Everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Biella. Staff were so friendly, everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast included with decent options . Only tiny downside was the lack of choice on the first morning even though we arrived at 8am and it was open 7-10am. Next day we made sure to get there for 7am and there was more food out. Exercise room was a bonus and better than some hotels who advertise a fully equipped gym!

Sleepless night...

Very nice hotel in a fab location, comfortable rooms and good sized bathrooms. Unfortunately the roof top restaurant ws closed for dinners but was open for a buffet breakfast which was delicious and plenty full. Our stay was spoiled by an electrical failure in the middle of the night which caused the room electric to shut down. No door locks window blinds or AC and a loud clicking noise as the fuse boards in the cupboard to switch on and off. The whole floor was effected. Such a shame as would have liked to stay longer but due to lack of sleep just had to leave....

The hotel is fine, and has a nice parking underground. The breakfast is very nice. Staff is excellent. The only problem is that internet keeps asking for a code at random times, turns on and off, unstable, very difficult to do any work on internet. It would be better to simply have a wifi password and then wifi stays stable.

THE place to stay in Biella, Italy

Have been using this hotel for years. Large rooms with super comfortable beds. Excellent breakfasts with lots of attention to people with gluten- and lactose-free needs. The staff couldn’t be nicer. A very professional operation from top to bottom.

I’ve stayed there many times to visit my Italian family. It’s a really nice hotel with good staff. It’s in a really good location. Had a very good meal there and several in the local restaurants. There is a car lift to the old town which is full of good eateries and there is a great view over piedmont.
The location is about a one hour drive from lake Maggiore which is really stunning.

Hotel was modern on the outside, but old fashioned decor inside which was great. Close to walk into old town. The biggest supermarket we have ever seen was part of the complex. Great restaurants nearby. Biella is a charming town.

Excellent, high category hotel in Biella, Italy

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. I know I will be treated with outstanding courtesy and cordiality. The staff is highly professional. The rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable. The beds are just great. Underground self parking is a big plus. A huge supermarket is nearby, as is the main shopping street of downtown Biella, full of nice stores and excellent coffee bars and pastry shops. Very good restaurants in easy walking distance. The hotel restaurant is very good, although the menu is not very broad. The usual restaurant and bar area is now under renovation. The restaurant is for the time being on the top floor and is not providing lunch service, but the renovation seems to be moving quickly. In an case, I love this hotel and recommend it without reservation.

It's my second tip staying there for business. The staff is friendly. Breakfast has decent choices. Best of all is the location! Right next door you can find a huge supermarket with cafe. It's also opp tourist info and you are 5 min from Via Italia which is the shopping street. Just don't go during 12.30-15.30 when the shops are closed. Excellent hotel overall!

Ottima struttura vicino al centro pedonale di Biella, e confinante con mini centro commerciale. Camera spaziosa e ben organizzata con arredi moderni e letto comodo.
Buona varietà a colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato e personale di sala sempre presente ed efficiente per mantenere completa l’offerta.
Unica pecca per le stanze che danno sulla facciata anteriore che si trova su una delle arterie principali della città, la insufficiente insonorizzazione che può rendere fastidioso il soggiorno in certe ore e giorni. Comunque consigliabile.

It was great! We stayed only for one nighr but it was very easy to get there, they have private parking so we didn’t have to go around looking for it. The rooms were very clean, nice view to the park and with all the personal items you need in the bathroom. The buffet was also very good! Would totally repeat!

Séjour d’une nuit entre amis avec repas sur terrasse et nuitée. Accueil remarquable et personnel impeccable, serviable, compétent et chaleureux à l’hôtel comme au restaurant. Malgré un gros retard en raison de trafic le personnel s’est adapté et nous a parfaitement accueilli. Tout confort, très bon repas et rapport qualité-prix excellent. Un tout grand merci et établissement qui mérite notre recommandation.

Un grand hôtel proche du centre ville avec parking sécurisé donnant un accès direct aux chambres. Petit déjeuner en jardin terrasse. Personnel très agréable. En revanche Le supplément chien était assez élevé lorsque nous avons séjourné.
