I liked the hotel. In the overall everything was good, the only thing I didn't like it was at the moment of the checkout, they misunderstood my reservation changes and I lost 30 minutes explaining to them.

Good value for money

Get a high floor room and enjoy the view. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner in the restaurant is fantastic. The room was clean, although somewhat small. The staff did not provide a room upgrade, even when I returned the second time and asked for it.

In Cascavel the choices are limited.
I stayed here for 1 night during my business trip
This is an outdated hotel. It can do with soem refurbishement.
Noisy streets and small room size
At first they gave me a twin bed room.
But when I compalined that I booked a queen size bed, they changed my room.
In the end you can not complain for that low rate.

Ótima opção de hotel

Ótima opção de hotel em Cascavel. Limpo, confortável e atendentes bem preparados.
Só uma observação: sugiro trocar as janelas para uma amprova de ruído e ajustar a parede do ar condicionado, pois entra ruído do vento por ali (e ventou muito enquanto estive hospedado lá).

Boa opção para se hospedar em Cascavel, bem no centro da cidade. O isolamento acústico poderia ser melhor, entendo que não é um hotel novo mas está em boas condições. O café da manhã é bom, e o restaurante situado no mesmo prédio é um ícone da cidade (Picasso). Tem estacionamento pago no subsolo.

Infelizmente me decepcionei com o Bourbon de Cascavel. Muito barulho no hall de entrada dos quartos as janelas não isola barulhos da rua e também estavam sujas. Muito barulho através da parede do banheiro do QUARTO ao lado, tipo chuveiro e descarga vaso sanitário. Colchão razoável mas muito barulhenta rangido nas madeiras estrutural da cama.

O café da manhã podia ser padrão Bourbon!

Os hotels Bourbon sempre são referência em hospedagens.
Me hospedo em Curitiba, São José dos Pinhais, Joinville entre outros.
E esse de café tem o pior café da manhã.
Assados estavam frios, ovos mexidos seco e duro. Os bolos secos e assim por diante.
Realmente o café lá tem muito que melhorar.
Mas as acomodações são sempre excelentes.

Zumbido nas alturas

Hotel bem centralizado, café da manhã completo, atendimento muito bom. O estacionamento é pago. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. O único porém é a vedação das janelas, fiquei em um andar alto e com a ventania as janelas ficavam zumbindo a noite toda, precisar ser trocadas essas vedações para ter conforto e uma boa noite de sono.

Decepcionante para uma diária de quase R$ 400,00

Passa longe de ser um Bourbon, mesmo na categoria Express.
Quarto com ar-condicionado cheirando a mofo e liberando partículas de sujeira do filtro, foi colocado um tapume de madeira para cobrir o buraco do antigo ar de janela, o que faz você escutar todo o barulho da avenida.
Banheiro vazando água para o espaço do vaso, móveis descascando, porta de entrada do quarto 122 era necessário empurrar para ela se deslocar pois parecia empenada, cortinas não vedam e precisam de força de arrasto nos varões antigos e desgastados.
Televisão parece um monitor de computador, apesar dos bons canais.
Café da manhã adequado, mas com poucos itens.
Estacionamento pago ao valor de R$ 35,00 a diária e boa sorte nas vagas para encontrar e estacionar.
Staff e atendimento no check-in check-out extremamente agradável e solícito. Único ponto alto.

Pouco atendente, muita espera, pouco preparo, ao solicitar papel higiênico o atendente não sabia onde pegar, retirou o que estava em uso em outro banheiro. A pia do banheiro estava entupida e suja, o aparelho de ar condicionado não funcionou direito.

Não volto a me hospedar.

Chegamos e a cama de casal estava sem lençóis, apenas deixaram os lençóis para que a gente arrumasse, pois não tinha camareira para atender.

À noite pedimos travesseiros extras, e não podiam levar no quarto, tivemos que ir buscar.

Na descrição do hotel consta que há um restaurante e bar lounge, não há, este espaço é somente usado para café da manhã. Cheguei com amigos que me deram uma carona, ofereci um café e o recepcionista me informou que no hotel não haveria onde tomar.

Hotel deixou muito a desejar, primeiro chegamos na frente do hotel e nem sabíamos onde entrar, após isso entramos em um estacionamento sem saber direito onde parar!! Após estacionar o veículo, hotel muito mal sinalizado, nós e outro casal tivemos que perguntar umas duas vezes para encontrar a portaria!!
Chegando no quarto o mesmo era pequeno e cama barulhenta... café da manhã 8h já não tinha mais queijo e pior, ninguém repôs!!

Decepçao : o hotel é junto e misturado com um mini shoping ..1) ao chegar de carro proprio.... só tem uma vaga na \"rua\" para estacionar , fazer o check in tive que dar 2 voltas na quadra esperando para estacionar
2) garagem : sub solo .... dai voce pega suas malas vai para um elevador que vai ate o terreo e que sai num tipo de comercio de lojas, lanchonetes ...caminha com toda sua bagagem atraves e vai no rumo da recepçao .
Tem um funcionario , dai sim pega o elevador do hotel e vai para o quarto .
Escolhi este hotel pelo conceito Bourbon (nao sabia que eles tinham essa outra linha ) mas nao condiz com meu perfil .

Quarto reservado para 3 pessoas porem chegamos e não tinham as camas ...nos trocaram de quarto no segundo dia de estadia, muito barulho das maquinas no quarta em que estavamos 18° andar, muito a desejar principalmente quando comparado a outras unidades da rede.

Apartamento silencioso, limpo, ótima ducha. Apto de entrada são pequenos mas não minúsculo. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Travesseiros ótimos, cama apresentava ruído. TV a cabo. Café da manhã bom. Voltaria.

Ótima hospedagem

Hotel ótimo custo benefício, quarto excelente, atendimento excelente e cordial. Para quem gosta de esportes, tem uma academia com bons equipamentos no 18° andar e também está na mesma quadra da Avenida Brasil que conta com uma ótima pista para corrida/caminhada.

Prático com excelente custo benefício

Foi tudo muito bom, faço apenas uma ressalva quanto ao cheiro de mofo que não identifiquei ser do travesseiro ou colcha da cama. No check out , foi lançado um chocolate que não consumi, mas retirado em seguida, sem maiores problemas. A área da recepção precisa de melhorias (poucos locais para hóspedes )
