The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)

I have stayed at many places in bangalore, for me for the price of 22500 per night for a room, I would really like the service to be good too, it could be food or stay
Pool was very cold we couldnt enjoy it,
In food when I requested for ghee dosa, they said they didn't have ghee
I travelled with my kids, when I requested for evening snacks and milk, they denied saying we have to order (let me clear here with my personal experience, it could be Leela palace or Radisson or marriott, food has been given, like rice milk biscuits and fries)
So this is the only place I was denied with complimentary children food...

Everything about this hotel was first class.
Breakfast had all you could wish for.
The room was clean and large, and the bed very comfortable. The little snacks left in the room were delicious.
But the standout for me was the service given by the staff. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were always happy to talk about anything.

Best hotel in Bangalore

Fantastic stay, right from the start, handling the bags, the welcome to the hotel, everything we needed was all done for us. Every staff member was polite and highly professional and the rooms were incredible. As vegans we always worry about breakfast options, however the chefs were more than accommodating and made us special request items to ensure we made the most of our breakfast. Such wonderful service all around. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for making this trip so memorable.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world but never experienced such friendliness or attentiveness as I received here. The staff learn your name, room number and breakfast beverage preferences very quickly making you feel like you are more than just a number. I had a very minor accident while out in the city and when the staff got to hear about it, they sent me some pastries to my room to make me feel better.
I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Bengaluru. Now if only Sheraton could replicate this at all their locations...

It is a very good hotel and loved our stay, but the staff was not really professional. We invited some friends to eat lunch with us. We were seated around 2:30pm but the food came at almost 5pm. there were lots of things in between. They didn't take our order properly etc etc. The service was horrible to say the least. We were all so hungry and waited more than 3 hours to get that food that we ordered. Food wasn't good at all, they charge enormously for that lousy food and service. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE to say the least. Just because of that i would like to go there again. Another annoying thing is the staff was really, really unprofessional, especially those ladies that serve. They don't know how to respect customers, they would comment and giggle on your back, which i felt very annoying and unprofessional. It is a good hotel but these things are not making us to go back again. A good hotel needs good service and respect for the customers which this hotel lacks royally.

Good Part: we were there for my father’s 65th birthday celebration. Great ambience and great food. Hotel provided complimentary surprise decoration and cake too. It was very nice.

Bad Part: Though check-in time was 3pm. We reached there by 4pm and they kept us waiting until 5.30pm in the name of preparing the room. Secondly, the flush wasn’t working in bathroom. Had to call them thrice during a day for same issue, every time they would come and say it’s fixed but the issue kept reoccurring throughout the stay.

Utter waste of money. I do not auggeat staying at Sheraton Blr. I guess they do not do any good cleaning between the gueats. I landed late with a kid at night and hence had absolutely no option, but to spend a night. Plan was for 3 nights, but i checked out the very next day. Orsered inroom doning and the food came uncovered. Food is exorbitantly charged. During this panademic atleast they could have taken care of hygiene and cleanliness.

Although i have already reviewed the property on Trip Advisor during my stay at the property, some do not seem to learn by their mistakes. They seem to repeat the same mistakes even after strong resentment and bringing shortcomings to highlight. Well! The staff seems to defy all norms of F&B industry. This would beg to ask the question whether they are employing untrained staff who misbehave and argue with guests. I am also writing to the CEO of Sheraton group of this misadventure. By charging guests in access of booking amount at time of check in is not acceptable and amounts to extortion. The senior staff including Mr Sujeet Kumar were not courteous enough to address the issue there and then. I do not recommend this property at all.

This is my 4th stay at this property. And every stay has gotten better and better. The staff are excellent. From check-in to check-out, everyone in between went out their way to make my stay memorable and fulfilling.

In addition to the outstanding quality of the property, the hotel is situated right next to Orion Mall which has a number food and entertainment options

A special shout-out to Muthu, Hamzaa and sous-chef Karan for going out their way at check-in and during the stay. Muthu was instrumental and in getting me the room of my choice. Hamzaa was gracious enough to extend my stay until 3pm. And Karan, was ever remindful of my dining choices at the Feast.

I'll stay here again in blink on my future visits to Blore.

This one location-wise in competition with another 5-star property. But the feature that proved best for me is the hotel's co-location with Orion Mall and that I was offered complimentary laundry of 2 piece clothing that helped in my hygiene upkeep and clothing management.

I booked the flight and hotel thru Expedia charged for 3 nights, but I was there only for 2night, as flight arrival time was 10PM 28th Aug and checked out 9PM 30th Aug. I requested to consider for one dinner as I will be staying one night short and will have breakfast only one day even thoug I have been charged for 3 day breakfast and 3 night stay, my request has been rejected, I feel I have been over charged in hotel booking next time I will think twice to book thru Expedia

I was in Bangalore for business for about 10 days. Myself and about 10 other colleagues stayed at the Sheraton Grand. I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the staff, they were so accommodating of our group and so friendly. They knew all of us by name and room number, and were able to help us out with any and all requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool and restaurants in the hotel are all amazing. I would absolutely stay here again for work or for pleasure.

BUGS Crawling on all furniture-VERY DISAPPOINTED

to stay in a Hotel with such brand paying almost $200/night.
BUGS were CRAWLING all over all the wooden furniture and the phone. It was shameful to say the least. Called the staff, they were not able to do anything. Called them again in the morning - nothing. The manager came, apologized and offered a puny little 10% discount or a car for 4 hrs.

I should have reported it to the health officials so they could have penalized the hotel charging this prime $s for bugs infested rooms.
