The staff made extra efforts to accommodate me since am a foreigner who cannot speak Korean. They provided a complimentary swimming pool ticket for 2 adults and a free table with two chairs at the pool. Pool and chairs cost extra so be prepared for that. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the resort is in a very scenic location.

It’s not a four star resort.

Not worth it for the money. We got a family room and it was below what we expected. We already acknowledged that it’s not a new resort and the room is outdated which is fine as long as it’s clean but there were stains all over on the walls and tables, and broken floors and poor paint job. Furthermore, It was our first time asking the front desk to replace the bed sheet as there were stains. The location is beautiful and unfortunately that’s all about it. If you care about the sanitary conditions of your room, find somewhere else.

The property is in a perfect location and the outside of the property is looking good. However, the onside of the property is not well maintained and cleaned out. The clerks are not trained as professional so they do not deliver welcome feeling to us.

경치는훌륭하고 리조트라 서비스는 잘모르겠고 식사는 리조트내 BBQ이용했는데 뭐 가성비로따지자면 그렇지만 괜찮은편이였고 숙소자체 가성비는 좋았어요. . 시설내에 카페 레스토랑 편의점 다있어서 이용하기는 편했어요.

방이3개인데 거실에만 에어컨이 있어서 방마다 선풍기를 써야 했었는데 선풍기가 딱 1대만 구비되어 있었습니다. 하지만 그마저도 선풍기에 먼지가 너무 많이 끼여 있어 교체를 요청했었지요....

체크인 절차가 빠르고 직원들이 친절했어요, 침구도 깨끗하고 좋았는데요. 큰 침실 쪽에 화장실로 통하는 미닫이 문이 닫히지 않아서 샤워를 할 수 없어서 불편했어요. 점검이 필요합니다. 그리고 입구에 골프장 확장 공사로 예쁘던 경치가 다소 손상되어 아쉬웠어요. 다음에 기회되면 또 오겠습니다.

시설은 좋으나 더러움...

입실 후 바닥을 보니 과자 부스러기 등 그대로 있어서 바닥 다시 청소 요청함. 환풍기 사용했다가 기름이 떨어져서 매운탕을 버림... 강아지 동반 객실도 있던데 1층 내리자마자 강아지가 달려들어서 견주와 마찰이 있었음. 강아지 동반 객실을 계속 운영할거면 강아지 동반 객실로만 운영되는 동을 별도로 운영하길 바람.

1. 리조트 주변 온 산을 골프장 확대공사로 인해 미관도 않좋고 먼지가 많음
2. 야간에 진입하는 5킬로 정도가 가로수도 없어, 안전에 불안감이 컸음
3. 욕실에는 치약 등 세면세트는 없는 것을 이해할 수는 있으나, 컵도 하나 없었음

애견과 함께라면 최적의 자연환경

완벽한 장소 였습니다.
애견과 함께 갈수 있다는 것 최적의 장소 였다는게 좋았습니다.

단, 애견 동반은 가능하나 애견 동반 가능한 숙소는 따로 있다는 것을 알려주심 좋을것 같습니다.

예약하고 체크인 후에 한참이 지나서 애견 동반 가능 숙소가 있다는 것을 알았음 다행히 리조트의 배려로 옮기진 않았지만 당황하게 되네여..

좀더 세밀한 부분들은 자세히 잘보이는 곳에 혹은 애견 동반 가능 옆에 설명을 붙여주심 좋을듯 합니다.

아무튼 잘 쉬고 즐겁게 놀다 왔습니다.

반려견 동반 룸으로 방문하였습니다.
반려견 한마리당 5만원 추가하였으나, 반려견 계단도 없고
방석.배변패드 2장(배변판도 없음). 밥그릇만 제공되었습니다.
반려견동반 룸이라고는 하지만, 반려견에 대한 배려가 전혀 느끼지지 않는 숙소 였습니다.

체크인 하고 들어오자마자 낙엽 치우는 블로워 머신 소음,
체크아웃 후 케크인 전 정비시간대는 뭐하고~ 해 떨어질 때 다 되서 이러는지..
TV 소리로 커버해볼려했지만 리모컨 밧데리 방전
프론트에서 머신 사용 자제 좀 요청했지만 그대로
2차 항의해도 그대로..

나가도 산책코스가 너무 짧아 돌아옴. 조깅코스는 꿈꾸지도 말것~
돌아오니 일단 머신 소음은 안나지만
복도 소음도 너무 리얼하고,
층간소음 작렬함~
그야말로 작렬함~
멀리서 혹은 가까이서 쉴 새 없이 뛰어다니는소리~
이건 윗층 전체에서 나는 진동이 그대로 울리는 것이 확실함!

별마루 펀문대, 거의 10km 나갔다 돌아옴~

좀 조용히 보낼까하여 영월 산골자기까지 왔지만 시내보다 더 시끄럽고 열받음~

여러 숙소를 다녀보았지만 룸 컨디션이 이정도인곳은 처음입니다. 바닥청소도 안되어있는듯하고 벽면에 오염. 화장실 소변냄새. 냉장고 위생상태. 너무 심하네요.

동강이랑 산이 한눈에 보여서 뷰는 정말 좋았어요.
리조트 내 산책로도 잘 되어있어서 산책하기도 좋았구요.
다만 방음이 안되는지 다른 방 소음이 엄청 잘들렸어요.
전반적으로 객실 내부는 청결한 편이였는데
욕실 청소가 실망스러웠어요. 샤워부스 천장에 곰팡이가 많았고, 샤워기 물살 조절하는 버튼? 틈새도 청결하지 못했구요..배수구가 막혔는지 물내려가는 속도도 느렸어요.
욕실 청소만 더 신경쓴다면 정말 좋겠습니다.

전망 좋고 조용한 곳에 위치하였으며 산책하기 좋은 곳이였습니다.객실 안의 물품은 약간 낡은 듯 하였으나 깨끗이 정리되어 있었습니다. 샴푸, 린스, 수건 등이 제공됩니다. 조용히 휴식하기 좋은 곳으로 기회가 된다면 다시 가고 싶은 곳입니다.
