We had a great stay at the Pure Hotel. It was in a great spot giving us the ability to walk to all the places we wanted to go. It is close to the Plaka, Acropolis, and other key locations in Athens. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. The staff were exceptional, really friendly and helpful. Overall I’d highly recommend.

Our stay was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff and delicious breakfast. However, the rooms were somewhat small, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We appreciated the staff's effort to replace our pillows, which was a nice gesture, but the mattresses & pillows still need improvement

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dusty and there was mold by the shower. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The room was very noisy. No soundproofing. Front desk staff were rude. Breakfast was good.

The location is excellent! Very near the Plaka for shopping and dining. Metro station close by. The staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was great.

It is a very nice and beautiful property. It still has everything you need but no frills. That’s a good thing to keep prices lower. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is located just a couple of minutes off the main dining and shopping area, so it is convenient and yet quiet. The windows are soundproof as we had 5 aircon condensers outside our window and we didn’t hear any buzzing sound. The breakfast is sumptuous and nutritious. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this cute boutique hotel, a couple blocks from Acropolis, the ladies at the front super helpful and friendly, the breakfast is yummy 😋, hotel is clean and quiet, they do have a rooftops bar great for after all the excursion relax at the top at Dimitri is friendly and he has some yummy drink.

Definitely recommend the Pure Hotel for being modern, clean, safe, and having a 24-hour lobby and staffed front desk. The location is excellent, one minute walking time to a multitude of restaurants and shops.
The only complaint was that the A/C unit is wall mounted right above the bed and kept a steady stream of cold air dropping on us all night. Turning off the A/C was not an option during this July trip.

Before the checkout, I requested an extension. I said any will help, she said no and claimed that the hotel is fully booked, looking at the booking website, I could see availability of rooms.

Let me start by stating we enjoyed our stay at Pure Hotel particularly because of the charming concierge Karina who helped us with the safe (twice), brought us a box of tissues (Kleenex) as the hotel does not supply it, an extra blanket, and made restaurant recommendations. Let us add more positives: The hotel is located on a side street and is hence not noisy as the street has no bars or cafes (that is negated by clients going up and down assuming everyone else is awake). Comfortable king size bed and excellent A/C. Integrated bathroom with completely enclosed shower. Freshly painted and decorated.
Here are some minusses that show that the hotel should not be classified as a 4-star:
Only 4 hangers in closet
No box of paper tissue
No shower cap or other amenities
In fact you get just towels and soap No slippers
No iron or steamer
1 seat and 1 sofa: both have seen better days.

Very convenient location, walkable to a bunch of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. I walked to Acropolis, Agora and a few other spots from here with no problem. Staff members were friendly, breakfast was good and hotel clean. The only downside is it is a bit noisy due to the location but that’s not a big deal for me. Would recommend!

We had two rooms. Both relatively small. The main problem was the horrible noise from the street till 2:00 AM . The staff didn’t seemed surprised. It looks like it is a well known problem. At the end we also didn’t have a reasonable place to store our luggage.

I loved that this hotel was near tons of shopping and restaurants at Monastiraki. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly and caring. The room was spacious. My only problem was that there was a lot of noise in the alley so I had to wear earplugs to bed every night.

Room was comfortable with a good firm mattress and a lovely shower. Only negative was there was no luggage storage option when we checked out, other than just leaving our bags in the breakfast room which would be unlocked. Luckily we only had an hour to kill to just took our bags with us.

We loved our stay at the Pure Hotel, the service, the staff at the reception, the great and friendly service of Dimitris on the Roof Top. The Hotel is very well located close the main attractions and restaurants. No need for public transit.

It's located in a safe and lively neigbourhood. The room is modern and spacious. The shower is powerful. Walking distance to Acropolis and metro station. Breakfast is good (you can make your own freshly squeezed orange juice). The only complaint is the poor soundproofing; we heard people partying outside until 4 am on a Sunday morning (weekdays are better).
