위에 있는 루프탑도 참 좋았습니다.
조식도 종류가 많진 않지만 깔끔하고 신선해서 좋았어요.
가는 길이 계단이 좀 있지만 오히려 골목 골목 산책하고 운동하기도 좋았어요. 포지타노 감성도 즐기고,,, 호텔에서 위쪽으로 올라가보면 또 아기자기한 골목, 뷰포인트들도 있어서 산책도 꼭 해보세요~

호텔에서 내려오면 맛집들도 바로 있어요 호텔가는 골목시작점에,,, 양쪽 두군데 레스토랑 있는데 둘다 너무 좋았습니다.
전반적으로 너무 만족스러웠습니다.

If you don’t mind climbing stairs this is the hotel for you. The staff and service were excellent. We did make a complaint about the smell coming from the bathroom. Probably sewage smell. We had to pay $70 a day for parking not at the hotel but a public garage. Rooms are very clean because food is not allowed in the rooms.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, this was our first time in Positano and we absolutely loved our stay. First, the hotel was amazing with setting up our transportation to/from the napoli train station. Also very thankful to their porter for carrying our luggage at check in/out as there are a lot of steps in Positano. Highly recommend getting a room with a balcony, we could not get over how beautiful our view was. The rooms are clean, with daily room refreshing; also the included breakfast is delicious with fresh pastries every morning. The staff was great for making sure we enjoyed our stay and providing recommendations for dining, the restaurant Da Vincezno is right next to the hotel and highly recommend dining there. The hotel is also very close to the beach where you can catch a ferry to the other towns of Amalfi to explore. Overall we had an amazing experience and would stay here again

The area was so amazing, the sea view was so inspiring, I kept the window open and enjoyed the cool breeze. And enjoyed seeing the sun rise every morning. Just a note 580 stairs to your room. So if your not in shape be ready to make a few stops along the way. But it gets easier.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. It was okay. The rooms are old. Bed is hard. We had a partial view room which I would not book- it’s a view of the generators unfortunately no other rooms were available. The roof top has a great view. Breakfast was good.

Let's talk about the view first! Amazing! Bed was very comfortable, AC was great, staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, and very clean. The was a small ant problem so no food in the room. Get yourself ready for the stairs from the beach to the hotel though, it was rough especially after dinner and wine. Side note Ristorante Mediterraneo is around the corner on the Hotel Street, don't miss out on that! All in all great stay and would definitely recommend.

Stunning views from the room and the rooftop bar. If you are arriving via ferry take into consideration you have to climb A LOT of stairs, so maybe consider a cab ride or walk the driving street, it’s a los easier than the stairs. There is a porter service that charges 15 euros per bag. They are not from the hotel, they only wear some Blue Porter shirts and that’s it. I was a bit dubious at first but the work with many hotel around Positano. Once in the hotel everything was nice, BUT we used the blankets stored in the closet and they smelled pretty heavily, I don’t think they were washed in a bit. Other than that 👌

Casa Albertina offered THE most exclusive access to Positano. It’s located in prime viewing of the entire area and close to shops and restaurants without walking down to the base of the village. Be aware, it’s over 400 steps from the bottom to the door of hotel (this is very normal for Positano). We loved the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful with luggage and all of our needs. There were weather delays with the ferry boats leading to our trip to Capri being cancelled. The hotel made arrangements to allow us to have another room instead of being forced to look elsewhere. Amazing service and staff. 10/10

Booked the standard room which we found out had a view of a cement block wall with a water or propane tank on top of it. I’ll share the picture in the section that says I can post in. The guy at the front desk, forgot his name but bigger dude with man bun, very fake friendly. Other people very nice though.

We had a fabulous stay here! The staff is AMAZING and really go above and beyond for the guests. They even booked a cooking class for us on a rainy day. The breakfast is perfect to fuel up before a day of adventure in the Amalfi coast. There are a few steps you need to climb to reach the property but in the Amalfi coast in general this is very common and not a big deal. We loved it here and will definitely be back and recommend it!

Based off of where we stayed the first half of our trip (near the beach), Casa Abertina according to Apple Maps was .3 miles away and an 8 minute walk. What it didn’t take into account were the 422 steps from the beach. So it is quite the hike! However, the staff was amazing, particularly Lorenzo. He went out of his way to accommodate us by allowing us to have wine on the deck, even when it was closed, and brought us cushions to sit on. He was even there the next morning, ensuring everything was good for our buffet breakfast - which was delicious!

This place was amazing! Such an incredible view and great customer service. My wife and I stayed here during our honey moon and we could not have been happier!
Be ready for a hike up though! Google maps makes you go up a million stairs which makes it tough when you have luggage. I recommend taking the longer way that google recommends.

