Pretty good experience, only thing was that I booked a long time ago and once I got there they told me there was a problem with our room and we had to stay in the other side of the property. For the restaurants you do have to book to most to be able to eat and they close early, wish I knew the first day because we starved since we couldn’t get to any lol. But they are really good loved the food, the drinks was REALLY limited wish there was more options but over all we enjoyed our stay!

I payed for all inclusive, I was only able to make reservations for one night out of a 6 night vacation. The app to book the reservations wasn’t working properly or the restaurant was booked for the night. So we had to settle for having dinner at the buffet. The food was not good or at times stale. Or they would run out of food. The staff was helpful rooms were clean. But overall I would not stay there again. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Although it was advertised as all-inclusive, many items and services required additional charges that were not clearly explained beforehand.
Another major issue was the dining situation. Most of the restaurants were closed during our stay, and only one restaurant would be open at a time. Because of this, it was always overcrowded, with long waits and limited seating. Since there were not many guests at the hotel, everyone would try to eat at the same place when it opened, making meals stressful instead of enjoyable.
I expected more dining options and better availability from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the lack of open restaurants and unexpected extra charges made the experience disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.

It is 2 hotels connected and turns out I walked into the wrong lobby to check in and was given a room at apparently at the better location. I was told by other workers on ground from other companies that the side I was in, the rooms get renovated and is more exclusive. We did have to walk over to the other side for the restaurants. I was able to get booked at the desired restaurants twice. I personally thought the morning buffet was good, but my mom and aunt thought otherwise. Yes, sometimes the food wasn't warm but I was satisfied with the options available. All our waiters were friendly and attentive and provided exceptional service. The pirate pool for the kids was cute, pirates need a face-lift and items back on them but is perfect for little ones. Unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned as well as the big pools. Some nature debri was floating around discouraging my picky children. The pool the pirate slide goes into is deep, wish it wasn't so I could have both kids(6 and 10yrs) in the same pool. They definitely liked the long pool on the other side. We never went to check out the kids zone, thats where the dinosaur pools were at. Having the pirate ship excursion next door was also perfect. We had a day show option and only needed to pay the tax, but we went ahead and booked the night option with the dinner. Kids and family had a good time and the food was good. We never went across the street from the hotel either and it looked like a nice area to walk. Bus stop nearby too!

We were suppose to stay in the grand oasis palm and got moved to the sens because of construction. We had no problem with that. Our first room we got, the view was of a roof and that was it. We asked if we could change rooms and they moved us to another room with a beach/ pool view for $100. They are remodeling so there was construction in the hotel we were in and that was non stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was mediocre. I would give food 2.5 out of 5. They told us we would get a free breakfast and discount on the morning pirate ship if we did this meeting. The meeting ended up being a timeshare but that took 3 hours the breakfast was basically over when we got there and we didn’t end up with the pirate ship. So missed 3 hours with family. The hotel was clean coffee was good. The sens pool we loved. Oasis was good we loved sens more. The ac wasn’t very strong in our room. The WiFi would stop working randomly for hours. The beach was nice and right there. I think this hotel has tons of potential. Family friendly. Bars were great. Rooms were cleaned and stocked when needed.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas como lo mencionan, considero es de 3, no hay quien te ayude con las maletas, algunos meseros se molestaban por pedir algo, varios restaurantes no tenían servicio y aún que yo no tomo alcohol, vi que solo tenían una cerveza, las demás tenían costo, ah y la mayoría de los camastros rotos y en mal estado...y otros detalles que prefiero no mencionar....

