Since the very beginning it was horrible with the staff I asked for her name and believe her name is Saraid if I’m not mistaken. The room we stayed in had a HORRIBLE smell like sewer IT WAS BAD . This was not my first or second time staying in that hotel. We will not be going back here.

Todo muy bien! El servicio y las habitaciones pequeñas pero excelentes. Lo único complicado fue la cantidad de gente que nos toco, habían grupos muy grandes hospedádose al mismo tiempo. La comida del buffet se acabo durante el primer desayuno y un par de noches hubo mucho ruido por estos grupos.

The room wasn’t ready for check-in when we arrived, and we had to wait until 5 pm. The room had a horrible drainage smell that persisted throughout our stay. The towels were dirty, and the bathtub was covered in mold.

The too small queen size bed is on a wooden platform. I barked my shin a few times and my husband almost broke his toes. The shower went every way but down. The shower door is not sealed and there's a clear plastic seal on the drain. The first morning I washed my hair and flooded the room. The staff was very nice and moved us to a different room without any complains. The location is great and the staff are super nice

One major issue with this hotel - zero sound proofing or sound barrier. The loud buses and traffic two floors below sounded like they were in the room, as did the people returning late at night, outside our door. The walls seem to amplify sound, not block it.

Loved the location (it is a big city so don’t expect perfect clean quiet neighborhood conditions). Very walkable and accessible. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely picked a perfect spot. Smooth airport transportation assistance. (350 pesos). Elevator was a plus. Breakfast was simple but just right for the price and time, open until late. The only thing I wasn’t too sure about was the jetted tub and the water color. Picked the room especially for that but didn’t use it because of my own doubts with the color of the water and run down tub. It was too late at night to have someone check it out but also was too tired. Other than that my family enjoyed it a lot. (family of 4 including 2 toddlers ).

It was a nice room for the price we can’t complain much but the bed was very hard. The shower would make the whole bathroom floor wet and there was a strong smell coming from the piping system in the bathroom. It was a great location. Looked a little rough at first but a couple minute walk and your on downtown. Location was perfect. Wish the ac was a bit stronger

The city is fixing the roads around the neighborhood. There is a lot of construction going on and that's why the area is dirty and noisy.

I like staying at this property because I know what Im going to get for what I pay. Just pnce I had to request to be moved to a room in the pback if the hotel because the room next to the adjacent street was too noisy. Unlike other tourists, I do spend time at the hotel (I have my readons) and at this hotel they have reduced their TV options to having 30 something channels, which is fine, but no mire youtube access. Other than that, the rooms are a good size for what I pay, their mattresses are excellent and their showers are fantastic, good pressure, although a bad design on their glass doors let water come out and sometimes drip all the way outside the bathroom. BUT overall, I keep staying with them because of the location anf friendly staff. Thanks La Perla Central

Staff was great!! The junior suite was nice however the restroom was way too small and the shower head needed fixing. The location is near everything walking distance, but there are lines of people waiting for buses on both side of the hotel. Buses start at 7am and run until 10pm and you can definitely hear them.

The location of the hotel is pretty good if you want to explore the historic City Center. The block where the hotel sits is a bit on the ugly side and busy with regards to traffic, however when you get past that you get the beautiful downtown.

There streets around are blocked because the city are doing constructions.
So the entire lobby looks dusty
We stayed on the 6th floor with a nice view but the elevator wasn’t working so when we woke up to go to the airport we found out the elevator wasn’t working and we wait long time for someone to help us…after 30 min we ended bringing down all our luggage and the uber driver canceled our trip
We almost missed the flight..
