For the price, it was a great deal, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, we enjoyed our stay. Just wish they had some sort of meat available with breakfast, or maybe some eggs, even hard boiled ones would have sufficed. Recommend for sure!

Only one person at the end of a busy weekend day, still he was welcoming, room was clean, but the amenities were disapointing: pool and spa were closed (maintenance, no advance notice), no lights around the building/parking spots, etc
Still, the price was still in the same range as similar hotels who are much more recent and/or offer better amenities

Standard breakfast fare. Hotel is worn and tired looking. Room was clean, but mattress seriously needs replaced. Springs blown on both edges, so you almost roll out of bed. Otherwise room was fine with fridge, TV, functioning shower. Staff were helpful and kind.

The person that check the sin at the front desk on Friday the 10th of October was one of the nicest and most thoughtful people that I've ever dealt with! She was amazing!

Breakfast was ok but a bit skimp using some processed foods. Room was adequate and clean being renovated recently. I'd give this hotel a 7.5-8. nothing too great...but not to be entirely avoided. Prices in Moab tend to be a bit higher than other Utah locations.

We booked this property because of the HOT TUB. We knew we would be biking all day and would want that after checking in. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and were told it was down and has been for two weeks. What???What a major bummer. I already felt like $200/night was too much for this very generic hotel but the hot tub made it worth it. Definitely wishing we wpuld have booked somewhere else. I guess we should have called to make sure before we booked. We learned our lesson. Apparently Quality Inn doesn’t really care if they false advertise. I will say on a positive note the breakfast was great with many options. Also there was a very friendly front desk clerk when checking in around 8 pm. I should have noticed his name but he was awesome and felt bad about the hot tub. In the morning, there was a very unfriendly staff member in charge of breakfast. It was a guy but didn’t catch his name. No smile, no nothing. Looks like he doesn’t like his job. Maybe we just caught him on a bad day?

The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 4 nights. Half of the time we were there the TV service was out. We didn't have hot water for over 24 hrs. They never told us it was being repaired until we we reported it after a cold shower. The coffee in the lobby stopped working. The hot tub wasn't working. The swimming pool was nice, but they forgot to give us the code. Breakfast was ok, they only had biscuits to go with the gravy, 2 of the 4 mornings.

The hotel looked old. The first room had water noise from the toilet and we had our room changed. Second room was ok. No room cleaning unless you ask. The sign was very small on the mirror and we did not notice it. The hot tub seemed to have been closed for some time which was a big disappointment since we could not to relax the tired legs from hiking.

Microwaved breakfast, toaster that cooked one side of bread, no butter, only water out of juice dispenser, NO coffee or hot water on our last day. The rooms were ok though small for a 3 night stay. The fridge/freezer was falling to pieces. The shower was a \"pod\" shape and the door was not installed well so water soaked the mat! One good thing was the laundry room, though one washer was broken. I'm sad I booked this hotel. Moab is beautiful...the service at this hotel is not!

This hotel is what you expect from an older building. It was a clean, safe place to sleep. Friendly, helpful staff. We were the only ones in the pool for awhile and the pool was nice. The breakfast was little omelets, ham, hash browns. You could make a waffle, or just have cereal and grab a muffin, yogurt or fruit.

Room was great. Not thrilled with breakfast and the small space it was served in. I only had coffee. Closet that served breakfast looked way less than a kitchen and seemed not too clean. It was 90 degrees yesterday and for the entire stay, the pool was closed due to cleaning. Our room was off the pool and it looked clean. So that was a disappointment. The check in lady did ask us our preference of first floor which was nice.

It's at the very end of MOAB so all the stuff you need is either a long walk back, or a short drive.
HOT TUB smelled like sewage. Didnt go in. Pool was decent. Room was actually pretty good. Morning breaky was meh. Coffee was actually not terrible!
Only reason I wouldn't go back is the location to all the fun stuff in town.

We had a late check in and the parking lot was pretty full but when checking in the desk clerk offered us a choice of ground level or higher. I thought that was nice of him to offer us a choice. This is a pet friendly hotel and when we got to our room there was some small carpet damage, most likely from another guest's dog. I let the front desk know and they immediately offered to switch us to a different room. We were fine with the room, I just asked the the damage be noted so they didn't think our dog did it when we left. At checkout I again let them know about the damage and inquired to make sure it had been noted with the desk manager assured me it had been. Overall the stay was a good one. Every interaction with an employee was positive.

Room was tiny. The bathroom is very cramped. The shower made me feel like I was in an RV shower- very low showerhead, ceiling is low. Care is needed for the room and for the building. Parking was not great either- large vehicles and buses appear to need to park on the street of a busy highway.

Only issue was having problems with the key cards being easily able to open doors, especially the outdoor exit doors. Key cards were not sensitive at all and took a long time for them to work and unlock the doors. Occasionally couldn’t get them to work at all and had to come in through the front door instead exterior door by parking lot
