We spent 2 nights and was on the top floor #6. The balcony was a bit noisy from an exhaust fan on the very top of hotel. It has a hot tub, which I was looking forward to using until I learned that it would cost 100 euros. The breakfast was great, particularly enjoyed the honey and comb tray. The staff spoke good English and were helpful with directions and telling me of transportation options. They responded to a text which I deeply appreciated.

The room was immaculately clean and the hotel located in a convenient location.
The buffet breakfast has a large range of food from fresh fruit to cake.
Pool is closed from September and is very small.
20 minute walk from the railway station and lots of nearby restaurants. We hired Lime Bikes which with the numerous cycle lanes in Rimini was very easy to get about.
Overall a lovely stay and would go back if ever in Rimini again.

Second stay here, once in top rated room and once in lowest rated. No matter, both rooms excellent. Breakfast beyond excellent. The housekeeper who cleaned our room deserves a raise in salary…beautiful job.

We had a room on the top floor with a balcony facing the water. It was perfect. The staff was great and the morning buffet breakfast was wonderful. There are many places to eat and shop in the area. I would love to return here.

I go to Rimini each year for a business event in Winter, and its the second year in a row I've stayed at this hotel. Great location, with a seaview room and balcony overlooking the beaches (which I hadn't requested, so was a nice surprise!). Hotel very clean, and the service good. Right in the centre of town. Good value for money

Stayed for 9 nights. Our luggage was delayed by two days and Alexandra and Luca were very helpful communicating for us. Extremely pleasant throughput our stay. We had a huge balcony with great views room 416. On the whole they made our trip enjoyable considering all the problems we had with flights and luggage. Would definitely return

Great Location!

I booked the Club House in April and although it was not yet beach weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The views over the beach from my balcony were amazing and the included breakfast was great. The location is very good - walkable from the train station if you don't have much luggage and only a block from the beach. The staff were helpful, the WiFi worked well, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rimini.

Luxury holiday

Amazing private balcony with jacuzzi was total hit.(spent half of the time there) Room was really beautiful and staff was nice, even thought level of English was quite poor. Luckily I was traveling with my partner who is Italian so this was not a big problem. Only minus was that room service took over 1h to arrive, and in holiday no one wants to waste time. Overall we were really happy with this hotel!

Viihtyisä hotelli. Upea rantamaisema parvekkeelta. Siisti yleisvaikutelma. Uima-allasalue hieno. Ainoa haittapuoli viereisen ravintolan live-musiikin kuuluminen hotellihuoneisiin yömyöhään, mutta onneksi musiikki oli useina iltoina miellyttävää, joten sitä oli mukava kuunnella omalta parvekkeeltakin.

Ottima l'accoglienza, puntuale , cortese , sorridente.
Camera veramente confortevoli ben arredate , doppi guanciali .bagni puliti diversi amenities . Tisane e the di benvenuto, peccato il frigo bar vuoto , avrei approfittato di una bevuta. Parcheggio riservato a pagamento nella struttura per € 20 custodito ci sta . Buona colazione .

Nära stranden

Bra rum med stor balkong och utsikt mot havet. Tyvärr ligger en livligt trafikerad väg mellan hotellet och stranden så det är inte mycket mys med att sitta på balkongen, men så verkar det vara i hela Rimini.

Lage direkt am Strand, leider sehr laut

Fas Hotel wirkt sehr neu. Einrichtung und allgemeiner Zustand sind gut, die Zimmer sind sauber.
Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich der Strand, dh. perfekte Lage für einen Badeurlaub.
Auch zu sehr vielen Restaurants ist der Fußweg ca. 10 min.
Jedoch ist es sehr laut. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches jeden Abend sehr laute Live Music hat, unter der Woche bis 24:00 am Wichenende länger. Die Vorhänge bieten keinen Verdunkelungsschutz, weshalb es nicht möglich ist die automatische Beläuchtung am Balkon abzudunkeln.

Albergo carino e confortevole, personale molto disponibile nell'accontentare il cliente, albergo posizionato molto centralmente, dietro si ha il lungomare con la spiaggia e con piccole passeggiate si arriva subito nel cuore di Rimini. Consigliato!!

vi ho già soggiornato più volte. colazione sublime, pulizia camere ottima, personale cordiale, vista mare. anche per chi come me viaggia con persona anziana a seguito è ottimale.

Sehr sclechter Service

Das Hotel und unser Zimmer haben uns nicht gefallen. Es entspricht nicht dem Niveau einer 4-Sterne. Als wir reklamierten, hat der Hotelmanager uns beleidigt.

Perfetto se si trova una tariffa scontata

Hotel esteticamente molto gradevole, sia per quanto riguarda l'esterno, la hall e la sala colazione. Le camere sono accettabili, non manca nulla, ma non hanno il livello che ci si potrebbe aspettare entrando nell'hotel; il bagno è mal rifinito, sciupato e non è dotato nè di ventola nè di finestra (almeno quello della mia camera), ci sono poche e scomode prese elettriche nella camera, la finestra del balcone è datata e si fatica a chiuderla/aprirla.
Ma ci sono diversi aspetti positivi: letto e cuscini comodi, vasca/doccia idromassaggio, vista mare, vicinanza al centro e varia colazione (seppur con molti prodotti surgelati).

