The staff were very keen to help which is a big plus... Downside was the general condition of the hotel seenmed that it needed a bit of general work. For example my bin in room was broken, cover missing off some of the trip switch panel, aircon didnt seem to work so good... mostly minor things.

Clean and tidy business hotel

Good business hotel, very basic but clean and tidy. Very quiet, at times i thought i may be the only person in the hotel. There is a pizzeria which shares the car park but i ate at the nearby shopping centre where there is 2 or 3 restaurants.

Good base camp for those who have a car.

The space of the room was a pleasant surprise.
Big balcony, but nothing to see around, and car noise from the highway.

Breakfast was average. Water flow in the shower room was not very smooth. And water spilling outside the shower space even with closed doors.

Ups:
not much, considered what I paid to have an average breakfast and a decent room.
Downs: the air conditioning did not work so I had a consistent 27 degrees in the room. Middle of May ... you can imagine.
What I found really irritating was the behaviour of the staff: \"the a/c wont be working until June\". So what? I paid to have a normal room not a oven.
Breakfast really average.
ah and the swimming pool was also out of order for 2 days out of four ...

Nice hotel, recommended for short stays in Cremona

Staying with Best Western Cremona Palace Hotel in Cremona was as expected, nice and smooth.
The hotel is new, clean and the quality of service is awesome. Though it is 7 km from Cremona center the hotel staff provided as needed a shuttle bus service, free of charge.
Suitable for business and short stays, the hotel is well designed, the breakfast was complex and internet was free (though not that fast) and available in room also. I loved the white doors. Well isolated, the room was quiet, no sounds from neighbours were heard.
The SPA requires going outside from the hotel. The pool at SPA was clean. The fitness room was well equipped. The sauna is a bit old, and during my stay was on maintenance.
Definitely recommended!

Although not in city center good if you have a car

Big rooms(US standard), clean, staff friendly. Had a lovely time sight-seeing Cremona. Mind the fact that the hotel is about 4km outside of Cremona city. We had a car so it was easy to drive into the center of the town. Once you are in town you can either walk or rent a bike. The area around the Duomo is mostly pedestrian zone. Overall if you have a car and want a clean and big hotel room, this is the hotel for you. Breakfast was included which was a plus. Would definitely go back if we stop by Cremona again.

Great hotel

Clean too, except for a few spiders. Huge rooms. They say they are only 3 person, but it easily 4 person if you roll the bed over. Pool was disappointing. They make you buy swim caps and have to pay extra 10 Euro's per person, but the swim caps don't stay on your head, so my kids didn't have fun, because they kept getting yelled at. Nice and quiet. Great breakfast.

This is a great hotel if you like a quiet setting. The reception personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great restaurant a short walk behind the main building. Good food, a friendly staff, and reasonable prices. The rooms are large and clean with good internet service, and for smokers like myself, have balconies so you can just step outside. Best for travelers with a car, it is only a short 10 minute ride to Cremona.

This is a conference hotel with comfortable bedrooms but minimalist service. \" Have a nice day\" is the stock phrase of the reception staff, but they make no contribution to any niceness. The rooms are modern and comfortable, shower but no bath. There is no restaurant and the restaurant asociated with the adjoining sports centre is closed on Mondays. Tough if you arrive on a Monday as we did, we were directed to a village bar 1 km away. There is a small breakfast room with a helpful staff member. The breakfast was the poorest buffet we had in Italy and the scrambled (minimally crushed) eggs had to be seen to be believed. No fresh fruit. the room is 4 star but nothing else. Would not stay there again or recommend it for a holiday stay.

The service and kindness at this hotel was exceptional. They provided several helpful extras that were above the called for. I look forward to staying here the next time i am in Cremona. It is out side of the town about 3 miles, but that is a real plus. It is quiet and peaceful. The pool and fitness features are provided at very reasonable cost. Free internet. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel.

Very convenient hotel, close to Cremona. The rooms are nice and spacious. Room is nice and warm on cold days. Because I have a bad back, beds, can be a bit hard. Breakfast, though small, has nice pastries. I have enjoyed my stay so much , that I have booked more nights .

Laatste keer dat ik hier was ongeveer 10 jaar geleden toen was ik er regelmatig. Ik was verrast (of mischien niet) dat de tijd heeft stilgestaan er is niks veranderd zelfs het ontbijt is in aanbod niet veranderd.
Prima Hotel om te overnachten maar qua \"luxe\" moderne uitstraling mag er wel wat gebeuren.
Het restaurant op 5 minuten loopafstand was het eten prima.

Der Check-in und Check-out verlief schnell und professionell. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Zimmer im 3 Stoch war zwar geräumig, jedoch war es in einem schechten Zustand. Der Bodenbelag wieß erhebliche Abstände zwischen den einzelnen Paneelen auf, in denen sich Schmutz sammelte, An der Lüftung der Klimaanlage waren Feuchtigkeitsflecken zu sehen, genaus so wie am blinden Dachfenster. Der Kühlschrank stand ohne Isolierung in einem Eck und war relativ laut. Am Kopfteil des Bettes wurden scheinbar Verzierungen abgeschraubt. Die Löcher waren zu sehen. Alles im Allen machte das Zimmer auch mit der geflickten Bettdecke ein verwahrlosten Eindruck.
Das Frühstück war akzeptabel und landestypischen.

Moderno,grande struttura con ampio parcheggio libero,camera grande,ben tenuta con TV gigante LCD.
Bagno all' ' altezza e arredi buoni.
Pavimento in parquet e grande balcone.
Buffet di colazione fornito e receptionist accoglienti.
Un po' in zona fuori dai centri cittadini ma comodo per raggiungere Cremona ed eventualmente anche Mantova e Sabbioneta.

Ottima struttura, personale gentile, professionale e disponibile.
Purtroppo la siccità ha rovinato il vasto parco all'esterno dell'hotel donandogli un aspetto poco invitante da lontano dall'esterno, che non rispecchia invece la situazione interna, con ambienti molto puliti e curati, soprattutto le camere.
Ottima colazione continentale, varia, per tutti i gusti.
Consigliatissimo, anche in virtù dell'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La struttura è molto bella e certamente confortevole. Si rileva alcuni dettagli che la rendono meno appagante e cioè all'arrivo serale non c'è illuminazione adeguata, addirittura la scritta, in grande, hotel presenta solo tre lettere accese. c'è un senso di malinconia che proprio in questo periodo natalizio appare davvero inadeguato. Non spreco ma illuminazione consona alle esigenze dell'ospite. Gentilissima l'operatrice che ci ha accolto e ci ha aiutato subito a cambiare stanza, in quanto quella assegnata era impregnata di cattivo odore.

Hotel rumoroso di notte. Zona isolata, struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Servizio da migliorare. La mia camera era stata assegnata ad un'altra persona e mentre ero in stanza ha provato ad entrare. Fortunatamente avevo chiuso a chiave...

Vi havde et super lækkert ophold. Værelse var stort og rigtig lækkert med balkon. Værelset og badeværelse var pæne rene. Rigtig gode parkeringsforhold. Lækker morgenbuffet. Der var ikke langt at køre til et større indløbs center.

L impianto dell' aria condizionata era rotto, una notte con 30c in camera, quindi non siamo riusciti a dormire. Albergo ottimo, ma non riesco ancora a spiegarmi come un hotel a 4 stelle non abbia la possibilità di un pronto intervento immediato.
