The property had a luxurious feel, looking out at the infinity pool to the ocean. The lobby was spacious and the rooms were a good size and amenities were good. The indoor pool, spa area and sauna was clean and serviced well. The breakfast and dinners had lots of options, food was fresh and tasty.

bathroom were not properly cleaned, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The food options in the open buffet for both breakfast and dinner were limited and of poor quality. Despite our request for two rooms to be close to each other, they were placed two floors apart, which was especially inconvenient for my 81-year-old mother. Her assigned room was difficult to access, and the corridor leading to it was poorly lit and unsafe for someone her age. This lack of attention and care made our stay stressful and unpleasant.

The hotel food was delicious. We were very pleased with the friendly staff service and the quality of the food compared to other hotels. We are not a couple who likes crowds, so we can say that it was a perfect winter holiday except for Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday was not good in terms of elegance and noise. The pool was clean and quiet except for Saturday. We did every activity (table tennis, chess, reading, walking on the beach, backgammon, exercising in the gym) I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax especially in winter and is looking for a decent environment

We had a problem with electric in the room and no one was able to sort the issue. They offered us to shower in the spa but we did not want to leave our room. They would
Not issue a refund and told us we need to deal with Expedia for all refunds.

Also, at the dinner buffet no drinks were included. Everything was al a carte Foe such a “nice” hotel it seemed a little petty that neither coffee or tea was included. Even in cruise ships they offer ice tea and coffee with all meals.

We stayed for two nights, and while the property appears modern from the outside, the interior was underwhelming and dated. The design feels old, with worn carpets and walls that need updating. Unfortunately, the dining experience was the worst we had in Turkey. The food quality was poor, and to our surprise, soft drinks and juices were not included and had to be purchased separately. The dining staff offered little to no assistance, and we constantly had to ask for basic things like water at the table.

The service didn’t improve when it came to checking out. At around 9 a.m., there was no valet available, and the reception simply handed us our car keys. I had to locate the car myself, bring it to the front, and load our luggage without any help. Overall, the service and experience were far below what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

As I mentioned before checking time was 15:15 instead of 14:00 pm.
Staff were helpful, friendly made us comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was super, too many choices but when we were checking out we made to wait 20 minutes for staff to check minibar in the room. My word wasn’t enough for them to let us go.
Minibar fridge wasn’t working properly and there was only 2 cans of coke and beer. I didn’t understand why they fuss about the minibar, specially for 5 star hotel

Rooms interior need update. Perfect location. Food is average. After checkout we’ve been asked to wait for a couple minutes till someone will check if we took something from the fridge. We said , we didn’t take anything, but they still need to check. Please, there is the other way to deal with that issue. You just showed us that you don’t trust your guests and told us in our face. You are 5 stars hotel. Overall nice stay.

This hotel was a last minute choice and we are so glad that we chose it. The rooms were clean spacious and had all the modcons we needed.

The a la carte dining was just perfect. The pool, business centre and gym was great for a few day getaway.

The poolside and pier was perfect!

The mini bar and hotel food on demand was quite expensive by local hotel standards, but aside from that, everything was great!

We really loved this hotel. The sea view from our balcony was beautiful. The only downside, and not the hotels fault, but it was super windy the few days we were there. So unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the beach or sea. We ended up driving to a different beach club where the water was calm. Otherwise it would have been perfect here. The day we left it started to calm down & I could tell it was going to be beautiful. Would definitely come again. The breakfast buffet was great & we had lunch once, which was good. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Hopefully we’ll have better luck with the weather next time!

Where do I start.. this is a 5 star hotel, so a certain level is expected. The bathroom had limescale all over. I asked reception to borrow a plug adapter which I thanked them for and said I would return on my check out. I got phoned and told I must come down and pay in cash for the adapter. I was a bit miffed and said ok, but can you add it to my bill. They said no, you must pay in cash. Put the phone down, continued on my work call (which is why I needed the adapter). Got another call within 2 minutes telling me I must come down and pay. When I went down I showed my frustration at being pulled away from a work zoom and I got some blank looks from the desk who barely spoke a word of English.
The tea and coffee station in the room is 2 paper cups and a plastic wrapper with sachets of tea and coffee.
This is not a 5 star hotel! And I was definitely advise against paying to stay here.
I went to the Reges spa hotel down the road a few weeks before, and this was superb!

Beautiful facility but as English speakers it was challenging the wait staff avoided to serve us at breakfast which was quite disappointing, as others at the check in and lunch attempted to communicate and were amazing. The room did not have a/c we all slept in a hot box and woke up stuffy, besides that everything was good.