First I'll say this hotel would not have been my first choice. We decided to stay here because our married friends had already booked their stay and it was more convenient for us since we planned on vacationing together. Pros: Check in process was quick and we arrived early and our accommodations were already ready so we were able to go straight to our room. Room was a decent size and we had a beautiful view. Prices for the adult only cabanas ranged from $80 - $30 USD which is very reasonable. Cons: Shower mat for the tub had mold, Ironing board was broken but replaced and air conditioning system wasn't cooling enough though we set it to the lowest temperature. Resort had several specialty restaurants that were impossible to get a reservation for. We downloaded the Oasis App because it would allow for a quicker and easier reservation process however when trying to make a reservation everything was booked. This forced us to seek dinner off the resort which made our trip alil more costly but not regrettable. The \"included\" restaurants were also very packed to the point that we had to wait on line to be seated (I've never experienced this before). Our friends were doing a timeshare presentation and according to them their room was terrible. They were staying on the other side of the resort. We were on the Sens side and told them to inquire about being put on our side and they were told all the rooms were booked. Both rooms on either side of ours was vacant the entire trip.

We booked at the Oasis but the rooms were sold out when we arrived to check in so they checked us in at the Sens. We got a partial ocean view which was nice but the rooms are very small, very basic. The only thing we had access to at the Sens was the pool and the coffee shop so we had to walk over to the Oasis side to access the restaurants. That was inconvenient. Don’t eat at the buffet (Bittes or Hacienda) they both are horrible! Really cheap and random food. Stick to making reservations at the restaurants those are good. Maki Taco and Cocoa were our favorite. I wish they had more activities for the kids through the day.

The rooms were ok, there were some stains on the walls.I didnt enjoy the food, very bland not alot of options. very hard to get reservations at resteraunt. property was beautiful and although i paid to stay at the grand oasis they put me at the sens and stated that i had been upgraded. So i wonder how were the rooms better, compared to what i paid for. Overall i think there could be more resort activities, me and my 9 year old son were kind of bored. Beach and pool were amazing.

The entire experience was terrible. The woman who checked us in was rude and told my kids to go wait in the lobby. We were put in the Sens Hotel, despite a reservation at the Grand Oasis Palm. We were not told there is a caste system to the wristbands, nor were we ever offered to upgrade to the \"black\" band that lets you into certain areas and restaurants/bars. The lines were extremely long for dinner, the food was inedible- like actually terrible. There are no chairs at the pool... not like they were just taken up by people, there weren't any. So strange. The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel- the pirate ship area has no water running to the slide, the Jurassic River is pathetic and we were told we couldnt use the slides because they were only for the kids club?? The sports bar was the only place for ice cream and closed at 6pm- the lines were so crazy long and they refused to serve my 10 and 12 year old without an adult? There was virtually no entertainment during the day or at the pool- only at night. They have people wanting to sell you stuff everywhere and they follow you around- these are employees of the hotel. The worst was the pressure to attend a time share presentation. Literally, the woman followed us around for hours pestering us to go. When we left for another hotel early- because it was so bad- they told us to go through Expedia to get a refund, then just didnt answer Expedia when they reached out to get authorization for the refund.

Upon arrival they wanted an extra $600 for my 13 year old son even though I had already paid full adult price for him as required. They called the head office in Panama and everything was fine - 45 minutes later. We were traveling with another couple with a 13 year old and they had no issues with check in. This was a really negative way to start the trip. Scam? I am sure they would have taken the money if it went unquestioned.
Generally great staff. Sens building is reno'd and really nice - they upgraded us as we booked with Expedia. Awesome gym for a resort. Okay beach but not nearly enough loungers - get down early to get one. Food was pretty good but Maci Taco was a disappointment.

Rooms were cleaned daily.
The food at the buffet was pretty blan and the same food was served at both.
It is difficult to get a dinner reservation so book first thing in the morning 2 days before.
There is not enough loung chairs so you will need to go down really early to get a seat.
The drinks were good. I recommended bringing a large cup so you don't have to go back and forth to the bar. There really isn't anyone to bring you drinks and definitely not food.
Lunch is hamburgers and hot dogs unless you go to the buffet, but you need to eat there.
The experience was nice.
I would recommended more activities for teens and young adults.

