it is less than a 3 three star hotel

1- this was not a 4 star hotel, but barely 2 star hotel
2- the air condition was blowing dust and small peices of dirt
3- the mattress was dirty and had spots on it, and the blanket was ripped
4- the food was not fresh, and the orange juice was colored water with orange color
5-the faust in the bathroom was leaking and every time I used it the water runs to the floor
6- A small area rug was so old and beat up and so the furniture

Pathatic

Very old property, shady rooms, seems not renowned since last 30 yrs. Poor lighting into the rooms.
No one understands English, asking something from room service is a big challenge.
No proper house keeping, no-one cleans the room until you ask for, no tags for laundry, clean etc.
No electric kettle or iron into the rooms.

After a late check in at 3:15 while i arrived at 2:25 i get my room with no towels, second day they only put 1 set of towel, where we were 2 persons. Not so clean the room is with no view, the hotel under construction. I feel bad in this time

Very dirty. Rude unhelpful staff. They will deny having the \"Expedia reservation on their system\" and will hold your passport to get your money. It's barely a one- star hotel. Plus it's overpriced! If you were unlucky enough like me you'll get to know why.

After I booked through Expedia, I confirmed my booking with the hotel. Yet, upon check in, the clerk denied to have the booking on \"the system\". I showed him the booking confirmation from Expedia, the itinerary and the receipt, still he denied it. He refused to check me in before I surrender my passport for him to hold it until\"after the system shows my booking\". This was after he checked my passport and took a copy of it. I of course suspected that it's an attempt to blackmail me and ask for money, after he holds my passport and refuses to release it. I refused. I was forced to go roam the streets looking for a free room in another hotel!! The hotel is very dirty. Imagine how the rooms would look if the reception area is dirty!

So I arrived to Cairo from my flight around 2am. We got to the hotel around 3:45am. When we got there a man was standing outside, he approached us and told us we couldnt enter the hotel, my husband asked him why, he said check ins where done, funny thing is that my husband had called 4 hours prior to our arrival. My husband then argued and said he was going in and informed the guy he had called earlier, letting them know that we were going to check in late. after argueing for a few minutes he let us in. The receptionist greater us and we gave him all of our the information to check in. The receptionist then tells my husband that we were getting 2 double bed when my husband had specifically asked for a queen bed. We ended up waiting for 1 hr for a queen bed room, shouldnt they had our room ready? well they didnt. The room was disgusting!! it was soo dirty, the floor had hairs, the bed had hair, hairs all over! i wipped the bathroom with sanitizing wipes, luckily i carried them with me, the bathroom was even worse, by the looks of it someone had just left the room, there were cigarette buds inside the toilet. Overall horrible experience here... I was expecting a 5 star hotel here, for obvious reasons, Just something clean...

Das hotel enspricht nicht Dir Beschreibung auf expedia seite
Das hotel ist eigentlich nicht geeignet für Übernachtungen es ist nicht mal wert für hostel
Sehr sehr alt Badezimmer ist fast unbenutzbar häne duche sind am zerfallen natürlich den boden auch Klimaanlage sind sehr alt und den teil im Zimmer ist sehr schmutzig/würde vom expedia Seite wegnehmen

سيّء جدا ف النظافة جدااااا و الاكل سيّء و تحس انك تاكل اكل بايت لدرجة اني تسممت ف يوم ف بطلت اكل من الفندق نفسه و فيه ناس فضوليين كل شي يقولون لنا check out؟!!!! يعني مش فاهمة لو شيك أوت يعني ما راح اقول للناس اللي ف لعدة ف الريسبشن ؟! و انا اللي دافعة فلوس الإقامة يعني مش قاعده ببلاش !!! مش فاهمة وضعهم .. ابداااا ما ارتحت ... اول و اخر مرة أحجز فيه.. انا لو حجزت فيه ف كان عشان اللوكيشن مناسب بس جد كل شي فيه مش مريح و رديء

I didn’t use any of the drinks and food in my room fridge, but the hotel insisted on missing 1 chocolate and 1 can of Coke. Finally, my fianc is worried that the time of the plane will be late, and we will pay to go! To tell the truth, I have snacks and drinks in my suitcase. Candies, biscuits and chocolates from different countries will not be used by the hotel because I am still better than them. I also used my own towels, showers, etc. I didn't use the hotel at all. The hotel didn’t check it out. Before we checked out, a cleaning fat lady on the 7th floor ran to ask if my room was retiring. I said yes, maybe the hotel worker sneaked out to steal food. The hotel had forced the guest to pay without checking the truth.

الموظفين بيحاولو جاهدين يخدموك ولكن مقومات الفندق سيئه الغرف قديمه الاثاث قديم ومتهالك جدا. الدور السادس فقط مجدد ولا يبلغوك الا لو حاولت تلغي حجزك كما حصل معايا النوافذ سيئه ليس بها عازل و زحمة الشارع تقلق منامك الفطور لا بأس به مناسب حسب قيمة الفندق. لاتوجد مياه مجانيه. سخان الماء بالطلب لعمل الشاهي او النسكافيه. السرير المزوج صغير. جدا الحمام صغير. المياه الساخنه عند الاستحمام فجأه تصبح بارده مع ان الجو بارد في فترتي هذه. تجربه لن تتكرر ابدا مع هذا الفندق مع إحترامي للموظفين لم يقصرو معايا اتمنى لهم فنادق اعلى مستوى من هذا الفندق لا يصلح للعوائل مع اطفال لضيق الغرف. بصفه عامه الفندق يحتاج لتجديد كامل من الارضي للاخير لان الموقع جميل لكن خساره مع فندق مثل هذا

اقامة جيده نوعا ما ولكن عدم نظافة الغرف كان لها دور في عدم الراحه. وعدم وجود ادوات الحمام. وملحقات الكوفي والمياه المجانيه. فندق للنوم فقط

نطافة الفندق سئية ولم يستحق اربع نجوم نجمتين واقل هل يعقل يدخل النزيل على غرفة وسخة وتنظف امامه واكياس المخدات يقولون خالصة يلفوها بشرشف حكم عام النظافة دون المستوى مما قلل من قيمة الفندق
