The hotel is very old-fashioned and in need of renovation. The pictures on the website look much better than the reality. Unfortunately, the wellness area was quite disappointing – there was an unpleasant smell, so we stayed only briefly and did not return.
On the positive side, the hotel is located very close to the ski lift and offers a 50% discount on the ski pass, which is a great benefit. The scrambled eggs and coffee were excellent

Lovely place

We enjoyed our short vacation there. There are a lot of hiking trails near by. The room was clean and fairly quite, the pool and steam sauna were nice, the mountains view was gorgeous, breakfast and dinner were delicious. I’d like to highlight the top quality service in the restaurant. The staff was amazing. Hope to visit this place again.

Outstanding views over mountains and valleys

Great position. Make absolutely sure you get a room facing the view, not the car park. There's no point staying in this hotel if you're in a room facing the car park. I recommend you go for the half board (breakfast and dinner) option instead of breakfast only, as the extra price for dinner is very reasonable. The indoor pool is great. Staff very helpful.

Like many hotels, however, the hot food at breakfast usually isn't hot. Mostly it's lukewarm, sometimes just cold. Cold sausages, eggs and pancakes are not pleasant. At dinner, make sure you sit st the table with your room number on it or you'll be told off by staff. At breakfast you can ignore the room numbers! Dumb.

Free pickup from and return to the train station about 2 km away. It was this benefit that made us choose this hotel. About 10 to 15 minute walk to the cable car station and the supermarket.

Seriöses und empfehlenswertes Haus

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Haus ist etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, wird aber gut gepflegt. Sauberkeit ist selbstverständlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Komme gerne immer wieder.

Su relación calidad/precio está muy bien. Es un hostal muy grande. La habitación privada en la q nos quedamos (triple) estaba súper limpia u las camas cómodas (sin tirar cohetes tampoco).
Si, nos tocó a nosotros tender la cama de la peque, pero esto es muy común en este tipo de alojamientos. Cocina común y lavandería. Servicio de bar 24h. Cerca de la estación de tren y a 15 min a pie del centro histórico.

Lage: In den Bergen mit schöner Aussicht, Natur, gesunder Luft und Ruhe, gelegen

Zimmer: Saubere Zimmer verschiedener Kategorien. Bad sauber, bei unserer Kategorie Basic relativ klein, für uns ok. Kühlschrank und eine Sitzecke vorhanden. Betten gut.

Service: Sehr aufmerksames, kompetentes, hilfsbereites Personal. Auf Allergien (Laktoseintoleranz) wurde umfassend reagiert. Vielen Dank noch mal an die Küche! Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, alles erdenkliche vorhanden.

Kommunikation: WLAN ausgezeichnet. Stabile Bandbreite.

Es war eine Schüler:innen-Gruppe im Hotel untergebracht, die bis 23.30 lärmend durch die Gänge gelaufen sind. Trotz Beschwerde an der Rezeption - Antwort: \"Wir werden mit der Lehrerin reden\" - war es am 2. Abend genauso laut wie am ersten. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte ich, dass für Nachruhe Sorge getragen wird, bzw. dass Schülerklassen gar nicht erst dort untergebracht werden.

Die Lage des Hotels - die Nähe zum Skilift ist sehr gut. Das Abendessen ist sehr schön angerichtet und auch sehr geschmackvoll. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Hotel ist natürlich in die Jahre gekommen, Sauna wird gerade umgebaut, Kegelbahn und Spielraum nicht zugänglich. Wenn einem aber der Plattenbau-Stil egal ist: Super Service, einwandfreies Frühstück, gutes Abendessen (normale Preise), Saubere Zimmer und super Lage. Zusätzlich gibt es auch Gutscheine für Gondelermäßigung und Mountainkart sogar gratis. für 2-3 Tage echt genial. Pool sauber und warm.

Už dlouho se mi nestalo, abych byla v Rakousku z hotelového pobytu tak zklamaná. Pokoj nebyl řádně uklizen, zůstaly tam \"zbytky\" po předchůdcích, neodtékala voda a na pokoji bydlel evidentně kuřák. Co se týče restaurace, snídaně byly dobré /studený bufet výborný, teplý neodpovídal teplotou/ - ty doporučuji. Večeře bych si raději nechala ujít. Nedochucené, studené, bez lásky připravené. Za dovolenou si raději příště připlatím a vyberu si hotel na úrovni a pokud budu chtít šetřit, zůstanu doma a za podobnou cenu se budu mít královsky...