Our booking was for Grand Oasis Palm but at reception they provided light blue bend which not allow us to use Sin properly, Rep from desk told us our reservation came from third party not Expedia and they do not want to see my actual Expedia booking, we contacted Expedia and they still investigating to provide us answer and partial refund we chat to Expedia agent from day one ro end but still waiting.

Our room 333 had water leaks from AC unit and had pieces of ceilings fell down,
Next day got new room but no hot water for first day, called for service but no one showed up at all finally we stopped by at desk and ask them to come with is to check but still no one shows till another 1/2 hours,
Many time we call for room service but no one responded

The room had two double beds, queen size would have been better but they were comfortable. It has a mini fridge and a safe. Our room didn’t have a balcony which I did miss. The resort is close to the beach, sand is beautiful, water was amazing. The pools looked nice but too many little kids in them. There was not enough chairs on the beach but you could just put towel on sand. There are virtually no chairs near the pools so if that is a must this won’t be good for you. The bathrooms never had line ups and the drink line ups were not too long. If you are not part of the Sens level you will most likely not get à la cart reservations. We were grand Oasis not Sens and they explained Sens get 3 days advance bookings compared to one day for Grand Oasis. So we only got one dinner that wasn’t a buffet. The food was good though. Vibe at resort is great. So may coffee places, I really enjoyed the cappuccinos there. Was a great trip and a great resort if you are going for sun and beach and drinks. If you want super pool and fancier place it isn’t for you.

Family of 4 with a 6 and 4 year old. Gotta say underwhelming. Not that we need much, we left the NYC cold for the beach and that’s what we got. But… as you enter there’s an Algae slime and grime infested Coy pond. No one knows anything unless they’re trying to sell you something, no simple questions can be answered. Buffet? Let’s just day thank god for the watery Mac and cheese. Waiters and cooks were like prison workers. No one cleans anything and they’ve got way too much staff. The resort manager should be replaced. We were at the same place 3 years ago and had an amazing time. It was great and still has much potential but unfortunately this time will be our last visit.

I will start off my review as it was good. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful and friendly. As for the hotel itself.. it’s advertised as one full resort with 7 bars and many restaurants but it is not. This hotel is connected to the Sens hotel which has more restaurants and bars and a batter pool THEY ARE NOT THE SAME just connected hotels. We tried to get into the bars and restaurants at the sens since this hotel was advertised as all in one but we couldn’t. We really only had one bar that was good but packed all the time. Our room was also within the Sens hotel pretty much so we were pretty far. Hotel is nice, smaller outside than we thought but nice beach and nice bed. Food was pretty good for the most part, pretty much the same stuff everyday. I had a great time nonetheless. Just wanted to write this so people can know this.

Over an hour in check in line, with only 5-6 groups ahead of us.
Vents in lobby were dripping condensation on floor making it very slippery.
Safe in room was broken. Took 3 times of advising at front desk before someone came. Lights burned out and no exhaust fan in bathroom.
Very musty smell throughout the floors and rooms.
Long wait for elevator, slow/small elevators.
Raccoon in rafters above us in restaurant, servers went from trying to catch raccoon to bringing drinks, without washing hands.
Several power outages making wifi not work.
Sooooo many lines. We were never able to get a reservation at any of the non-buffet places and any time we wanted to eat it was about 15-30 minute wait in line for buffet. Food wasn't great.
Nearly never any place to sit by the pool, majority of people take the loungers out to the beach.
Most days staff were still cleaning the pools even when they were supposed to be open.
So loud in the evenings. Floor 4, facing the pool area where there is a stage, and it sounded like the bands/performers were directly in our room.
Mini fridge supply was never replenished during 7 day stay.
The map in the app doesn't show where everything is on the property (only restaurants/bars I believe). So when looking for entertainment spots it wasn't clear where we would find them.
There was a Disney-tribute show one night that was fantastic for kids. I also heard the Michael Jackson performance was well done.