The service was amazing, the location is good but you need transfer or taxi because the hotel isn't either in Cesme or Alacati. The breakfast was full of options to choose. The dinner is same but unfortunately there is nothing for drink and you should pay and buy from restaurant even for cola. The cola in markets is about 3.5 TL but they charge you 15 TL. The cleanness 5star, view and design also. I had very lovely stay there.

Keeping mind that I visited during a COVID-19 lockdown, it was a great escape for the New Year Holidays. They staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I have seen other reviews about the entire staff not speaking English- this is true, but they were always quick to find someone on their staff to help in English. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent and room service was quick with a large range of options. Gym was small but had a good mixture of cardio machines to keep any gym enthusiasts entertained. I would gladly return when their spa and pool reopen.

i stayed there for 4 nights , staff only speak Turkish ( its rarely to find someone speaks English),also the staff on reception were unprofessional at all ,hotel located in nice place transportation are very close to the hotel, food is OK . i recommend to find other option before trying to book it.

Beautiful hotel on the beach with stunning views. Some elements of the hotel are 5 star such as location, pool area, beach, spa. But other areas are below standard such as ordering drinks around the pool which is hit and miss. Our sea view room was quite basic in comparison to other 5 star hotels and our bathroom was dirty and not cleaned very well. Could do with a refurbishment. The breakfast and dinner buffet is extensive and lots of care has gone into the food preparation but the dining room and outdoor dining terrace is mayhem at peak times with lots of people, little children running around, staff not clearing tables quickly enough and a strange layout of some of the food areas. Some days it was very busy and not a nice experience. The beach and pool cafe had a great menu and lovely food all day. On the whole a nice hotel in a good location but not sure it’s 5 star.

perfect stay! Hotel was beautiful - very clean, modern, great facilities! The thermal pool and regular pool were both brilliant and the beach was one of the better ones I visited around cesme!! Lots of chairs and umbrellas to use! The gym was small but had basic cardio machines which was all I wanted so I was happy. Nice and air conditioned with a cold water machine, too! Breakfast and dinner were both superb! Great value for money to stay here! The towel cards were confusing and should be explained when checking in! Check in process was poor! I was not informed about anything, just asked for my passport, given my key and shown to my room. This may have been because most of the reception staff were unable to speak English. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (4 days) and my room was not cleaned once, despite having the ‘please clean my room’ light on!! The location was decent - supermarket within 15 minutes and didn’t need restaurants as buffets were provided. I also stayed at ilica thermal resort on my stay and preferred this hotel! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Otele Sevgililer Günü için gittik, zaten amacımız spa hizmetlerinden faydalanmaktı. Ancak spa alanı o kadar kalabalıktı ki ne masajdan yararlanabildik ne de havuza girebildik. Spa için havlu sorduğumuzda maalesef havlu bile yoktu. Çok fazla günübirlik misafir vardı; özellikle böyle özel bir günde yoğunluğun daha kontrollü olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Yemekle beraber içecek bir şeyler söylemek istedik fakat yoğunluktan çok geç geldi.
Bunun dışında otel gerçekten çok güzeldi. Yemekleri harikaydı, personel oldukça ilgiliydi. Giriş ve çıkış işlemlerinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, odamız da hazırdı.
Genel olarak konaklamadan memnun kaldık ancak spa deneyimi beklentimizin altında kaldı.

Otel temizdi odalar güzeldi. Ama kapasitesinin üstüne misafir aldığını düşünüyorum. Ne kapalı havuza ne termal havuza hiçbir şekilde giremedik. Havlu ve peştemal istediğimizde kalmadığını söylediler. Aralıklarla gidip sormamıza rağmen havlu alamadık. Her yer aşırı boğucu şekilde kalabalıktı oturacak yer bulmakta bile çok zorlandık. Termal ve spa için ücret ödedik ama sauna dışında herhangi bir imkanını kalabalıktan kullanamadık.

1 gece eşim ve oğlum ile kaldık. Odamızda mini barda içecek yoktu. Sadece çerez vardı. Su bile yoktu. Gece oda servisini arayarak su istedim. Ertesi gün çıkış yaparken bana bir liste verdiler ve minibarda olmayan içeceklerin parasını istediler. Odaya giriş yaptığımda olmadıklarını söyledim ve bana bir kağıt imzalattılar. Bu tavırlarını ve ihmalkar davranışlarını bu otele hiç yakıştıramadım. Onun dışında otel, temizlik, yemekler ve hizmet güzeldi.

Das Hotel entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht einem 5-Sterne Standard. Das Hotelgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend erneuert und modernisiert werden. Das Essen war nicht gut. Zudem war das Hotel maßlos überfüllt. Die Liegen und Handtücher waren nicht gut. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das zuvorkommende Personal, sehr hilfsbereite freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Meer ist ebenfalls wunderschön.