Superior szobát foglaltam, amelyben a képek szerint ülősarok van. A szobában, amit kaptunk nem volt ülősarok. Az interneten 4 csillagos szállodának jelölik, de ott megtudtuk, hogy csak 3 csillagos. Ezért a szobai minibár sem volt feltöltve. Az ágy borzalmasan nyikorgott és kényelmetlen volt. A falak vékonyak és a szomszéd szobából minden áthallatszik. A wifi korlátozottan működött a szobában. Az ár-érték arány egyáltalán nincs rendben. A reggeli kínálata jó volt, de a vacsora kínálat szegényes. A pincérek készségesek voltak. A szálloda fekvése ideális, nagyon szép a kilátás.

Finger weg . Hotel-Frechheit für den Preis

Finger weg von diesem überteuerten Hotel! Es war bestimmt einmal ein super tolles Hotel doch leider wurde es vollkommen vernachlässigt. Kein Personal das Grüßen kann außer die Kellner. Essen schon von beginn an Luluwarm und geschmacklich echt nicht gut. Frühstücksbuffet ok wenn alles rechtzeitig nachgefüllt wurde.
Zimmer sehr klein und eng. Nicht einmal ein Infoblatt wann Essenszeiten, Saunabetrieb, Poolzeiten, Check out. usw. Kein Feedbackbogen, usw....,
Fernseher eine Frechheit. Kabel knistert das man Angst hat das es funken schlägt Größe vom TV ein Witz- haben manche schon ein größeres Handy. Tür am Zimmer knarrt extrem. Matratzen durchgelegen und verrutschen. Bad abgeschlagene Fliesen und sehr eng und klein. Sitzecke geht die Sitzfläche runter. Glühbirne defekt. Licht lässt sich nicht von den Bettschaltern abdrehen.
Bar war zwar vorhanden aber geschlossen. Pool sehr kalt.
Skifahren am Semmering auch nie wieder. Gehört zur selben Panhansgruppe. Gondel oft gesperrt wegen technischen Defekt oft bis zu halben 3/4 Std. warten, 2 Pisten gesperrt. Tipp: Fahrt nach Stuhleck weiter-es zahlt sich aus.
Es wäre besser gewesen Sie sperren heuer nicht auf und übergeben es dem Land NÖ. So werd ich nie wieder hier Skifahren gehen. Leider treffen alle negativen Bewertungen zu. Habs selbst nicht geglaubt. Wurde auf allen längen getäuscht.

Már több különböző szobában aludtam itt, a matracokat cserélni kellene kényelmetlenek. Most szinte teltház volt, a szanua nem volt kellően felfűtve.A személyzet nem foglalkozott vele.

Wer nur dort hin fährt, um den ganzen Tag auf der Piste zu sein, wird zufrieden sein. Auch das Pool ist riesig und schön. Allerdings hat das Hotel das Flair einer Jugendherberge aus den 70ern. Die Bäder sind winzig, die Zimmer teilweise auch (vor allem im 4. Stock) das Stiegenhaus ist kahl und auch der Speisesaal ist extrem schlicht und lieblos eingerichtet.

Alles in allem funktionell - ja, sauber auch, aber eben wirklich nur 3 Sterne.

Semmi extra, csak az ár!

Jól helyrehozott \"SZOT\" szálló kiemelkedően magas áron... Étkezés:4 napi vacsorából 3 nap ízetlen (minden nap HAL...!!!) és kis választékkal. Reggeli minden nap u.a.. Wifi gyenge és állandóan újra kell bejelentkezni.TV csak német /16 adó - néha csak 15 mert SAT1 néha nincs... - / pedig a szálló teli volt MAGYAR Családokkal. Szauna 1 van , de az se működött a 4 napból 2 napot... Szoba: rendben volt tiszta bár 4-en voltunk 2 szobában ugyanazon az horribilis áron mégis az egyik csak szinte egy lyuk volt 2 ággyal míg a másik szép nagy erkéllyel és kilátással , bár ebben is 2 ágy volt összetolva. Semmi extra csak az ÁR !!! Jellemzően egy jól kipofozott SZOT ÜDÜLŐ/SZÁLLÓ!

Hotel má výbornú polohu pri lyžiarskom svahu, je po rekonštrukcii, izby sú veľké /mali sme 3 posteľovú izbu s prístelkou/, s pekným výhľadom. Výborné raňajky, na večeru bol teplý bufet - výber z 3 chodov, šalátový bufet. Personál bol ochotný. V pomere kvality a ceny splnil očakávania.

SUPER SCHÖNES, GEMÜTLICHES HOTEL

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter aber trotzdem wunderschön.
Die Aussicht kann nichts übertreffen und der Service ist auch spitze.
Die Zimmer dagegen sind nichts besonderes bisschen in die Jahre gekommen keine Minibar aber trotzdem gemütlich also wenn jemand am Semmering bleiben möchte kann ich nur das SPORTHOTEL empfehlen.