Nice hotel with great room views in Positano, right outside of town (15 minute walk to beach). The rrom was fine and comfortable, but to get to the hotel you have to go up 70 steps from the main road, with no help for luggage. You may want to consider that if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues (there is an elevator but only inside the hotel). Other than that, breakfast was good, hotel was clean and again, the views were outstanding.

Thousands of ants crawling all over us in the bed

There were thousands of ants in our beds crawling all over us when we woke up. The staff said we had eaten in bed - we hadn’t. Then just said it wasn’t their faults this is what happens in the heat and didn’t provide any sort of refund or make good. This was my most expensive hotel in Italy and my worst stay. I recommend spending another few hundred to stay in a much nicer place l.

However, the staff was just rude, they even made fun of us when we arrived exhausted after claiming all the stairs to get there since we didn’t know any other way to get there. They make you leave your keys at the front desk every time you go out, when we did they came into our room (just a few hours after check in) I thought this was disrespectful, it felt like they wanted to came in to go through our staff.

This property is located high up the mountain overlooking the breathtaking city of Positano. The walk down steps to the beach/town/shopping is very difficult about 350 steps or so or access via walking the road (up and down) is a 15-20 minute walk along these same mountain hills. This is common place in Positano to walk everywhere but realistically only for the physically fit who are willing to do this twice per day minimum to access the town and beach area. The picture advertising this hotel is accurate as this is the breakfast area overlooking Positano. It is beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful and plentiful. The hotel itself is really charming and nice. I was extremely disappointed in my room accommodations. I booked a standard, “Mountain View “room. The room was in poor condition lacking even a mirror with suitcase scrapes on the wall, stains on the lampshade, water marks on the end tables and the worst part being a giant roof with water heaters/air conditioning units blocking my view almost entirely of the “mountain”. I chose this hotel because of the view. The mountain is visible in the advertisement so the “Mountain View” expected would still be quite beautiful. That was not the case. The Mountain View was only visible if standing up and looking far to the left as the front view is completely blocked and the right view is of the terrace next door. If you sit in the chairs on the terrace, You see no landscape at all. Hotel would not change or refund for the room.

Very nice, small hotel HIGH on the hill. If you stay here, be prepared to do A LOT of walking to get back and forth to the beach or the town center. But... You get a view like no other, looking across Positano on one side and out over the sea on the other. Amazing! Very nice included breakfast, friendly helpful staff, and affordable prices -- we stayed in July and it was still affordable. There are also shops and restaurants right outside the door, so you don't need too much walking for them. A \"house rule\" to be aware of is that you are not allowed to bring any outside food into your room. Overall a very nice place, just be prepared for your legs to get some good exercise.

The walls were covered in mold! They painted over the mold and they even put a painting over the mold in a random spot on the wall to cover a part that they weren’t able to paint over anymore. It was not only disgusting but horrible for my allergies. When I asked to change my room they didn’t care. They did not make it up to me. Pictures will be posted on trip advisor. I ended up getting sick staying at this hotel and it ruined my entire stay at positano. I had a two night reservation and only stayed one night. Now i am sick for the rest of my honeymoon. STAY AWAY!!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Quite a few steps to climb but our driver called ahead and there was a porter waiting for us to help carry our bags. Gorgeous little terrace overlooking the city and water. The breakfast was great, I see some other complaints on here about it being mostly bread/meat/cheese , but that’s typical in Europe. I would say they provided much more than the typical breakfast and we very much enjoyed it. Overall had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family!! Thanks Casa Albertina!

Got a mountain view room and it had a small balcony. The best part was it was next to the patio that hotel guests don't really use. It was like our private patio with ocean view! If you have heavy luggage that you can't carry up the stairs outside of the hotel, you may be able to tip the hotel to carry them up for you.

Great views in Positano, but needs an update

You are paying for the view when you stay here. They are breathtaking and gorgeous and I could sit on that balcony all day just looking at Positano and the water. The hotel needs some upgrades though. The room looks like it hasn't been updated since 1970, it just feels very old and the beds aren't very comfortable - but ok. Our shower curtain was very dirty. AC works very well, probably the best anywhere I stayed in Italy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great with providing recommendations and calling for anything you may need. It was helpful to ask them about transportation, etc. Breakfast is great on a wonderful little terrace! Hotel is quiet and the common areas are very nice and updated. If the rooms were just updated a little bit this would be a 9 or a 10! Do be aware, you need to climb about 75 steps from the main road, so if you aren't good with steps don't stay here. I guess you shouldn't go to Positano though if you aren't good with steps!

What a view!

The view from our room was unbelievable. The stairs to get to the hotel were worth it. Positano has stairs everywhere anyway. If you go up to reception, someone will come down and get your luggage for you.
We didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that.
Room was a decent size, same as bathroom. Wifi worked really good. But the view is what you stay here for. Absolutely breathtaking.
Staff were friendly and helpful. They organized a porter to get luggage down to ferry for us which was worth the fee. Laundry was done in a day too.

