Clean rooms, friendly and helpful personnel. Found the buffet prices a bit steep (💶18) considering man other similarly-priced hotels comp it. On previous stays it was included.

Refused to stay here. Construction going on, front entrance uneven flooring. Smell musty, afraid might be asbestos. Picture does not show any renovation.

Very good location, the structure decorations and layout are very unique, the roof top terrace is outstanding. Very nice place to have private parties and weddings . The rooms are fairly spacious with comfortable beds.
The self parking was good and the included breakfast was great
Price is very reasonable and the stuff helpful .
As a suggestion I would use bigger flat screen tv in the bedrooms and some information booklets with the list of all the amenities and services available for the guests..

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Rinascimento was one of the most lovely experiences. The view from our bedroom window and patio balcony was spectacular - we had the view of the hill whereby the an interesting castle and church were located. Antoinio, Antonello and the staff at this hotel were welcoming. The room was spacious with a balcony and fabulous view, the meals at breakfast and dinnertime with their full bodied Campobasso wine was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We will recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk who organized a private meal for the 4 of us famished from our travel day. Very clean, gorgeous views of the city and mountains from our balcony. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Good, clean and basic.

This hotel is a good basic hotel, it's near the main town, but is also good for conferences, weddings, parties so it can be a little noisy, otherwise a comfortable stay.

No internet wi fi service, tv not working, light bulbs out, no mini bar, 1 glass in room, no one spoke English, cramped shower stall, food was good and staff tried to help but with language barrier it was difficult.. Would not stay there again

Fantastic service, very professinal

It was great, wouldn't have minded staying a few more days, and one of the managers, escorted me to the train station next day. They have a supergenerous breakfast and they serve dinner, a 3 course meal with a drink at a very reasonable price. About half what you would pay at an outside restaurant.

Amazing Architecture

This hotel lived up to its name of 'Grand' with its design and architecture from another age. Our very large room was situated on the top floor and was accessed from the most amazing circular landing. Nearby was a roof terrace with spectacular views over Campobasso and the surrounding countryside. The view was particularly impressive the next morning with clouds below the tops of the nearby hills. Our one night stay was in the middle of May and it appeared that the hotel was not yet ready for visitors. Our room was quite cold and many of the lighting's bulbs were not working. A bedside lamp had no plug. The staff were very welcoming and most helpful, making every effort to switch on the heating, replace bulbs, and fitting a plug. On going to the restaurant for dinner, we found it in darkness, but again the staff were most helpful in providing us with an excellent meal. An enjoyable stay, and we will long remember the hotel for its amazing architecture, wonderful murals, and helpful staff.

Great and helpfull staff. Travelled with 91 year old person. The staff went out all the way for our comfort. Even offered free water at departure and greated us with an espresso upon arrival.

For your standard European hotel, this room was much larger than normal and had excellent service from all of the staff. When in Campobasso again, I will definitely be staying here.

Everyone went out of their way to help us. Outside of the touristy towns it was refreshing to find someone who made a sincere effort to communicate with us. Dinner was outstanding.....a memorable experience!h

Ho trovato la stanza pulita e in ordine, non ha servizi aggiuntivi e la colazione salata è molto povera. In compenso quella dolce è molto ricca e variegata. Direi che nel rapporto qualità/prezzo siamo in media.

Es handelt sich um ein schönes altes Gebäude. Nostalgiker kommen hier voll auf Ihre Kosten. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstuer gebucht . Das zweite Zimmer hatte allerdings keine Fenster und eine ziemlich laute Lüftung. Insofern etwas gewoehnungsbedürftig zum Schlafen. Super ist das man das Auto in einem umzäunten Bereich vor dem Hotel abstellen kann.

Prédio antigo, de arquitetura interessante, c/ átrio nos andares que dá acesso aos apartamentos de forma decagonal. Quartos com decoração rococó, com varanda enorme e, coisa difícil, janela no banheiro. Ótimo. Recomendo

Ottimo hotel in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro o la zona commerciale e industriale, ampio parcheggio gratuito.
Personale giovane e accogliente, camera spaziosa e pulita, ha uno stile clasico ma non è assolutamente vecchio.
Wifi rapido e tv led satellitare.
Buona colazione con prodotti freschi di paaticceria.

