Room is big and clean. However air conditioning or some electrical equipment was pretty noisy. I could hear the some echoing sounds all night. It waked me night a couple times. I asked other customer in the same building. She said she couldn’t sleep at all🙁

Inside nice. Outside less nice.

The facilities weee once bustling and grand. They’ve updated rooms. My room upon approach was difficult to find and dark. When I opened the door it was like a furnace of heat. The room faces the sun and they left the curtains open so it was unbearably hot. I couldn’t even enter. I had to turn on the AC for several hours before it was bearable. If they had only kept the curtains closed then it would have saved al the energy needed to cool the room. There’s nothing to do around the resort on Mondays. No restaurants or even convenience stores are nearby. The town is dead. Bring your own snacks or avoid Mondays. The baths are great. The service is great. But the location is strange and in an economically depressed community.

The hotel was not updated since 30 years ago, in the advertising there are some restaurants and karaoke and a lot of amenities, which, actually do not exist anymore. Does staff doesn’t speak any English or Japanese Are you sure so what is it QK during the night the staff during the day was OK speaking Japanese we tried to order some food and there was absolutely impossible so I had to walk to a convenience store in order to be able to have dinner. Everything it is an incredible bad condition.

I would get the private onsen room if possible because of the convenience and the privacy. The public onsen was amazing if you don’t mind the nakedness and if your comfortable in your own skin.the rooms are quite and the area is less populated. I could hear my own thoughts and I didn’t like it at first but later got used to it and really enjoyed my stay. there’s a lot of eating option my group had a whole sushi bar to ourself. I would recommend staying again

Situated within the quiet town of Yamashiro, so convenient to walk around to enjoy the ambiance of the rural township.
Easy access to Hashidate, Yamanaka & other interesting sites.

Staying for my mom’s birthday trip

Most staff are really kindness and priteness, the room is way better than when I booked online. Really cozy and we even have small tiny Japanese garden inside room I love it! I’ll definately recommend to you. Onsen is a bit disappointing because doubt that real or not. A skin doesn’t change anything and didn’t smell sulfur at all but whole experience I got is 4,5 so thank you very much for hosting us.

First time staying at a ryokan and we loved it! Traditional stay, with modern comforts. Sleeping on mattress on the floors was actually quite nice and comfortable. The staff here is so sweet, I fell in love with the older ladies working here. The food is high quality. I am a vegetarian and they tried their best to accommodate. The staff speaks very little English so it was hard to explain my diet. Although all the food was vegetarian, I did notice they used sauces with fish in it. Again, they did try their best! My husband eats everything and was pleased with the meals. The hot springs were amazing, separated by gender and really nice facilities. The Hatori bus from Kaga Onsen to Hatori made it seamless. They have a schedule for the bus but just make sure to email them when you arrive so they know when to pick you up! Take a day trip to Kanazawa during the your stay. It's an easy trip from the Kaga Onsen station and a city you should not miss.

スタッフの対応も、とても良いと思いました。
　2日間の滞在でしたが、両日とも夕ご飯はとても素晴らしいもので、大変美味しく頂きました。

スタッフの出迎えはよかったと思いますが、部屋に案内してもらうときに、外国人スタッフがカタコトの日本語で早口に説明するので聞き取れなかった。荷物を持つとかじゃないなら、部屋まで案内はいらないと思います。
スタッフ減らして、その分宿泊代下げて欲しい。

Traditional Japanese-style resort hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable (we chose beds instead of tatami). The service was very good, with clear explanations provided. There are two public bath options on-site, both excellent and separated by gender. We didn’t choose the kaiseki dinner due to the high price — and we regretted it. We tried to book it on the same day, but the reservation cutoff time had passed. We went out to find dinner in the area, but most restaurants close very early (8 PM) and there are very few options. We ended up going to a convenience store and bought food to eat in the room — which was also a lovely experience. We ended the night at the hotel bar with some warm sake (no food available there, just a few small snacks).

Important tip: there’s nothing in the town itself — the resorts are the main attraction. We hadn’t realized that before, and it’s something important to consider when planning your trip and meals. For our trip, one night was enough. It’s not something we would repeat, as it’s not a priority for us — but it was worth it for the bathing experience. (We only used the hotel baths — we didn’t go to the public ones in town, as we didn’t think it was necessary to pay for something that was already available at the hotel and most likely better.)

