This is a very conveniently located property. We used the parking lot in the back for about $15 which made it easy and worth it. They have a nice jacuzzi spa area downstairs to use. Room was pretty spacious. Blackout blinds could have blacked out more. Only woken up twice, at 2 and 4 by drunk people outside but it was a weekend.

Nice area in bialystok downtown and friendly staff but definitely not a 4 star quality, the washroom water pressure was really weak, i could barely shower.. and the hallway lights were broken so it was very dark, the unit is mostly carpet but it seemed very dirty.

Hotel is in a good position in the old town. The spa facilities and small gym were very good. Staff were courteous and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel but I’m sure we wouldn’t have been disappointed. The room was a good size and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great płace to stay if you want to explore Bialystok. It is located in a very central location. Close to Branicki Palace and lots, and lots of restaurants.
My room was spacious and bright with a very comfortable bed. Hotel is new and clean. There is a parking for 40 zl a day. Excellent free spa with spacious two saunas, jacuzzi and a salt cave; very clean and quiet. We had great stay in this hotel.

Air conditioner was literally blowing cold air to your face when you were sleeping. You are unable to adjust airflow direction. For that reason we had to turn off air conditioning all together and slept in a hot room. No chance to open windows as streets were very noisy and crowded. Other than that - FANTASTIC! Great location! Great rooms! Comfortable beds! Large bathrooms! Clean! Friendly stuff - especially this overnight security!

We checked in around midnight and went straight to bed. If you check in during a day and can let air conditioning run while you are not there, it would probably solve the “hot room” situation. I have no idea why the hotel does not cool the rooms beforehand. 🤔

I was able to check in 2 hours early which was very important to me and meant I could charge my phone and then get on with enjoying my stay in Bialystok. Reception were positive and friendly. The room was large, comfortable, a good temperature, had great facilities like tea and coffee making options, robe, slippers, lots of storage space, spotless modern bathroom with plenty of towels. My favourite thing was the beautiful view I had of the church across the road, the large windows let in lots of light and there were two pillow chocolates and a free bottle of water (one carbonated, one still). My second stay here as it is top class. Will always be my go to place in Bialystok.

I booked this stay during travel to Riga Latvia. We booed here because they claimed they had laundry facilities on location. Well come to find out they did not and that is the only reason we stayed there. Please update the accommodations list to reflect that they DO NOT have laundry facilities on site.

After reading reviews about how certain rooms experience noise at night, I emailed the staff and asked for a quiet room. They reminded me that my reservation entitled me to a second floor room when I arrived I noted that my room faced the courtyard. It was a nice quiet night. But I think the Poles like to party because a very friendly swaggering man entered the lobby early the next morning. Security asked him to leave and he politely complied. The breakfast was amazing. Food is great in Poland.

One night stay at crystal was enough as it was very noisy. Our room overlooked the road and the windows did not block out noise of traffic and people. The good thing was the breakfast which was excellent. Moved to the Ibis which proved to be much quieter.

The hotel is very nice. Located in center of the city and close to the university. This city is like a postcard. Beautiful everywhere. I am not sure of the friendliness of the townspeople. In fact I found them rather rude. But the hotel staff was great..

This hotel has a spectacular breakfast. Anyone who reserves this hotel should absolutely include the breakfast ! These people are exceptional as well as the person cook who will prepare for you.. I cannot say enough about how wonderful these people are..

nice 2 nights in this hotel

nice BW in the heart of the city, walking distance from everything with lots of bars and restaurants a few yards away. they are refurbishing a side of the hotel but i wasn't bother at all. the room is nice and confortable, good wifi, full tv package.there is also a small gym available. very good buffet breakfast.nice and friendly staff. there is a paying parking at the back of the hotel+a free one in front of it but only during the week ends. all in all very good value for money, i will recommend this hotel.

2 god nights at the best western

nice hotel in the heart of the city; they are refurbishing the hotel, therefore some floors are closed but there was no inconvenience. good wifi+tv package, excellent buffet breakfast.there is a parking behind the hotel but not free, there's another one in front of the hotel only free during the week end and very few parking bays. the room was nice and confortable, the gym is a little bit tiny and messy; there's also a sauna.around the hotel is the walking part of the city with plenty of bars, restaurants and club, some landmarks and sightseeing as well, it's very convenient and pleasant.very good value for money, i recommend this hotel.

weekend visiting relatives. I have stayed at Cristal at least 4 times in the last 6 years. I will stay again. the remodeling is not in the motif that I like but the rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good and one of the best in Bialystok. Dinner in the restaurant was superb.

The hotel is very conveniently located, a few minutes walk from the central square. The room was clean, but the furnishings were worn and threadbare. Everything in the hotel, including the public spaces, seems a bit shabby. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet (included in the price of our room) was quite good.

Don't pass up this hotel!

Aside from the mattress that could use updating, our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom sparkled. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is AMAZING! The chef is to be commended for the outstanding dishes that were prepared for us. We had some of the best meals that we've ever had there. I will definitely go back and stay for a longer period.

Sono anni che vengo in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovato bene.
Purtroppo quest'ultima volta mi è successo un episodio veramente spiacevole.
Durante la.notte un uomo dello staff dell hotel mi è entrato in stanza...potete immaginare lo spavento..lui ha farfugliato che doveva verificare qualcosa nella doccia, ha aperto il soffione e poi se ne è andato...e io ovviamente non ho piu dormito.
Ho raccontato l'episodio al mattino al check out, si sono molto scusati..ma non hanno saputo darmi una spiegazione...

Nous n'étions la que pour une nuit car de passage mais nous sommes très contente de l'hôtel. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Petite attention pour notre chaton de voyage avec nous. Repas delicieux pris en chambre. Nous aurions aimé rester un peu plus longtemps. Petit bémol pour la clim juste au dessus du lit qui peut être désagréable pour dormir car le vent frais est au niveau de la tête et du cou.. mais à part ça tout était parfait!

Hotel ogolnie bylby ok, no ale...rozumiem sytuacje z covid ale tak, klima w pokoju nie dzialala, zestaw do kawy mocno wybrakowany no i ciasne pokoje jak na 4* i ta cena. Czysto, ale nie 100%. Z takimi sprawami to 3* hotele lepiej sobie radza.

trochę mieszane uczucia. Świetny hotel. Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo sympatyczni Pracownicy, w recepcji i w restauracji. Pokój niewielki, ale czysty, schludny. Natoiast nie do zaakceptowania jest poziom hałasu. Pokój na I piętrze, 133. Tuż pod oknem palarnia z restauracji. Takich bluzgów jakie tam odchodziły wieczorami nie słyszałem już dawno. A druga sprawa - wyciszenie pokoju. Za ścianą słychać każdą rozmowę, każde słowo wypowiadane przez sąsiadów. I to w nieszczególnie głośnej rozmowie. Natomiast, żeby zakończyć pozytywnie - śniadania drogie, ale bardzo dobre.
