This hotel has a perfect location near the beach and the town center. It also has a very nice pool area. Staff service minded. We stayed in the middle of week low season so the hotel was a bit to quite.

Great place to stay

Right next to the beach, you could see the sea from the balcony. All rooms have balconies, some over looking the swimming pool and others looking out over farm land, with a side view of the sea.
I have known Alcocebre for many years as my family have lived there, and it's a lovely place to be.
If you happen to be a wheelchair user Its good to know that a large stretch of beach front is wheelchair friendly with board walks on to the sand.

Lovely hotel in perfect location

Estupendo, divertido y comodo.

Maravilloso. A pie de playa, con la piscina maravillosa y la animaciòn super divertida. El bar de la piscina con personal genial. La habitaciòn muy comoda y con vistas preciosas. En un punto estupendo lejos del bullicio, pero perfecto para ir a cualquier zona . Nos ha encantado, sin duda volveremos.

El hotel está viejo, es muy pequeño y añgo descuidado.
Los baños estan muy deteriorados, las camas muy incómodas y el aire acondicionado apenas funciona.
La comida del los buffet es muy sencilla, de muy poca calidad y muy escasa.
Por otro lado la gente del hotel muy amable y servicial.

Nos alojamos en régimen de media pensión y la comida es poco variada y de calidad justa. Además elegimos este hotel, aunque nos costara más caro que otros, porque tenía animación infantil y nos encontramos conque toda las actividades de niños eran un monitor que estaba 2 horas por la mañana y los tenía entretenidos pintando o jugando a las cartas, me pareció decepcionante, comparado con otros hoteles donde hacían actividades más trabajadas. En general relación calidad precio mala, teniendo en cuenta estas dos cosas.

Hotel familiar cuyo punto débil es el buffet.

La suite bastante bien. El sofá cama horrible, deberían cambiarlo, salían unos hierros que tuvimos que poner almohadas por si se caían las niñas. La comida muy mejorable, poco donde elegir, bastante sosa, en definitiva lo peor de todo. La zona de la piscina muy bien. Es un hotel pequeño perfecto para familias, solo volvería si se mejorase mucho el tema comidas.

Es un hotel con buenas instalaciones y un personal muy agradable. Comida buena aunque algo repetitiva.
El problema es en las horas de las comidas, el salón es muy pequeño y dejan que entre muchas personas. Se forman grandes colas sin respetar la distancia de seguridad. Gente que está ya sin mascarilla... Falta más personal porque los que hay no dan abasto...

Elegimos todo incluido, el buffet de nota un 5 justito, muy poca variedad y muy repetitivas la cenas y comidas.
El todo incluido es bastante flojo, los fiambres que sacan en el desayuno se, los mantienen en la misma bandeja, sin tapar o cubrir, durante el tiempo que dura el TI , habían días que los bordes del jamón York y del queso estaban resecos, la sandwichera que ponían durante el día para el TI, era de juguete y bastante sucia. La bebida que entra en el TI es bastante floja, es ideal para hincharte a cerveza.
Hubo una tarde que tuve que reclamarle a recepción la merienda , porque los camareros decían que no era su problema la mala gestión de cocina.
La camarera de pelo rosa de la piscina está peleada con el mundo.
La limpieza en general bastante bien, pero poco limpian los baños de las habitaciones, evidentemente una persona sólo es muy complicado.
La piscina aparenta mejor en fotos que en la realidad, hubieron quejas porque estaba llena de tierra de mar ya que estuvo algún día sin funcionar la depuradora.

Gran problema con la primera habitacion que se me atorgo. Tuve que cambiar a la 1 de la madrugada. Problema de aire acondicionado. Nos pusimos malos en 4 horas. Hotel in Strandnähe

Ein in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel, dass stark von spanischen Familien frequentiert wird. Das Hotel war ausgebucht. Leider hat man vergessen, Expedia zu deaktivieren, daher hatten wir beim Checkin Probleme mit unserem Doppelzimmer. Die Hotelleitung hat sofort korrigiert und wir haben eine Suite im Obergeschoß mit Balkon und Meerblick bekommen. Wir hatten leider auch Probleme mit unserer Halbpension, auch das wurde durch die Hotelleitung umgehend gelöst, alles in Allem war das aber doch sehr lästig. Das Personal spricht nur gebrochen Englisch und kein Deutsch. Das Pool war sehr sauber, trotz der vielen Kinder. Die tägliche Reinigung war okay, oft sehr spät. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön aber für den Ansturm fast zu klein und sehr laut, die Bedienung war okay (Hauptsaison).
Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Nette Lokale und Cafés drumherum. Am Abend nette Standen an der Promenade. Ein Jachthafen und viele Appartementhäuser, die vorrangig von Briten bewohnt werden - die sich bekanntlich immer nette Plätzchen zum Urlauben aussuchen. Somit alles in Allem ein idealer Ort, um wie und mit Einheimischen zu urlauben, wenn man nicht allzu hohe Ansprüche an einen Strandurlaub stellt.