The best thing about this hotel is the view. But you have to climb a lot of steps to get up to this place every day. Too many for my liking so wouldn’t stay again. Plus the rooms are average particularly the bathroom, very small. And shower over the bath :( towels unusual too, not great. our bed was hard and pillows terrible. Nice caffe down below with good food and views.

Beautiful hotel “albergue”. We had a sea side room view with a balcony ( a MUST in Positano) and we had the best of the time! The room was pretty big and comfortable, really clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is perfectly located, a few flights up, but very close to the main beach stairs and a couple of really good restaurants. The staff is very nice, they helped us with our luggage and directions everyday. WiFi is good as well. Elevator is a little bit too old, kinda scary, but besided that, I would definitelly give this hotel a 5 out of 5 stars! Even though it is a 3 stars hotel, the view and the personality of the hotel makes you feel like a 4/5 stars one.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. It is a hotel that has been run by the same family for five generations, and so the service is cheery and personal. I had a room with a balcony and full views of the town below and the ocean (definitely worth the higher rate). All I wanted to do was sit on the balcony and take in the amazing view. The room itself was clean and cosy in the typical style of the Amalfi Coast. The terrace where breakfast was served had the same amazing view and was a great way to start the day. The hotel itself is reasonably high up on the hill (I counted 421 steps down to the beach), but you can amble your way down to the beach by going along the main road just a few steps below the hotel, passing all of the different shops and boutiques. It is also why it has such great views. There are also many dining options within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Be wary that you will have to climb about 30 steps with your luggage to get to the hotel from the road. My only criticism of the room itself is that the bed was a bit hard, but I have found this to be common in both Rome (in major chain hotels) and elsewhere on the Amalfi Coast. That aside, I would definitely stay here again.

FIVE STARS!!!! This hotel was PERFECT!!! We booked well in advance so we got an amazing room overlooking the coast with a balcony so just try to plan ahead. The balcony was AMAZING, such a beautiful place to begin and end your day. The hotel was very central. Before coming I read a lot of people complaining about stairs. If you don’t like stairs then don’t come to Positano. The entire town is stairs and that is part of its charm. It was walking distance to great restaurants and bars on the main road and stair distance down to the beach. Can’t say enough about this hotel!

Hotel Casa Albertina was wonderful! Great location, very clean and comfortable. Excellent views! Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely return!

Very unpleasant stay from the beginning

The checking staff was rude and unprofessional we are planing to go back to positano but I will not recommend or stay at this hotel ever again you do not treat you customer with rudeness and cockiness just because you are Italian hello we are the customers that need to be tread with respect and professionalism, we the tourists spend money on hotels,restaurants,stores and keep a lot people working don’t you forget that and learn from your big mistake or train your staff to be polite and professional.

Best view in Positano

Probably the best view of any hotel in Positano. It’s an older hotel that needs updating and the steps to get there are not for the old, but the staff was great and the view was priceless

Great Place & Great Location

What a beautiful place for sure. The room was great with a mountain view and a peak at the sea. The breakfast was wonderful and great quality. A nice variety of Italian foods. The staff was very very nice. There was one gentlemen at was not too friendly when I check in and out. I felt bad to ask questions. But I did get the answers. I would stay there again as it is a perfect location.

THE BEST!!! We loved the hotel!

The views from our balcony were magnificent, the service impeccable, the owner so helpful and interesting, the breakfast delicious--in other words we loved it all.
The only thing I had to get used to were the 70 steps to the hotel--I survived--I say thrived!!

Terrible....walls were marked up...fuses sticking out of lamps on wall...staff rude....no one told us that you need to climb 75 stairs to get to hotel....my husband passed out...nobody cared....had to leave after one night....will not refund our money....stay away from this place

The manager was very rude during the day. I came in out of breath after the 400 step walk up to the hotel and he was very very rude to me.
So use the porters that bring ur luggage up all the steps...

Restaurant right down the first 70 steps was very yummy

Breakfast in hotel was ok but waiter was sooooo sooo sweet.
Night manager very nice

Bathroom little mildew

I won't come back

Romantic espcapade!!

Located in the best possible area of Positano. Views couldn't be better. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel was the true Italian experience. Very traditional. We loved it!! Now, be ready to climb a good amount os stairs. We appreciated it after every meal.

Excellent service & good all round Hotel

Hotel was very pleasant, sensational views from the room, terrace & balcony. Staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Even had a good range of English TV channels, including sport ones - which was perfect in wanting to watch the Lions 3rd test.
Only drawback was 75 steps up to the Hotel from the road; and the cost - which in fairness wasn't unreasonable for Positano compared to other Hotels, or anything in general which was extortionate.

Very helpful staff, few steps to the beach, the view of the first floor rooms is kind of block by the water tanks. The breakfast was awesome.
The interior is a bit old but rooms are spacious
