Nice hotel very old dated parking pretty far from entrance. Would be nice to have a bell boy to help with luggage since it's a supposedly a 5 star hotel. Front desk was very nice at check in and check out. Overall was very happy with this hotel

Really quality hotel with this old touch. Dinners were great and loved the wine tasting, which gave me the idea which wineries to visit the next day. Staff is also friendly and helpful, price to value is great.

Wonderful wine country stay.

The staff was very helpful. The spa was wonderful. The food was terrific. The room was very spacious. Some might find the low bed difficult to get in and out of but the mattress was very comfortable.
We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel close to wineries in Tokaj. Spectacular spa with lighted cave baths and various sauna/shower options. Restaurant has a good wine list and seasonal menu but service was slow despite being one of only three guests dining that evening.

Wonderful hotel. It's restaurant is high quality. We had the wine tasting menu one night and ordered ala cartel on the other. Both were delicious and reasonably priced. And, the hotel is located within walking distance to several first class wine tasting venues.

Great hotel, excellent spa.

We booked this hotel to have somewhere to relax in the wine region and it was perfect for this. The room was big, the bed was comfy (although the pillows were very flat). The on site spa is fantastic, the spa services were awesome and we used them every day. The breakfast was plentiful too, a bit of everything. Would definitely recommend. The only thing to improve on is housekeeping (that is a very basic service. One morning they didn't even replace our dirty glasses or take dirty plates away.) and also info on what to do in area / staff knowledge. It could be a language barrier but it was hard to get info on which winery to visit etc.

Luxurious and Relaxing - what a treat

Stayed at the hotel on business and was made to feel at home by all the friendly staff in the hotel.
My room was beautiful with plush furnishings and the Spa facilities were fantastic, such a perk that they are included int he stay.
Food was delicious and service was always with a smile - I didnt want to check out, but unfortunatley all good things have to come to an end.

Beautiful hotel, can not wait to revisit the area.

Highly qualified staff was waiting for us. We were greeted with a glass of wine. After we situated in our room the front desk staff helped us arrange wine tasting in a few wineries, made dinner reservations. Everything was just perfect.

Great but not 5 starts

Overall we spent a very nice weekend in Andrassy Kuria. The room was nice in great condition and the facilities were in line with our expectation. Excellent quality of food and friendly staff.

However in case of 5 stars you expect a bit more. Lack of any fitness center, lack of variety of free from or reform meal option and not always professional staff are some of the points which I do not expect in case of a 5 start hotel. The sound isolation of the room was also not perfect. We could both hear the noise from the room next to us and the corridor... On the corridor there was even music until 11pm, which we could hear in the room.

As I wrote, we loved our stay and we would go again any time, but there are certainly room for improvement in case you are 5 start :-)

A Rezidencia gyönyörű, építészetileg kívül-belül kifogástalan épület. A személyzet felkészült, vendégbarát, készséges, udvarias. A szobánk tágas, kényelmes ággyal, kellemes ágyneművel. Kedves figyelmesség az üdvözlő italként felszolgált kiváló minőségű bor, a szobában a köszöntő kártya (még személyesebb lenne a kézzel ráírt vendégnév), a desszert- és ásványvíz bekészítés. A fürdőszoba szép és tiszta, jól felszerelt (bár a mienkben a kozmetikai tükörnek csak a helye volt meg). Az internet könnyen elérhető, a nagyméretű tv is rendben, de az HBO csatornák az ismertető ellenére nem foghatók. A függönyök nem méltóak a szoba elegáns berendezéséhez, az organza már megkopott, égésnyomokkal. A wellness részleg csodálatos, az ottani recepciósok is udvariasak, segítőkészek. Minden úgy működik, ahogyan kell, a vízhőfok kellemes, széles választék áll a vendégek rendelkezésére. Nagyszerű lenne, ha reggel 7-től működne a 8 órai nyitás helyett. Az étkezések elegáns környezetben, választékos terítékkel, minőségi ételekkel, halk, megfelelő ütemezésű kiszolgálással. Örvendetes, hogy a helyi termelők kiváló minőségű termékei színesítik a választékot. A vacsora adagok bőségesek, a menüválaszték jó (az erdei gombás raviolénak jót tett, hogy a kiírt rukkola helyett cukorborsó-hajtásokkal lett tálalva). A pezsgő a reggelihez még inkább emelte az eleganciát. A segítőkész, udvarias, odafigyelő, de nem tolakodó személyzet itt is dicséretet érdemel.