事前に葉渡莉様から宿泊日に休館したいとの連絡を頂き、系列の瑠璃光様に宿泊しました。

電話での対応も非常に分かりやすく、親切にして頂き当日瑠璃光様へ伺いました。
用意して頂いた部屋が1人では勿体無い程の良いお部屋で、チェックアウトの時間のギリギリまで寛がせて頂きました。

また、スタッフ全員の気遣いが素晴らしく、次回また石川に行く機会があれば必ずお世話になりたいと思います。

無料のドリンクバーも大変助かります。

お風呂のお湯はけっこう熱めで子どもはしっかり浸かれなかったかな〰

あと、一向一揆太鼓？の演舞があるみたいでしたが、いつやるのかイマイチ分からなかったのでそこがとても惜しい。

総じて子ども連れでも安心して過ごせました。

大浴場横のロビーでソフトドリンク飲みながらくつろげるの最高です。ドリンク提供セルフ方式なのが尚良し。

災害時で仕方ないかも？でも少し不満が残りました。

チェックインの後に大地震に遭遇し管内設備に不具合が生じ大浴場、客室内露天風呂がつかえない。食事開場までの階段の昇り降りには6階の部屋だったため堪えました。翌日姉妹館の大浴場を送迎付きで利用させていただき、従業員の皆さんの必死の対応はとても感謝しています。現状での最大のもてなしをしてくださったのはとてもありがたかったのですが、客室内の露天風呂を楽しみに部屋の予約をした私達からすれば、それに関しては不満です。せめて完全回復してから利用できる優待券などの配慮があればよかったかなと思います。

丁寧なのですが、少し言葉足らずに感じました。
部屋の冊子に書いてある割引チケット購入を依頼するも、「現地購入の方が安いです」とか。
部屋マッサージをお願いしたら、女ひとり旅なのに、男性スタッフを呼ぶとか。
マッサージ師さん、気まずそうに施術してくれましたが、フロントからひとこと確認を促す丁寧さが欲しかったですね
・館内放送
和風の音楽が流れていますが、お風呂もロビーも廊下も2-3曲がエンドループなので少し気になりました。ゆっくり浸かっていたくても、なんだかモヤモヤしました。
・お風呂
早朝、掃除のスタッフさんが、脱衣所の天井を掃除されていましたが、できれば、お風呂の利用時間外にしてほしいですね。埃っぽくなりそうなねで。
また、泉質と檜？の組み合わせのせいか、湯船で足元が滑り、転びかけました。注意看板が欲しいですね
それから、早朝、カランから温かいお湯が出ませんでした。お風呂開始時、チェックしてほしいですね
・スタッフさんのやりとり
朝食会場で、席を案内してくれた方が、外国人スタッフさんでしたが、その方が間違えないように「xx番だよ！」と、他のスタッフさんが強い口調で言っていたのが気になりました
朝、忙しいとは思いますが、気持ちに余裕を持っていただきたいですね
・お部屋
エアコンを強めにすると騒音が大きいのが気になりました
お部屋の注意で教えていただきたかったです
また、一人で和室を利用したせいか、ちょっとお布団の敷き方が雑かな？と思いました。
せめて、テーブルをずらすくらいしていただきたかったのですが、テーブルはそのままで、部屋の出口付近の隙間に敷かれていました。
テレビを見るにはちょうど良いですが、楽しみにしていた分、少し寂しかったです

正直、リピートするかは微妙ですが、総湯、古総湯には近いし、山代温泉には行って良かったです

間違いなく、もう一度利用したいと思える宿。

まずスタッフの方々の接客態度に感激しました。私は家族4人利用で、宿まで車で行きました。
宿のすぐ隣に外部駐車場があり、スタッフの方が駐車場へ案内してくれました。
その方が施設内へも案内してくれましたが、
とても感じの良い出迎えの挨拶をしていただき
、とても嬉しく思いました。
店内に入ると全てのスタッフの方が同様に挨拶して下さり、私は感激しました。(以前、別の旅で言葉は丁寧ですがどこかこちらを見下したような接客を受けたことがあるので尚更に)

私たちは夕食は宿で摂らず外で食べる予定だったのですが、到着後の宿泊手続きの際、施設周辺の飲食店や開催中のイベント等丁寧に教えてくださいました。

部屋は「スタンダードA 和洋室禁煙」
を利用。洋室にはベッドが二台あり、和室でも寝られます。窓際にもちょっとしたスペースがあり4人家族でも広々と使えました。
室内バスもついてました。

大浴場は２つあり、一つには室内風呂と露天風呂、サウナがありました。この露天風呂が最高。もう一つは体調が悪く利用できず…(残念)

接客や部屋等、大満足でした。
とても良いお宿だったのですが、気になる点が
1点ありました。
それは部屋のお風呂です。排水口からなのか風呂場に嫌な匂いが充満していて(部屋の中までくるという程の匂いの強さではない)それが少し残念でした。

しかし本当に利用させていただいて良かったです。子供もとても喜んでいました。
間違いなく、また利用したいと思えるお宿でした。また利用させていただく際はよろしくお願いします。気持ちの良い旅にしていただきありがとうございました。

