Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider völlig überlaufen, man musste überall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. Im Wellnessbereich standen leider viel zu wenig liegen zum Ruhen, obwohl genug Platz zur Verfügung steht.
Den Spa Bereich kann ich sehr empfehlen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Sauberkeit. Die Massage die wir hatten, waren sehr entspannend und wohltuend.

Im großen und ganzen eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Leider ist der Wellnessbereich schon sehr abgelebt nach 2 Jahren, wie Hotel besteht. Handtücher waren auch sehr wenige im Wellnessbereich und mussten an der Rezeption geholt werden.

Prima maar service kan veel beter kamer is niet 1x schoon gemaakt. Bij incheck bali geen vakkundig personeel. Helaas moet je ook betalen voor parkeren.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, überall Fuseln, kein Mineralwasser nur die Gläser, alte benutzte Ohrstäbchen lagen einfach im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück reine Katastrophe: keine Servietten, fehlende Kaffeebecher und Besteck, große Büfett aber sofort alles verteilt. Fazit: die Ursache liegt wahrscheinlich an zu wenig Personal und kein Aufsicht.