快適な滞在

トカイのホテルと思って行ったら、トカイ駅より一つ手前のたるつぁるの駅にあって、真っ暗なトカイ駅で、タクシーもなく途方に暮れましたが、ホテルに電話したら、迎えのタクシーを手配してくれてほっとしました。
ホテルそのものは、大変快適で、食事もおいしく気持ちよい滞在になりました。
車があったらとても便利だったかなと思いました。結局、翌日も、タクシーを手配してもらい、観光しましたが、ホテルの人がとても親切に、観光のアドバイスしてくれました。ただしトカイは、11月は、シーズンオフでもう少し早い時期に行ったらよかったかなと思いました。

Superbe hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien décorée, et avec une literie excellente. Le SPA est magnifique à l'image des thermes hongrois. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant mais le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très bon avec des produits de qualités. Si l'on devait trouver des points négatifs ce serait l'isolation phonique des chambres, il y a régulièrement des banquets avec musique. Mais cela reste acceptable.

ゆったりした時間が過ごせます

一泊しました。
付属のspaには、ジャクジー付きの岩窟spaや、何種類かのサウナ、室内プールが備わっています。入り口でタオルを借りられます。
そんなに大きくはないですが、のんびりできます。水着にバスローブを羽織って、行けます。
spaの外出口からもいけるBarでは、400フォリントから様々なグラスワインを試すことができ、どれも美味しく、最高でした。

夕食はレストランでアラカルトをいただきました（ワインを各料理にあわせたワインディナーは前日までに予約のようでした）
豚のカツレツ、牛のワイン煮込み、特にアヒルのフォアグラのテリーヌは絶品でした。

夜もBarのテラスでワインをいただきました。店の方は親切丁寧で、とてもリラックスした時間を過ごせました。

部屋のシャワーとトイレの間はカーテンの仕切りしかなく、気をつけないと水浸しになります。

朝食もとても美味しかったです。
できたら二泊して、1日はtokajに遊びに行っても良かったかと思いました。。

スパがメインで、レンタカー移動向けの静かなホテル

今回は、トカイワインを満喫するために、このホテルに４泊しました。
トカイ(Tokaj)までは、最寄の国鉄駅(Tarcal)まで徒歩10分＋電車で5分(1時間に1本)＋Tokaj駅から町の中心部まで徒歩20分で着きます。
トカイワインを販売している複数のお店と町の周辺(徒歩圏内)に、飛び込みでも試飲のできるワイナリーが数件あります。
ホテルの周りは、とても静かで、朝は鳥の鳴き声に包まれます。
部屋も広くリラックスすることができ、ゆったりとして横になれるバスタブもついています。
スパが館内にあります。今回スパは利用していません。
ホテルの裏の小高い丘に登れば、Tarcal町の全貌が見渡せます、
丘の中腹には、かつての石切り場のあとのくぼ地に雨水がたまった静かな池(Tarcali Bányató)が隠れています。
また、5kmはなれた大きなワイナリー(Disznókő)へも、大きなトラックが高速走行する道の脇を１時間ちょっと歩けば着くこともできます。
ひと駅はなれていても、トカイを満喫するためにとてもよいホテルです。

Nagyon szép a hotel és a környékben is kellemesen csalódtunk.

Ami javítandó: lassú Wifi, puha ágy és a feleségem szerint a masszázs sem volt túl jó (mondjuk eddig egyetlen vidéki hotelben sem sikerült színvonalas masszázst találni).

Erinomainen, rauhallinen kylpylähotelli Tarcalin kylässä Tokaijin viinialueella. ( Hotellin vastaanotossa on myynnissä myös hotellin omaa erinomaista talonviiniä!)Mukava iso huone. Hyvät palvelut. Ainoa ongelma oli kommunikaatio osan henkilökunnan kanssa ( vastaanotossa puhuttiin hyvää englantia, muuten vaihtelevasti)
