A couple of hundred yards from the station from which it is clearly visible this hotel offers rooms which are probably a bit larger than most, spotlessly clean and certainly excellent value for money.

Orderly, helpful front desk personnel. All well except there was food debris in the sink and hair not removed in the bathtub causing slow flow. Had to remove it ourselves so that can take the shower with ease. Humidifier also needs some cleaning.

朝食が無料とはいえ、パンも納豆などもなく、メインもなくご飯と味噌汁ぐらいしかなかった。配膳や料理を作るおばちゃんたちが料理の追加ができないことを謝っていて、なんだかかわいそうだった。ケチな会社だなという印象。だったら初めから朝食なしなら期待もせず、外で食べたのに、と残念な気持ちになった。チェックインの際に有料会員を勧められたが、この朝食を見て有料会員にならなくてよかったと思った。たぶん、もう泊まらないと思う。

新しいのもありとても綺麗でしたし、掃除も行き届いていました。ただ駐車場が満車だった為、チェックイン時に問合せ今夜出かける予定があると伝えたあ為に月極駐車場を案内されたが、他のお客様は定期パーキングと書いてある隣の駐車場へ入れた為、一度退出すると料金が別途かかると説明されてたのは改善の余地あり。

施設内どこも清潔感があって気持ちよく快適に過ごせました。子供と一緒で禁煙室が良かったけど喫煙室しか空いておらず妥協してそのお部屋にしましたが、部屋の中は喫煙室といっても全然気にならないくらい快適で東急さんだったら喫煙室でもありかなと思いました！

2泊しました。最初、エアコンの音がうるさくてスタッフの方に丁寧に対応頂き、部屋を変更頂き、快適に過ごせました。
駐車場のホテルのカードが最初使えませんでしたが、これもスタッフの方に即対応頂きました。また朝食が大変良かったです。

朝食が無料だからか、品数めっちゃ少ない・・・今迄、泊まったホテルで1番最悪な朝食でした。
調理のおばちゃんも、床にやかん置いて、それを足で蹴りながら動かしたと思えばそのまま冷蔵庫に入れてビックリ！！

単身旅に最適のクオリティ。さすが東横イン。快適に過ごせました。
ロケーションは駅近の好立地。飲食店は駅の反対側に行く必要があるものの、徒歩10分ほどなので苦は無し。コンビニ、コインランドリーも近く、駐車場も真横なので便利。浜田に泊まるならまた利用したい。

駐車場は「１日600円」と記載されていますが、出し入れ自由な駐車場は数が限られており、すぐに満車になる可能性があります。

満車の場合は、隣接する提携のコインパーキングを利用することになりますが、こちらは出し入れ自由ではなく、その都度精算が必要です。厳密には、１回だけ600円で出庫できるものの、それ以降はその都度の支払いが発生します。

地方のため、車での移動を希望される方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、その場合は追加の駐車コストがかかる点にご注意ください。そのような案内はアプリ上にはなかったので不意打ちをくらった気分です。

施設と綺麗で価格はとても良心だと思います。ただし、駐車料金がかかるのは残念です。施設内の駐車場なのであれば、料金を取る必要はないのでは？

スタッフの対応が素晴らしいと思いました。
駅が近く、レンタカーを借りたのでその立地条件もベストです。
ただ、医療センターが近いので救急車が頻繁に通ります。
ランチ、夕食は徒歩10分くらいです。
浜田北口から浜田駅のアクセス抜群です。

価格に対してサービスは良いです！

フロントの方お二人とも男性でしたがとても柔和で良い印象でした。
機械でのチェックインでしたが、ところどころフォローしてくださりとても助かりました。

お部屋に収納はありませんでしたが、寝るだけの一泊だったので充分でした。お部屋もフロントもとても良かったです。
ドライブがてらだったので高速からのアクセスの良さも◎
飲食街(駅の表側)も徒歩10分くらいの距離でした。
行きは不慣れだったのでタクシー利用でしたがワンメーター程で到着しました。
工事中の道路が通ることが可能であればもう少し短時間かもしれません。

朝食は少し物足りなかったので、そこがマイナス要素ではあります。

今回は、小学生の息子との2人旅で利用させて頂きました。

ホテル近くにはセブンイレブンや飲食店もあり、食べることには不便はなかったです。

ホテル内にはお酒の自販機もあります(ビール500ml300円です)ので、お酒を飲む人にも良いかと思います。

アクアス水族館にも近く、また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

一つお願いを言えば、駐車場が有料(一泊600円)なので、宿泊者には無料にして欲しいかなと思いました。
