We booked the Superior room thinking it may of been a little more roomy or plush than the standard room, the only extra I can see from a standard room was a warm bottle of water.
The heat in the room was unbearable, I know France & Spain are going though (as we speak 16/08/2025) a heatwave, but the air con in the room done absolutely nothing. Lucky enough I had a couple of travel fans with me that we used to try & keep cool overnight.
The hotel is a good 10/15 mins walk from any fast food places and both vending machines in the lobby were \"out of service\"??

Easy to find. Located at entrance to a small industrial estate. Have stayed a couple of times before. Easy on site free parking. Friendly staff and quick check in. Clean, safe and relatively comfortable, just that my pillow was a bit too firm for me. Basic choice for breakfast. Lidl & Carrefour a very short drive away. All in all value for money.

Cheap stay but very small rooms
A very basic, budget hotel. The receptionist was polite and helpful and spoke English, although the reception closes at 9pm and so if you are intending to arrive after this you will need to inform the hotel ahead of time. The room was VERY small (there was not much space in the room aside from the beds) as was the bathroom, but it was clean. Parking was secure. The hotel was located away from the centre but in a car, it could be reached within 6-8 minutes. If you just want to spend a night in a bed before continuing your journey, and don't mind being on top of each other, this is ok. Not great, but ok.

Fantastic value for money. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel on edge of industrial estate but no issues with noise whatsoever. Short drive to Mont de Marsan passing restaurants and supermarkets en route. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I have stayed at a lot of Premiere Classe hotels over the years, and the one thing that was always a bug bear was the plastic bathroom. Thankfully in this New Generation hotel you now get a real bathroom. We also had a king size bed too. Now we only look for the New Generation PC hotels

This is the 2nd time at this Hotel and we would return without hesitation. The room has a good sized double bed and quite comfortable although a thicker pillow or two pillows would have resulted in a better night sleep. Nice shower. Adequate breakfast. Ample parking.

The hotel is fine for quick stay, if you need just sleep after the long day away from the hotel.
But SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I booked 6 days stay for 6 rooms, in my reservation was written 39,60 EUR per room, but hotel refused to accept my reservation and charged me 49 EUR per room after one hour of arguing and calls to customer support of Hotels.com. In overall I paid 360 EUR (!) more just for rooms, which is ridiculous.
They also charge 6.60 EUR extra per person for breakfast. DO NOT PAY for it. Breakfast is so poor, it doesn't worth this money at all. Unless you are skinny model on yogurt diet, better grab something in cafe next to it.

Good for a stopover,check late entry procedure
We prebooked a room but after driving all day we arrived on a Saturday at 10.30 pm to find the car park locked and the reception had closed at 9pm with no bell. Fortunately a security guy appeared around 5 minutes later, and although he spoke no English, directed me to a machine by the gate where I had to enter our booking no, which it wouldn't accept, but did recognise my name when I entered that. But it still wouldn't let me in until I had paid the tax (about98p) with my credit card.( why this could not have been included with the original booking I don't know!) Apparently this is a standard procedure on a lot of French hotels,and it makes sense as you can just roll up without a booking and still get automated entry, however as I had not experienced this before I was not too charmed at the hassle especially as it was raining heavily. It might be a good idea to explain the procedure when making a booking. Otherwise the hotel was fine for a stopover, although a little isolated. Good secure car park was appreciated as we were towing a trailer. Coffee machine in foyer is very picky about what coins it will accept, an unnecessary inconvenience when arriving late. ( apparently the reception only closes early on weekends) Not easy to find as my satnav wouldn't recognise the address given

Best of the Claustrophobic Hotels!
This week we stayed in 3 Premiere Classe hotels in France. This new Mont de Marsan hotel is an example of the latest version of the Premiere Class model. This unit has an elevator and an enclosed-glass door shower. All of these hotels suffer from the severe lack of space. However, since they are priced so low, they are great value-for-the-money. The breakfast, at just under five Euros, is fantastic. Their sister slightly-upscale hotel, which we are using tonight, charges double that price for the same continental breakfast.

Very friendly staff, just outside of Mont de Marsan. Very clean and spacious rooms. Only down experience was that the internet was unreliable - went in and out. Parking was free and secure, gated. Stayed here on the way to St. Jean Pied de Port.

La chambre était bien mais par contre, le lit enfant au dessus du lit adulte une horreur 😱😱
Il craquait comme pas possible nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit.
La literie est confortable sauf les coussins, mais ça c’est très subjectif.
Petit déjeuner vraiment moyen par contre.
Certes pas cher mais c’était pas bon.
Le pain décongelé était dur, le jus d’orange et le chocolat chaud c’était de l’eau, c’est dommage.
Point positif pour les coupelles de confiture ou pâte à tartiner qui sont consommables, c’est sympa.

Cet hôtel est un choix en fonction du budget, c'est donc correct par rapport au prix.
Très bon accueil, check in rapide, propreté correcte mais à améliorer.
L'un des lits avait des draps avec des tâches d'usure, dans les couloirs du 2ème odeur d'égouts, le carrelage des murs de la salle de bain devrait être lavé car présence de traces/saleté.
Ma télécommande de télé était crade.
Les télé de tout hôtel aujourd'hui devraient offrir la possibilité de se connecter à Netflix, prime video et/ou youtube, ce n'est pas le cas, c'est dommage, c'est la base!
