The hotel wasn’t the best, nor the worst. Takes way too many tries to get a hold of them over the phone. Staff lacked ability to make decisions to better guest experience (bandaged the problems). Have an ant infestation in one of the rooms, which is the problem they tried to bandage. Walls are papers thin so bring ear plugs. Otherwise the location is great!

Unfortunately upon our arrival one of the 2 elevators was not working and on the 2nd day the other elevator broke down as well. We had to use employee elevator for some time til one of the elevators was fixed. We also had to request towels after arriving because there were only a couple of hand towels, in room. No body towels.

I really liked the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Nice room. Nice and quiet. One thing I am not sure about was the restaurant. It looked closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday it was open but no one was in the restaurant except the staff. I didn't want to be the only one so I skipped it even though the menu looked great and was just what I wanted.

Stayed for 11 days, was at this hotel last year (2025), one of the elevators was out of order, guess what? The same elevator in 2026 is STILL out of order and in speaking with a random person waiting for the elevator, in 2024 the same elevator was out of order as well.

Tv in general was difficult to navigate. No English option. No actual tv guide to select channels.

AC unit was terribly loud. Sounded like a freight train coming through. Carpets in hall ways not very clean. Elevators were unbelievably small. Not sure if they are up to safety standards. We used the stairwell most of the times.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming and accommodating our early arrival. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated and only one elevator was in service. There is a lovely bar where we enjoyed a couple of drinks before the hockey game. We appreciated the coffee machine on the first floor. We also enjoyed breakfast at Cora’s within the same building. It is only a few minutes walk to the Bell centre, saint Catherine’s street, the metro and bus stops. We loved our stay and highly recommended it.

Room was ok, but the AC unit wouldn’t turn on and when I checked the filters were absolutely filthy, so much so that the dust (and dust mites, I’m sure) fell out of the front of the unit. I own several of these units myself and I’ve never in my life seen dirtier ones. So, I couldn’t use the AC in the room at all. I always wonder, if cleaning staff miss something so obvious, what else are they missing?

Stayed here for a Canadiens game at Bell Centre. It’s an easy 5 minute walk. Room was clean and well kept, the bathroom is very small but manageable, front desk staff was fantastic and welcoming. Lobby area was nice with lots of places to relax and eat. A small store with snacks, drinks, Habs, Expos, and other great souvenir's. Only one elevator was working, and it was very small. Lots of waiting time to go up or down from high floor. I would absolutely stay here again for events at Bell Centre.

The room was okay. Weird layout with a tiny bathroom. There was garbage left in our room when we arrived and a broken light. We notified staff and they came promptly to address our concerns.
One of the elevators was broken and I have to say the other elevator was the smallest and scariest elevator I have ever been on.
The staircase beside our room was the worst part of the hotel. Full of garbage and smelled like urine and fish.
Overall I would only stay at this hotel if you need to be close to the bell centre. The only thing good about it is the location.

The location of the hotel is excellent.
The room was small and the bathroom very small with no counter space. We didn’t have any body wash or soap on the first day.
Elevator was small and only one out of two worked, super busy all the time.
Front desk staff super nice, accommodate an early check in. She gave us information about the area and provided a map.
Room was clean.

Location was perfect for my stay in Montreal. The parking garage was close, the directions given were precise and staff at the lot were kind and helpful. Staff at front desk were welcoming, prompt and answered any questions I had. The bed was comfortable and the only part of the room that appeared to be cleaned for my stay (rings on tables, dirty floors). The bathroom was tidy and I appreciated the amenities provided. As an individual traveller I enjoyed my trip and may consider a return after renovations are complete.

Don’t bother to book through Expedia because they give you the crappiest of rooms. Our was L shaped with beds at one end and tv facing away from the beds! The heater and fan in bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke when on! Heater jumped all over the place! Not the cleanest of rooms! Construction in main roads everywhere and noisy at nights!Would not recommend this location! Only good it is for is convenience to the bell centre! Front desk wouldn’t give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia!

Perfect location for a trip to the Bell Centre, flights were delayed and they were very accommodating at 2:30 am and getting us all checked in. They were doing renovations but never causing any disturbance. Would recommend.

2nd floor facing the street and even in winter there were people outside shouting to each other late at night.
Fire station 2 doors down, though I only heard sirens twice in my 3 night stay and never too late/early or in the middle of night

Biggest issue was the bathroom. It was TINY, the photos were a poor representation of reality and if I had a longer stay I would have asked to move. The shower head angle was not adjustable and it was impossible to not soak the bathroom - partly through the jets spraying outside the cubicle but also a broken seal in the door hinge. Shower is very powerful though.

Lots of renovation going on so mattresses piled up everywhere, and general mess in the corridors.

Staff were helpful and friendly - and maybe I just got bad luck with the room - but I would not stay here again.

Our room was okay, but the ac/fan was not working (I’ll hand it to the staff they did get it fixed quite quickly). The hotel is under renovations but our ceiling was half painted, there was part of the ceiling in the bathroom that was cracked and slightly open (hole). The front desk staff were kind enough but could be short with us (we had issues with our flights/delays/check in and delayed baggage) so trying to speak to someone and checking with them regarding the arrival of luggage was tangly at times. There were many renovations happening outside our room throughout our stay that we were not made aware of until we awoke to loud banging and the smell of paint in our room/hallway.

Close to all shopping, restaurants and the Bell Centre. Just a minutes walk from it all. Great place for the pay. Rooms were clean, a bit of TLC could be done but nothing terrible . We had the king room, came with a fridge and microwave . Cora’s located downstairs which is great. Would stay here again