Bell'albergo un po' sperso nel nulla. Alcuni aspetti positivi: camera ampia, parcheggio, solerzia del personale a risolvere i problemi. Altri negativi: colazione molto modesta, aria condizionata non funzionante (risolto cambiandoci camera).

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Camera spaziosa, ma odorava di fumo di altri clienti, avevo chiesto non fumatori. Acqua a malapena tiepida sia la sera che la mattina nonostante gli sforzi del personale. Frigobar deserto solo due desolate bottigliette di acqua. Termosifone in bagno freddo. Personale gentile. Colazione buona. Decisamente sovrastellato.

Per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo di meglio.

Premesso che siamo arrivati alle 22:30 circa e siamo ripartiti alle 07:30 circa, io e la mia compagna avevamo solo bisogno di una stanza matrimoniale per la notte, quindi mi astengo dal dare giudizi su tutto il resto.
Cercando un B&B sul sito expedia mi sono imbattuto in questo hotel e per il prezzo pagato di 75 euro per un letto matrimoniale per una notte mi sembra un po troppo considerato che mi è stata assegnata una camera con due letti singoli accostati per di più con MATERASSI DI ALTEZZE DIVERSE.
Conclusione alle 3 di notte tra i 2 materassi c'era un vuoto.
Rilascio questa recensione negativa non per il gusto di farlo ma perché, considerate il numero di auto parcheggiate all'interno dell'hotel e il numero di persone a colazione la mattina, non credo che tutte le camere fossero occupate, quindi perché pagare una matrimoniale per avere 2 letti singoli accostati?
Potevamo avere di meglio a metà del prezzo andando in un B&B.

Essendo questa una critica costruttiva sono sicuro che potete fare di meglio.

Delusione totale. Avevo degli ospiti e mi sono trovato in serio imbarazzo. Credevo di aver prenotato in un \"Grand Hotel\" a 4 stelle. Tutto vecchio, abbandonato e mal funzionante.

Nulla da criticare in merito all'ospitalità: persone cortesissime e disponibili. Ma un 4 stelle è ben altra cosa! Direi che è un giusto 3 stelle. Molto pretenzioso in alcune parti di arredo ma in sostanza perfino misero, considerata la categoria dichiarata: stanza molto grande ma poco confortevole, bagno appena sufficiente negli accessori, frigobar vuoto, tv d'epoca, biancheria dozzinale. Ristorante? un 4 stelle con tovaglioli di carta e un menu ridottissimo? Sulla colazione meglio non dire

4 STELLE COL BINOCOLO ...

Partiamo dalle cose positive: Colazione; abbondante, ampia scelta, ottimi i dolci. Personale; il pochissimo personale e' stato gentile e disponibile. Stanza: grande e spaziosa, con bel panorama.
E ora alle cose negative che riguardano anche la valiutazione e le informazioni che da Expedia. L'hotel non e' assolutamente un 4 stelle, nemmeno col binocolo le vede le 4 stelle. Il personale, gentile e' poco, praticamente ... 1. La stessa persona fa da reception, ti parcheggia l'auto, ti serve la colazione.
Il wireless e' inesistente, non c'e' segnale, nelle stanze non funziona o meglio non c'e' proprio.
L'hotel e' solo parzialmente albergo, in verita' il fine settimana fitta la sala al primo piano per feste private. A me e' capitato una festa di ragazzi con musica tecno fino alla 1,30. Non era molto piacevole. Inoltre l'allarme antincendio scattava ogni 5 minuti (probabilmente nella sala della festa fumavano a piu' non posso facendo scattare il dispositivo antifum.) Insomma riposo zero assoluto, avro' dormito 3 ore scarse, alle 7,30 del mattino sono andato via e dubito tornero' mai piu'.