Ci tornerei sicuramente, ma solo se trovassi un'altra tariffa scontata; a prezzo pieno sicuramente no, in quanto si potrebbe trovare di meglio.

Super Hotel in Strandnähe mit tollem Frühstück

Super Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer hatte einen riesigen Balkon über Eck mit Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Soggiorno a Rimini

Insieme a mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per 2 gg in questo hotel con vista mare , la struttura è nuova e molto pulita, la colazio a buffet e disponibilita del personale era ottima , ci ritorneremo

Gutes Hotel mit überteuerten Zusatzleistungen

Das Hotel ist eingentlich gut, das Bett bequem, die Jacuzzi-Dusche sollte eigentlich auch toll sein, aber leider war keine Gebrauchsanweisung vorhanden, und, da die ganze Jacuzzi-Anlage schon älter ist, kann man gar nicht verstehen, wie man es benutzt.

Die Wände scheinen aus Karton zu sein, man hört alles, was im Zimmer nebenan passiert, besonders wenn ein Liebespaar die ganze Nacht lang schreit. Ich war gezwungen, zu drohen.

8 Euro für einen Tee finde ich unverschämt, auch wenn es direkt ins Zimmer geliefert ist.

Hotel nuovo e moderno, confortevole e pulito. Ottima la posizione fronte mare nel centro di Rimini mare...curata e assortita la prima colazione anche se l'orario è un po' ridotto...

Modern Hotel Well Located

Higher end modern boardwalk hotel with a spacious room with ample storage, large bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa shower and a large balcony overlooking the beach.

Many restaurants nearby (Amico across the street for sea food and the Rose & Crown Pub a 5 min. walk plus a Conad across the street).

Ceramic tile floors create noise from other suites but most new arrivals clue in soon enough about this.

I would come back for certain.

Albergo sul lungomare comodissimo

Camera verso strada ma assolutamente insonorizzata, assai ampia con balcone munito di piscina per grandi e piccini.
Il personale tutto è assai cortese e professionale.

Rimini für mich immer ein Reise Wert .
Das Hitel sehr schön aber die Zimmer nicht gut isoliert. Man hört das Zimmer daneben alles ob Duschen oder anderes tut. Ich war im Zimmer 204

Gutes Hotel direkt in strandnähe

Personal empfang uns mit einem freundlichen lächeln. Zimmer waren sauber allerdings bisschen klein. Frühstück war sehr gut, nur die angebotenen Kuchenstücken waren manchmal bisschen trocken. Hotel ist eher was für jüngere Leute da abends im Umkreis relativ laute musik gespielt wurde. Im großen und ganzen aber ein sehr gutes Hotel was ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Ausser das die Dusche nicht richtig funktionierte (kein Druck beim aufdrehen)
und der Whirlpool draussen au der Terrasse noch Sand von den Vor-Besucher noch drin war..!!

und die Reception erlaubt keinen Besuch..!! ☹️

hotel pozytywny --- OBSŁUGA RECEPCJI FATALNA

FATALNA OBSŁUGA HOTELOWA -TRZEBA WSZYSTKO MIEĆ NA PIŚMIE!! Ustalałam telefonicznie przed przyjazdem kwestię dziecka w wieku 3 lata, ktore śpi w łóżku z rodzicami i je własne jedzenie (dziecko ma specjalną dietę, którą wozimy ze sobą) -potwierdzono mi telefonicznie, że w takiej sytuacji (pobyt dziecka bez wyżywienia i bez dodatkowego łóżeczka), będzie BEZPŁATNY. Na miejscu okazało się, że muszę zapłacić za pobyt dziecka, obłsuga w ogóle nie wyrażała ochoty uszanowania ustaleń telefonicznych, które były poczynione przeze mnie przed przyjazdem, bardzo niemiła sytuacja, ponadto żądano opłaty z góry za cały pobyt (choć we wszystkich hotelach płaciliśmy dopiero zazwyczej przy wymeldowaniu)... Trochę czuliśmy się jakby traktowali nas jak złodzieje....
Sam hotel przyjemny.

Gute Lage zum Strand und Flaniermeile

Das Hotel hat nur einen Nachteil, es ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn man damit kein Problem hat, kann ich dieses nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Super Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, auch wenn etwas klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Für einen Kurzurlaub am Strand ideal

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist super. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und auch reichhaltig .... (frisches Obst, Gemüse) aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gibt jeden Tag exakt das gleiche. Nur der Parkplatz ist sehr klein, kostet pro Tag 15,00 €. Im großen und ganzen für einen Kurzurlaub sehr empfehlenswert.

Superbra hotell

Superbra hotell med mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Nära till bad och uteliv. Dock ska man välja ett hotell lite längre från nöjesstråket om man vill ha lite lugn och ro då det \"larmar\" i stort sett dygnet runt. Hotellet är välisolerat så med balkongdörren stängd är det inga problem.
Vi valde ett rum med jacuzzi och till vår besvikelse finns dessa endast på första våningen och då är utsikten tyvärr inte den bästa.
