to try the restaurant. However, do not take your spouse there, it is full of salesmen staying overnight, not the most romantic place. So all in all perfect for overnight stay if you have meetings in that city. Otherwise, really I don't see why you'd chose it!

Our room was big and clean. Reception friendly and efficient. Breakfast lovely with fresh orange juice. Although website said wifi everywhere we could only access in main lounge area. Pool area looked neglected. We had dinner in the restaurant and although my seafood main course was small, it was very tasty. My husbands steak was in edible though and he couldnt cut it

Very conveniently placed, just off of A48 between Lyon and Grenoble. Perfect for a stop off en route. Despite beautiful surroundings this hotel seems somewhat utilitarian. Small room with no mini bar or drink making facilities. Good restaurant with quality food and attentive service. Friendly staff.

Stylish hotel in beautiful setting

This hotel is conveniently located being just off the motorway. It is a great stopover en route to Italy and is in the beautiful town of Voiron. The rooms were large and comfortable and the one we stayed in had a small kitchenette area. There were balconies to all rooms with views over the Alps and a secure car park. The hotel had an outdoor swimming pool and a gym and the restaurant looked nice. The cost of this hotel per night was excellent in comparison to others we stayed in on this trip. Would highly recommend.

La chambre était propre et isolée du bruit. Le restaurant propose des plats de très bonne qualité. Petit moins pour le petit déjeuner durant lequel il arrive de ne plus avoir de viennoiseries (par exemple) aux horaires de rush (le temps que le personnel réapprovisionne).

Séjour d’étape en chambre standard. Chambre très petite donnant sur parking. Le lit est à 15 cm du dressing. Mais chambre et hôtel très propres. Belle salle de restaurant avec très bon petit déjeuner bien réapprovisionne. Localisation en sortie d’autoroute idéale pour étape sur la route des sports d’hiver.

Hôtel vétuste qui demande un rafraichissement, fait essentiellement pour la clientèle d'affaires qui sont de passage et pas pour la clientèle de loisirs.
Mauvais rapport qualité prix hôtel et restaurant, accueil rapide sans instruction, carte avec peu de choix et service au restaurant exécrable....
Chambre avec pas assez de prises électriques, pas de plaque de porte \"ne pas déranger\", kitchenette fonctionnel mais sans ustensiles, pas de brosse pour les toilettes, robinet de la baignoire défectueux, moquettes en mauvais états.....
Attention à ne pas donner votre avis sur le plat que vous manger sans quoi vous vous ferez insulter pour l'avoir dit (Une salade caesar sans ail dans la sauce n'est plus une caesar salade, ce serait comme faire une sauce béarnaise sans estragon et cerfeuil).
Un geste commerciale a été fait par le responsable mais aucune excuse de la part de la serveuse imbus de sa personne n'a été fait.
Quand la serveuse vous insulte quand vous lui expliqué calmement que vous n'avez pas apprécier votre plat, je considère que ce comportement est inadmissible et démontre la qualité de l'écoute et du service au sein du restaurant et je le dis en connaissance de causes ayant été jusqu'au B.T.S hôtellerie et travailler dans plusieurs hôtels restaurant en tant que chef de rang, réceptionniste et commis de cuisine, ce métier est une passion et la satisfaction du client est notre objectif.
Enfin, mon séjour aurait dû être agréable et finalement il a été vraiment horrible....

A déconseiller si l'on veut dormir

Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que j'ai réservé sur votre site que j'ai eu le privilège d'avoir une chambre donnant directement sur une route à grande circulation ou si c'est un hasard mais j'ai eu environ 3 h de répit (de 2h à 5h du matin) A ce prix il faudrait leur dire d'investir dans du double ou même triple vitrage. Ce fût une HORREUR !!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La suite, avec la baignoire dans la chambre est superbe. Nous aurions apprécié un 2e porte serviette.

Bien penser à mettre le petit panneau \"Ne pas déranger\" car le personnel d'entretien, très efficace, attaque le ménage des chambres dès 8:20.

Pour la personne de l'accueil, le soir de notre arrivée : vous nous avez demandé de nous positionnez rapidement sur notre volonté ou non de manger au restaurant, alors que nous arrivions tout juste, et n'avions qu'une envie : poser nos affaires et prendre le temps de réfléchir à la suite du programme. Vous avez attendu que nous nous prononcions avant de nous donner notre carte de chambre alors qu'on ne connaissait pas la carte. Nous avons préféré manger ailleurs.

Nous comprenons que les places soient limitées, néanmoins, le fait que nous ne soyons pas en mesure de vous faire un retour direct, dans la minute, n'aurait pas dû être un frein à un enregistrement rapide.

À noter : la porte côté parking ne s'ouvre pas avec un badge de chambre actif. Nous devons faire le tour du bâtiment et rentrer par la réception.

par contre à l'arrivée le réceptionniste ne m'a même pas regardé et m'a juste tendu la carte en m'indiquant le numéro de la chambre.
il a fallu que je demande moi-même s'il y avait un petit déjeuner que je demande les horaires que je demande le tarif... c'est moi le client ou c'est le réceptionniste ?
il y a peut-être quelque chose qui lui a déplu à mon arrivée..mes origines étrangères? mon supposé statut social?

si c'est le cas sachez Monsieur le réceptionniste que les origines tout comme la taille ou la couleur de peau ne se choisissent pas à la naissance et si c'est mon statut social qui vous a gêné, ne vous meprenez pas, une personne en jean peut gagner plus qu'une personne en chemise.

Mon séjour d'une nuit m'a suffi pour savoir que la propreté de l'hôtel est une priorité, que le service est très bon et que le plus important est son emplacement, j'envisage donc d'y retourner pour une période plus longue.
