Pretty average hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean but lacking drinking water and a kettle/ coffee machine. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Positives: All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and plenty of decent sun loungers but bar area was tired - as were lots of other communal areas. Gym was a bit random - some (brand new but) odd equipment in there but no mats, water or free weights.

Location is about 2km from centre of Conegliano which we walked - go via the hill/ castle as it’s a bit more scenic (although still along a fast road in parts). Managed to get a taxi back from station on one night but struggled on the second. Definitely worth a trip into the centre of the old town for dinner - some incredible food and Prosecco.

Overall hotel lacked atmosphere and could do with some modernisation but was fine for a couple of nights stopover.

Miserably looking and overpriced! NOT fabolous!

I made the mistake of booking this hotel based on the very deceiving pictures, rather than staying in one of the lovely and way cheaper hotels we previously stayed in the area. I thought given this is one of the most expensive hotels in the area we were in for a treat to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived after a fairly long drive feeling excited to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a lovely glass of prosecco and dinner at the hotel. Instead, we arrived at a very miserably looking hotel, noting reminding of a lovely Italian relais, instead this must be the most saddest looking hotel in Italy. To our utter surprise, the restaurant was closed and the hotel did not even seem to have a bar or proper lobby where we could enjoy a glass of prosecco. Reception area is equally miserably looking, not like a place you want to spend much time. Rooms are clean but again looking very dated, nothing resembling of the beautifully shot pictures on hotels.com. I feel scammed, especially for €177 per night. Luckily, we only booked this place for 1 night. Needless to say breakfast was another disappointment, coffee comes from a machine and the food didn't look appetising, nothing like the beautifully presented tables and made to order breakfast and coffee (included in the room price) offered in other 4 star hotels. My advice is book something else to avoid disappointment, there are plenty of other proper Italian hotels in the area for a fraction of the price!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Relais Le Betulle when we visited Conegliano in late April. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room we stayed in was clean, large, and had a nice outdoor view.

Great, nicely priced place in the Prosecco hills.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and always found it to be a good place for the money in the Prosecco hills. If you book a deluxe room be sure to ask for one with a balcony because there are two deluxe Roman with just windows. The restaurant, the pool, the rooms are all wonderful and modern with lovely amenities.

Disappointing and overpriced

Very disappointed, the restaurant and bar were both closed, the room was made up for one. There was no rooftop terrace as advertised and the pool was also closed. Would not recommend.

Room with a view

We came to Canegliano on the way to Venice from the mountains. Beautiful area and the heart of Prosecco country. This hotel is newer and extremely beautiful. Views of the valley are spectacular. Dined at the hotel which is top notch...no need to search for a fabulous meal. The room was huge, with everything new and well thought out.

Great location in the hills above Conegliano

This is a gorgeous hotel! We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing location to enjoy a visit with friends, and Relais La Betulle truly delivered. The room was so pretty and comfortable, and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The pool was a bonus! The staff were uniformly friendly and professional - among the best I've seen. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Conegliano!

Not recommended if you are a traveler passing by for a short stay. Quite far from the city center.

Nice views from room and very nice pool. Room was very clean. We could have used some coffee in the room. Staff around the pool were excellent, they had an outdoor bar with very good service. Very fancy restaurant in the hotel with excellent food and just down the street was a very nice restaurant.

Perfect , but ZERO INTERNET

It s a great place and a great hotel.
They forgot that someone invented internet, and customers are expecting to use WIFI for many purposes (skype/e-mail/ TV etc). Ignoring this means ignoring we are in 2014. You just can't get away with such a weakness. Internet is terrible here.

Schön renoviertes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen.
Bademäntel und Badetücher wären noch empfehlenswert für ein 4* Hotel, die leider bei uns fehlten.
Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant in dem wir vorzüglich gegessen haben.
Würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

The area is tranquil that you can have a perfect refreshment. The hotel is isolated from the town center so you need to trable if you want to have a dining. However, if you intended to have a well bing, get away from it all, it will be the perfect place for you.

Gute Ausgangslage für die Prosecco Region

Ruhige Lage und für uns ideal gewesen, um mit dem Auto die Prosecco Straße und Gegend zu erkunden. Angenehm großes Zimmer mit sehr gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Frühstück ok, da als Eierspeise nur “fertiges” Rührei und ein Vollautomat für die Heißgetränke da ist, anstatt zum Beispiel frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Abendessen war preislich nicht ganz günstig, aber sehr ansprechend. Ausreichend Parkplätze (draußen), aber keine Parkgarage oder überdachte Plätze.

Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht

Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Leider ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Spannteppich im Zimmer geht für mich gar nicht. Preis-/Leistung ok. Gibt bessere Unterkünfte zu diesem Preis in der Gegend.

Fantastiskt ställe i ett otroligt vackert område! Plus med gratis parkering (gott om plats) precis utanför. Underbar trädgård med pool och poolbar där vi kunde äta goda toast till lunch. Fin restaurang men glöm inte att boka bord!

We stayed here for 2 nights before goung to venice. We had ordered a superior room, the hotel gave us a standard room. We complained and they gave us a new room with terrace. The superior room did not look like the picture it was much smaller than it looked like on the pictures. On the order confirmation, it informed us avout check in at noon. We arrived 13:00 and the rooms were not ready. We had to wait 10 minutes for the wrong room, and 20 minutes for superior room. Not that bad, but a boring start. The first night we rented citybikes which cost 15 eur each. The bikes are in bad shape, so we had to turn around and go back to the hotel to take a cab, beacuse of the hills and roads in the area are not made for bad bikes. We was charged full amount for the bikes even tough we only hade them for 1,5 hours. The hotel is in nice condition, with nice swimming pool and good standard of the rooms. The snack bar at the pool serves lowely drinks, snaks and salads. With good service. However the breakfeast area is really crowded and noisy. But good selection of food. Our second day we rented vespas, 20 km away from the hotel. This was the best and we really recommend this! Good way to se the area!

Hotelli yllätti tasollaan ja kauniilla ympäristöllään satunnaisen matkailijan. Plussaa ulkouima-altaasta. Ravintolapalvelut eivät kai olleet käytössä oleilumme aikana, mutta vieressä oli mainio osteria, jossa tunnelma ja ruoka olivat kohdallaan.

Un week end di relax e sport

Week end rilassante in questa bella struttura in compagnia di mia moglie ed in coincidenza con la nostra partecipazione ad una corsa podistica in paese la mattina della domenica. Usufruito della zona benessere e cenato in hotel. Tutti servizi ottimi e personale molto cortese. Spero di tornarci presto anche per la posizione dell'hotel che è sicuramente un buon punto di partenza per escursioni nei dintorni

Consigliato, ma...

L'albergo è molto bello, accogliente è pulito. Le camere sono molto spaziose. Colazione buona.
Un po' noioso il fatto che quando arrivi ti chiedano la carta di credito di cui fanno anche la fotocopia. Se pernotto li e hai il mio documento dove vuoi che vada???? E che danni potrò mai fare?

Petit déjeuner moyen en qualité . Désagréable surprise de se voir facturer l' accès de la piscine alors qu'à aucun moment , il n'est précisé aussi bien lors de la réservation et encore moins dans l'hôtel que cet accès est en supplément ..... Pas très professionnel tout ça est commercialement inacceptable ....