We did not fully use the amenities in the hotel because we don’t know. Staff will approach us if they want us to avail additional services. Was a nice stay. What pulled down the review. The place lost electricity during the night on our last day. But it was on they day we were leaving so was less bothersome. The two buffets for dinner on the Palm side were pretty bad. Food was never hot. Milk in the one was not even refrigerated. The buffet on the Sens side was good. But you need to have a black premium wristband to eat there. The Ala carte places were very good. Enjoyed the Cocoa and Mika Taco. Very good meals there. Breakfast was good. But once again food was cool to luke warm. The beach was nice however if you didn’t have your chairs reserved with towels by 8 am. They were gone. Definitely do not have enough chairs when capacity is full. But water was warm. Limited sea grass. Pools we did not use as they were cold Drinks were very good. The bars on the sens side were always less busy with minimal lines. Our beach waiter on the Sens side was outstanding. He deserved every tip we gave him. Room as clean. Maybe a bit dated but slept well in the bed and temp was cool. Always well stocked on the room fridge. Staff was nice. Overall for what we paid is was ok. Fix the cold food at buffets and chair availability on the beach and I easily could have gone 4 outta 5. Our MTS was outstanding. The drivers were friendly. Our driver to airport was extremely friendly even singing to us alone the way. And the airport. Impressive how they got people through both incoming and outgoing.

Jamás volvería a quedarme en este lugar y, sinceramente, no lo recomiendo. La oferta de comida es muy limitada y la calidad es pésima. y si quieres algo mínimamente decente, tienes que pagar extra en un hotel que se supone que es “todo incluido”. Con las bebidas pasa exactamente lo mismo.

Las filas para entrar al restaurante son larguísimas; muchas veces cierran mientras estás esperando y no te permiten entrar hasta la próxima apertura, ya sea para el almuerzo o la cena. Si no alcanzas a entrar, simplemente te quedas sin comer. Los bares de snacks apenas ofrecen una pizza de muy mala calidad.
Tienen pocos empleados y los tratan de una forma inhumana los explotan.
En la playa no hay suficientes sillas, así que terminas tirado en la arena. Además, la playa es pequeña y está repleta de niños, lo que hace imposible relajarse. No hay entretenimiento, no hay ambiente, y el servicio en general es pésimo.
La ducha huele a agua estancada y las habitaciones son diminutas, nada que ver con las fotos promocionales. Muchas cosas dentro de la habitación ni siquiera funcionan correctamente.
En resumen: jamás me volvería a quedar aquí y mucho menos lo recomendaría.

Awfulllllllll , food is gross not good at all no flavor old siting out , there are line to eat at restaurants like an amusement park lines. Not 1 waiter came near us at the pool or beach. Beach was full of algae, pool water was beyond freezing. I have a wet suit on my daughter and myself and her lips were still purple. To top it off its expensive. 0 out of 0 will never return not even if they paid me.

Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, food was good, rooms were clean, felt safe with small children. The only downside is the app for booking a la carte restaurants just did not work at all for us. There was quite a few times we were in a long line for food. There is a bit of pressure from the \"concierges\" to attend their \"special\" breakfasts to celebrate some made up event. Avoid its some confusing timeshare scam.

We stayed at the Grand Oasis Palm from Wednesday to Saturday, and unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations. While the exterior looks impressive, the interior feels old, dated, and in need of serious renovation.

The food was below average, with very limited variety at the buffet and no noticeable menu changes during our stay. Due to how crowded the resort was, buffet lines were consistently long, and restaurant reservations were nearly impossible unless booked 2-3 days in advance.

Service was another major disappointment. Waitstaff seemed disengaged and inattentive, and the bars constantly had issues, missing ingredients, unavailable alcohol, or broken equipment like blenders.