サービスの細かいところがちょっと残念

価格を考えると満足でした。
大浴場はとても清潔で気持ち良かったです。
一方で、食事後に部屋で氷水を飲みたいとお伝えしたところ提供する術がないと断られました。自動販売機で水を買うよう提案をいただきました。
翌日の朝食には水をピッチャーに入れて提供されたので疑問が残りました。
また、宿泊前にメールにて質問を投げかけましたが返信はなく送信後4日後にこちらから電話をかけました。
サービスの細かいところまでは徹底しきれていないように感じました。

楽しい旅行と旅館

石川県知事が東京の方来てくださいと報じておりコロナの最中に兼六園の桜と鈴木大拙館を訪れました。ネットでこちらの素泊まりがリーズナブルで出されており前日に予約。夕飯は近くの亀寿司を予約しておきました。
部屋は古さを感じましたがコストパフォーマンスが高いので納得。二つの大浴場も良く清掃が行き届いておりました。亀寿司に出かける時雨が降っていましたが仲居さんが素早く傘を差しだしてくれました。ただ問題は足袋がなく
これには困りました。雨が降ると寒く濡れますので雪駄でも下駄でも足元が冷たくなります。
一向太鼓も良かったです。シングルの部屋でしたが窓の外は手入れのされない屋上が見え興ざめでした。
綜合点は合格です。大浴場も独り占めの情況でした。
大変ですが乗り切っていただけたらと思います。
北大路魯山人、須田青華の窯元も素晴らしかったです。
特に婦人画報によく出てくる須田青華の作品の多さは当然ながら最高です。
都内ですと日本橋の高島屋か和光でしか手に入りません。
お値段も都内に比べるとリーズナブルな物が多くお買い得でした。金沢の香林坊の交番で鈴木大拙館を訪ねても誰も知りませんでした。西田幾太郎と並ぶ日本随一の宗教哲学者であり文化勲章受章者です。北大路魯山人の庵は北鎌倉鈴木大拙も北鎌倉の円覚寺で修行しています。
明治の英傑がここに集っているわけです。

広々としていて、値段の割に充実していると思いました。

加賀温泉郷を巡るバスが少ないので、山代温泉を中心に滞在するときにこのホテルはいいと思います。

館内に2ヶ所ある風呂はとても良かった。
部屋にある露天風呂も気持ちよく入れた。
ご飯は美味しかったが、
夕食の出てくるスピードが早かった。鍋に火をつけるのも食事スピードをみて伺ってほしい。

長旅でホテルに１時間早く着き、チェックインを頼みましたが、１時間ロビーで待ちぼうけでした。何か出来たのでは、、、と思います。70歳の母を連れていたので、配慮が欲しかったです。

今次入住的是私人風呂，最吸引我的是房間內的按摩椅。接送服務的司機很好和有禮貌，但是洒店前台的服務員解釋酒店內的設施不夠清楚，幸好我主要的活動範圍還是在房內，所以沒有太大問題。

日曜日の宿泊

日曜日に宿泊し、外で晩ご飯を食べようとしたが、閉まっている店が多く、開いている店も満席という状態でした。日曜日に宿泊される場合は葉渡莉で食事を予約した方が良いと思います。

いい旅館でした

シングル和洋室朝食付き。部屋は三畳和室にベッドのみ。私には必要十分でした。
ただ、狭い部屋の割にはエアコンの温度調整が今一かな。
温泉はとてもよかったし、館内巡りだけでも楽しいかも。

毎回泊まる部屋になる！

エグゼクティブルームに宿泊しました。部屋付き露天風呂でビール飲みながら涼を取り過ごす時間は素晴らしかったです。
さらに、夕飯、朝食共に珍しいお料理で感激しました。夕飯にはのどぐろ、鯛、甘エビ、生マグロのお造り、松茸焼きでとても美味しく満足しました。

宿泊のタイミングが悪かったと思いたい

部屋、風呂、食事（夕朝）、サービス、料金等、全てが程良かった（豪華ではないが、悪くは決してない）。
ただ、海外アーティストの創作活動を支援しているのは素晴らしいが、娯楽室に、描き途中の不気味な油絵が絵の具や筆と共に乱雑に置かれたままだったたり、たまたま、アーティストらとの交流会が、宿の裏のにある会場で、DJブースを設けて22〜23時頃まで騒いでいたので、部屋でゆっくりできず、温泉旅館としては閉口した。
周辺に、昼間は多少は立ち寄りスポットがあるようだが、夜は何もなく、ただゆっくりするために訪れる場所かと（近くに有名な寿司屋があるらしいが）。

浴室の工夫

脱衣籠の横に、フックが設けられていた。
最初は、何に使うのかわからなかったが、浴室から上がり濡れたタオルを置き場に困っていたら、フックにかけられました。
ナイスアイデアと思いました。