Wir waren als Paar im Juli 2025 für eine Woche da.

Die Anlage befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet. Neben einem öffentlichen Strand. Mit dem Taxi dauert die Fahrt zur Cesme Marina 10min. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gut empfangen mussten aber auf unsere Koffer achten die uns später in das Zimmer gebracht wurden. Man hat uns nicht zum Zimmer geführt wir mussten selbst den Weg finden. Das Gebäude ist zwar schön aber macht auf mich ein bedrückenden Eindruck sehr dunkel kaum Tageslicht. Der Fahrstuhl hat ein Touchscreen was manchmal kompliziert wird. Wir haben ein Standartzimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht dort war neben dem Fernseher eine Durchgangstür vor dem kleiner Tisch abgestellt wurde. Das geht gar nicht wegen evtl. Lärm der Gäste aus dem Zimmer neben an. Wir sind zur Rezeption und haben ein neues Zimmer gefordert. Die kam mit irgendwelchen Ausreden die ich nicht akzeptiert habe.
Das neue Zimmer war gut und sauber.

Softgetränke müssen bei der Halbpension extra bezahlt werden.
Wir haben während des Aufenthaltes nur zweimal eine Zimmerreinigung gewünscht!
Folgende Probleme:

1. Trotz Hinweis zur Zimmereinigung wurde diese nicht durchgeführt
2. Am nächsten Tag erneut um Reinigung gebeten trotzdem nicht erfolgt mich komischen Aussagen das die Tür sich nicht öffnen lies.
3. wieder mündlich um eine Reinigung gebeten wieder verspätet und erneut nachhefragt bis dann das Zimmer gereinigt wurde.

The hotel was overall fine. The room is dated but still ok. The biggest obstacle was for me the language barrier. The majority of employees do not speak English at all. That brings one to awkward moments when you order food twice in the restaurant but find out after 45 min that it was never ordered as the waiters did not understand you. The Menue for the restaurant is reached by QR code and it’s then displayed in your mobiles language, so in my case in German. I travel a lot but these kind of easy to fix language problems I haven’t seen for quite some time. The reception staff was better trained but also not fully , so you have to have patience for them to find a colleague who speaks English. The food was very good, but at night I did not understand why only water was served. I was never asked if I like to drink something else, that looked like a missed opportunity on the hotel side.

Mükemmel ötesi

Otelin temizliğine, manzarasına, güler yüzlü personellerine, yemeklerine, tatlılarına tek kelimeyle bayıldık.. Çift olarak hem kış hem yaz tatilleri yapmayı çok seviyoruz bu otelde ilk defa konakladık yaz ayında da gelmeyi planlıyoruz şiddetle tavsiye ederiz :)

Görevliler nazik ve güler yüzlü. Yemekler sadece beş yıldızlı otele göre eksik bulduk, ana yemek çeşidi az ve lezzet olarak orta düzeydeydi. Kahvaltı da benzer şekildeydi.

Odadaki çarşaflar ve yastik kilifi degismemisti bes yıldızlı otele bu davranis yakismadi.Yemekleri fena degildi. Tavsiye uzerine geldik fakat hic memnun kalmadik .
Giderken bu durumu bizzat otel temsilcisine ilettim.

Çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Ulaşım çok kolaydı. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok kibardı. Özellikle restaurant bölümünde görevli arkadaşların hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldık. Restaurant bölümünde yemekler güzeldi.

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğinde çok ciddi anlamda yer ve masa bulma sıkıntısı yaşadık. Tesis overload durumdaydı. Hamam havuz termal fena değil. İnsanlar akşam yemeğinde lobide yemek zorunda kaldı. Bu durum ciddi bir memnuniyetsizlik. 30 dak yer aradıktan sonra barda son masayı bulup oturabildik. Ciddi sıkıntı ve stres yaşadık

Kış tatillerinde pek tavsiye etmem

Ara tatil olması kaynaklı çocuklu çok aile vardı,havuz tıka basa doluydu ve çok gürültülüydü,şezlong vs bulmak imkansızdı,açık termal havuz kullanım dışıydı,yemekleri dışında olumlu birşey ypktu.

