The lady on reception was lovely 10/10 friendly and helpful. However the room was very small and tired, with minimal plug sockets. There were huge spiders in the hotel. (We saw at least 2 with bodies about 2-3 cm).
The spa costs money (€35 per person), which was unclear on the hotels.com web page and it was also closed. The gym was locked and we were told by a very unfriendly staff member when we went for an explore that it was shut and so was the spa. (We were there at 4pm). The lovely reception lady gave us the key to the gym, she had no idea that it was locked. However the machines were broken and most were not working and there were bed mattresses and toilet rolls stored in there. If these facilities aren't going to be available then it should be made clear to guests before arrival as we would have stayed elsewhere.

Hotel room was poorly cleaned. I wiped hair off the toilette.
Water leak from somewhere between the tub and the toilette. Tub draining very slow. Only 2 large towels in the room and 2 smaller ones even though the room was booked for 3 guests. Loud hammering and drilling noises at 9 am waking us up. Overall this is was good location nearby Disneyland.

affordable, clean and convenient

we had a lovely stay at this hotel. we stayed for two nights while we had a disneyland paris trip, the hotel is very conveniently located and we found it very easy to get to disney from here.

the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they all made us feel really welcome and although we had no concerns - they made us feel safe to express them if we had any.

the room is very clean, the beds are very comfortable especially after a long day on your feet, it comes with coffee facilities which although we didn’t use could be very useful to others. also located near the lift was a water fountain which dispensed normal temperature water and very cold water which was very refreshing.

we will definitely be using this hotel from now on for our frequent trips.

It was very hot and air conditioning didn’t work. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t. They moved me to three different rooms and any of them had air conditioners. The guy at the front desk told me it happened every summer. Why do you announce an air conditioner if you don’t have it. My stayed was miserable there.

Self parking is a plus!

In short: comfy, breakfast was good, plenty of parking and great location for Disney.

We stayed for 3 nights to visit Disney. When we arrived at the hotel, our room still wasn't ready despite us being an hour after check in opened. There was plenty of parking available on site. Our room was clean, an adequate size and the bathroom was fit for purpose; exactly what you would expect for a hotel at this cost. The beds were perfectly comfy, but the pillows weren't great.

Breakfast was decent and there was plenty of choice, both hot and cold with cereals and fruit available too. We did have one day where there wasn't enough seating available though and we had to return 15 minutes later.

Travel to Disney is easy from the hotel. It is a short drive to the park, or you can drive to the train station (Val d'Europe) and park there. The trains run very frequently and it is €5 return to Marne la Vallee. There are 2 local buses that stop within a 5 minute walk of the hotel, the 2222 and the 2224 but check the schedule as one of them stops in the early evening.

All in all, i would highly recommend this hotel as a good option to use as a base for going to Disney on a lower budget

We only stayed one night after a trip to Disney, so did not arrive at the hotel until late. The drive from Disney was only 10 minutes and the room was comfortable, if a little small for a family of 4. Would use this hotel again if we were going to Disney as it allowed us to maximise park time.

The hotel is good as a place to sleep if going to Disneyland Paris. However the room was very small for 4 people and there was hardly any storage space. The shower leaked as well, which wasn't great. The room felt small, possibly because of bunk beds encroaching across the window. Room is jolly with bird theme and is in good condition. Close to Disney however journey is slower than distance might suggest. Parking spaces are tiny which is very noticeable if car park is full. Overall a lovely independent vibe with pleasant staff. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room bed was not comfortable mattresses old and too hard to get a good night sleep. They need to renovate their air conditioning, because it makes the most excruciating sound and doesn’t cool the room at all. They have two choices for breakfast which it will cost you if you want the regular breakfast which consist of a croissant or pastry and a coffee for 6€ or the deluxe breakfast which is a buffet type of breakfast for 13€. The location of the hotel was convenient you can catch buses near by to take you to the Central station of the buses and trains . Overall it’s an okay hotel for a short stay 1-2 nights.

On the website the hotel is advertised as having a swimming pool and and jacuzzi, but when we arrived we were told that there was no swimming pool which is really bad , because we booked the hotel thinking the kids could swim but obviously that was not the case , You had to pay to use the jacuzzi which I felt was not good especially after paying already to stay in the hotel , the breakfast was limited, no baked beans and the scrambled eggs were terrible, toasters were too high and burning bread.

Booked at short notice and friendly staff at check-in. We had a family room and it was good size but fairly basic. Hotel areas seemed clean and tidy.
It was fine as an overnight stay on the way home from holiday and there were restaurants within easy reach.
We paid extra for breakfast and whilst the food was nice enough and fresh, felt it was a bit overpriced for what you got. Very minimal gluten free options so provided our own for my daughter (no cost).

Lovely clean reasonably priced property only 15 minutes drive from Disneyland! Stayed in a family room, good size room, comfortable beds and lovely and clean. Staff were always polite and helpful on reception. Only one little disappointment was the shower over the bath, slightly leaked and not great pressure but was adequate. Also checked in late and went back to ask for an extra pillow for one of the bunk beds, staff member unsure where extra pillows were and never received extra pillow to the room, but other than that a lovely stay!

Check in was easy and we were greeted warmly by Kevin, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave recommendations for eating in the evening and explained how to easily get to central Paris.
Our room was a little dark, but very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for one night.
Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice. Just missed baked beans! But the pancake machine was a hit and coffee was fine.
All in all, we would return if needed somewhere that was quiet, comfortable and well placed for easy travel and local attractions.

If you are traveling to Disney Paris as foreigner, this is a great location. Traveling through Europe can be frustrating as there is limited parking and it becomes expensive parking in public garages, or not being sure and getting your vehicle impounded. This hotel provides free and easy parking while you stay.

I loved how all staff were super friendly and very kind to me as a sole traveller. They suggested things to see and genuinely made me feel welcomed.

The rooms were modern and the air con was very much welcomed.

It’s so close to the park and I’m so looking forward to staying again.

It was located in a quiet place with an excellent bakery 2 minutes away. It has a fun decor that makes up for the things that need to be fixed. As you walk in the room you can smell cigarettes but maybe because of the vents or the carpet that absorbs the smells. The first room we got the window wouldn’t open and there was an issue with an AC. They were quick to give us a new room. The AC wasn’t working that great and the bathroom could use some minor repairs. The customer service was amazing and makes up for everything else. If you wanted to use the hot tub there is a charge for that so we didn’t try it. 30 minutes walk to Val d Europe shopping and train station.

Staff on arrival seemed arrogant. Room was small and decorated in birds everywhere. If you suffer from Ornithophobia this is definitely not the place for you.
Room was clean and had everything we needed. Extra charge for using coffee etc in the room.
15 min walk to a retail park which has restaurants and a good selection of shops open quite late. There’s a good outdoor kids play area there too.

This Hotel is convenient for Disneyland paris, about 15 minutes drive, not the 10 advertised. It’s good for for families, having a king size bed and a bunk in the room, however it was a tight fit. Because of the bunk the windows could not be opened properly, this could have been solved by swapping the beds around. The room and especially en-suite was very tired and could do with a refit. If it wasn’t so hot, it would have done the job.
