Basic but good location

I guess because of COVID there weren't any amenities at all, just a liquid soap/shampoo, nothing individual, no hard soap, no shower cap, etc. Just a basic room. Not even a refrigerator. Good location though.

My wife got sick in the middle of the night and I called the resident manager who arrived promptly with needed supplies and the next morning personally escorted us to the local doctor...above and beyond the call of duty.!!

Close to superb Laguiole cutlery showroom.

We had some trepidation about staying here given some of the negative comments others have written, but could not have been pleased more with our stay. The room was more than adequately large, dinner was delicious, a lovely and filling (self service) breakfast, and very attentive and helpful staff. There was also a lovely heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was in easy walking distance of the Laguiole knife and cutlery factory which is well worth a visit

Un hôtel très bien situé et très confortable
L'accueil y est chaleureux et agréable. Les repas au restaurant très bons avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les petits dej au top. Espace aquatique parfait pour la détente.
Petit plus pour les actions de bienfaisances que propose l'hôtel (octobre rose, cagnotte pour les assos, récupérations de déchets...) Bravo! Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Bien mais manque prises électriques pour voiture

Hôtel dans la norme.
Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de bornes ou de prises électriques pour notre voiture électrique.
On demandé à l'accueil et on ne nous a même pas indiqué les bornes publiques sur le parking à quelques centaines de mètres.

Un petit parc est accolé à l'hôtel.
La piscine est très sympa avec un toboggan.
Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et disponible.

En terme de repas, nous avons testé le dîner et les plats étaient très bons. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et pour tous les goûts.

Séjour maman/bébé, en famille, comme à la maison

Quelques jours en solo avec Bébé de 13 mois. Une grande chambre au dernier étage avec chien assis pour caler en dessous le lit pliant et un bureau (oui c'étaient les vacances mais Maman devait travailler un peu...). Chaises hautes au restaurant avec table du soir réservée pour la petite mademoiselle pour qu'elle ait ses habitudes. Le chef a eu la gentillesse de lui préparer chaque soir un repas spécial pour elle (elle ne mange pas de petits pots) pour m'assurer qu'elle ait au moins un repas \"comme à la maison\" par jour (c'est toujours difficile de gérer quand on est en vadrouille). La pataugeoire l'a ravie et les longs couloirs lui ont permis de gagner en assurance sur la marche. Un séjour idéal et une équipe aux petits soins ! Merci beaucoup!!

Ravis de notre séjour !

Séjour très agréable, personnel aux petits soins, propreté, confort... sans oublier la piscine et le spa... tout y est pour déconnecter et se reposer ! De plus l'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au centre, dont on est à quelques minutes à pieds.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à cet hôtel. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner et nous n'avons pas utiliser la piscine et le spa.
Cet hôtel est confortable et accepte les chiens (avec supp. de 8€). Nous avons un malinois. L'hôtel est également très bien situé.

Personnel au top mais hôtel pas au niveau

La très petite taille de la chambre et l’absence de climatisation ne nous ont pas permis de passer une nuit réparatrice !! Il est vrai que nous sommes en période de canicule, mais les étés sont généralement chauds à Laguiole. L’ensemble est assez vieillot et aurait besoin d’une remise au goût du jour.
Très grande piscine, mais dans le jus du reste.
L’équipe est conviviale, serviable, et le restaurant sert une cuisine d’excellente qualité.