Uns war klar das es ein Halbpension ist aber die versuchen mit allem Geld zu machen beim Abend essen sind keine soft Drinks mit drinnen nur stilles Wasser und beim Frühstück ist nur Tee Kaffee und aus einer Maschine fertiges sagst was nach Nix schmeckt die sind da immer nur auf billig Produkte und nur das selbe essen jeden Tag für Kleinkinder Babys Nix vernünftiges zu essen meine 18 Monate alte Tochter konnte Nix da essen wir mussten immer was von draußen kaufen sobald man sich etwas zu trinken bestellt kommen die mit ihren Buch zum unterschreiben was eine Frechheit ist für das Geld bekommt man definitiv was besseres das einzige schöne was uns gefallen hat ist das Meer

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel, wir haben Prio auf den Strand gelegt. Der ist sehr sauber klares Wasser mit feinem Sand und keine Steinen und kaum Fische. Das Essen ist ebenfalls sehr gut wenig Auswahl dafür aber frisch und lecker. Man findet immer was.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer vorallem des WCs und Bades is tolerierbar aber mehr auch nicht.
Wie in einem 2-3 Sterne Hotel. Zum schlafen hat’s gelangt.

Täglich wechselnde live Singer zum Abendessen war auch nett.

Alles in allem gutes Mittelklasse Hotel das Vorallem einen super Strand und Meer hat das Hotel doch etwas sauberer sein könnte.

Ich bin froh dass ich nur 1000€ für eine Woche für 2 Personen gezahlt habe. Andere haben um die 3000€ gezahlt und das ist das Hotel nicht wert.

18:30’da akşam yemeği başlıyor, o saatte gidip sıraya girmezseniz 19:15’de bir ana yemek 19:30’da ikinci bir ana yemek bitti, 20:00 tatlılar bitmeye başlıyor. Giyinme dolabının tahtası kafama düştü, çift kişilik yatak istemiştik, 2 tane tek yataklı oda verip birleştiririz denildi ve birleştirilmedi. Ütü istedik gelmedi. Yüm bunlar üzerine 5 günkük ödeme tapmamıza rağmen bir gün sonra çıkış yaptık. İlk gece 70lik beylerbeyi açtırıp 2 duble içmiştik, memnuniyetsizlik yüzünden erken çıktığımızı 20lik ücreti alınmasını talep ettik, cevapları sattığımızı geri almayız oldu:):) aperol spritz fiyatı 600try ve kör tadım yapılda kimse aperol spritz diyemez, çok kalabalık bir yere gidip savaşmak istiyorum derseniz iyi bir seçenek…

Gerçekten güzel ve tatil yapılabilecek bi otel.odaları iyi, denizi ve plajı temiz (biraz rüzgar ve dalga), yemekler bol, çeşitli ve lezzetli sayılır. Çalışanlar genç, özverili, saygılı.
Zor beğenen biri olarak beğendiğim otel.
Eşimle beraber tatil yaptığımız bu otele tekrar gitmek isteriz.

Die Beleuchtung war sehr dunkel, die Einrichtung ebenfalls. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr besorgt, unsere Zimmer war immer sauber.
Bei den Kaltspeisen wurde sehr stark Knoblauch genutzt was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat. Wenig Auswahl für die Leute die kein Fleisch mögen. Generell fehlt aber die Stimmung, ich hätte mir bisschen mehr Musik gewünscht.

Positiv:
Essen ==> Abendessen war hervorragend. Vorspeisen waren perfekt. Wechselhafte Menüs.
Gesundheit ==> ich bedanke mich herzlich an Fr. Ayfer und Fr.Sevil für die Hilfe während Gesundheidliche Problemen meiner Mutter. Ausserdem an Fr. Gözde Yilmaz für sehr gute Organisation.
Aussicht war perfekt.
Zimmer wurde täglich gut geputzt. Wäsche wurden je 2 Tage gewechselt.

Schlecht oder Verbesserungspotenziale:
Frühstück war gut, aber ab und zu waren alte Simits nicht frisch. Alle Kelner waren aus Kasachstan und sprachen keine fremde Sprache.
Tische waren nicht bedeckt und nicht gut geputzt. Grausam. Es passt für 5 Sterne Hotel nicht. Es sollte wissen Decken sein. Kaffee Maschine war dauernd außer Betrieb. Als Ersatz war dort ein Schlüssel mit Nescafe >> GRAUSAM. Normalde sollte Kaffee direkt am Tisch serviert werden wie in EU ( z.B. in 4 Sterne Hotel in Wien war so =>> Sie müssen ein Benchmark in Eu Hotels machen um zu sehen, dass diese Hotrl max in 3 Sterne Niveau ist).
Zimmer war mit alten Möbel und Bett hat gewischt, sehr hart. Badezimmer sollte grundsätzlich geputzt werden und sogar eine Renovierung.
Strand ==>> es gab kein richtige Weg für Behinderte bis Strand und für die Leute mit Rollator. Die sollten ca. 500m laufen um die Treppen zu vermeiden.
Preise: SEHR TEUER, 2-3 male teuerer als irgendwelchen Hotel in EU ohne Qualität. Außerdem alle getrenke waren Sackteuer => Z.B. 1 Glas Wein (180ml) war 14€. Es kann nicht sein.