We attempted to upgrade our room based on advertised photos, expecting a family suite. Instead, we were given two connecting rooms with a cot in the second room, which was not what was implied. Amenities overall were subpar, and important information was often withheld until the last minute.

For example, when we booked a massage and planned to drop our kids at the Kids Club, we arrived at the stated time only to be told to wait another 15 minutes, then informed without prior notice that charges could not be applied to the room and payment had to be made in cash.

Seating around the resort was extremely limited, with guests waking as early as 4–5 AM just to secure chairs. Overall, between the overcrowding, outdated facilities, poor food, this is not a place we would return!

The room was clean and spacious. They didn't do a great job with refilling the fridge with water. But they did have a coffee shop in the lobby where you could get water.
The drinks were ok but watered down, we think it was alcohol free beer too.
The two buffet restaurants were ok. Some of the food was good, some was not. The a la carte restaurants looked good, but it was impossible to get a reservation, even though we tried making the reservation as soon as we woke up, so we never got to try any of the other restaurants.
The beach was beautiful and every morning they would rake the seaweed to keep it nice and clean. The pool was freezing.
One of our kids (6 years old) got stuck in the bathroom and the staff didn't seem to care much and said oh it happened to someone else a few days ago too and that she just had to keep trying. She finally got out but cut herself on the lock.
The overall experience was ok and not what we had expected. Some of the restaurant staff were very friendly and some were not. The hotel staff were friendly but they didn't go through anything with us when we checked in. They didn't tell us what there was to do in the hotel as far as shows and activities. We found that out on our second day when we asked a question and we were told to download their app. That would have been nice to know at check-in.

Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up
The app never worked for us to make dining reservations

The hotel was horrible. Never again!!! The food options were horrible same items every day. Staff not helpful says dining options available when there is really not. My family wasn’t all able to try I try to get credit back for 4 people including additional room I had and they wouldn’t give it to yet they canceled the other room and gave it to someone else. Just horrible never again

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was a complete disaster. Long lines, zero organization, and staff who looked annoyed that guests even existed. We waited an unreasonable amount of time just to get our room, with no apology or explanation whatsoever.

The problems didn’t stop there. Dining was just as awful. The wait times for the restaurant were ridiculous Standing around hungry and frustrated on a supposed “vacation” is not it.

And then there was the room… absolutely disgusting. The room was clearly not cleaned properly — dirty floors, questionable stains, dusty surfaces, and a bathroom that looked like it had been rushed through (if cleaned at all). It was uncomfortable and honestly gross.

Overall, the service was poor, the staff was unhelpful, and the entire experience felt chaotic and careless. This hotel seriously needs to reevaluate its standards. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better options elsewhere — do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else

By far the worst food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. Both of my kids refused to eat because they said it made them sick. We wasted 2 days of our trip sitting in the room because the food made us sick. I would not feed any of the food to my dogs at home

During my stay at this hotel, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.

The bathroom door scraped when opening, which is a basic issue that should have been resolved with minimal maintenance. The pillow was uncomfortable, directly affecting the quality of sleep, which is unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a comfort-oriented option.

The biggest issue, without a doubt, was the poor management of the restaurants. On two occasions, we waited in line for the taco restaurant and, after waiting, were informed that we could not enter because the food had run out. This shows a serious lack of planning, inventory control, and respect for guests’ time.

At the restaurant located closer to the beach, the service was equally poor. There was an excessive delay in assigning a table, and the waiting time for a server to attend us was unjustifiable. The service was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional.

The hotel has potential, but it currently fails in basic areas such as maintenance, comfort, and especially in the quality and management of its service. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made in these areas.

La habitacion la limpiaban todos los dias, pero el frigobar solo lo relllenaban un dia si otro no, tambien considero que deberias de dejar botanas en la habitacion y rellenar igual que el frigobar, la comida muy rica lo malo demasiada cola en todos los restaurantes de la categoria GRAND, lo que si les hace falta es un restaurante a la carta de carnes para el almuerzo.
