The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and plenty of space. It’s clean, safe with plenty of parking. Many things to do and see in the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. This location is the only place I’ll stay while visiting the area. While here definitely get dinner at Off the Rak.

Room was nice grounds was pet friendly 30 dollar fee very reasonable breakfast was great the woman who took care of the food area was very nice and kept everything clean stocked and organized…..

But I’m very let down over the hot tub being out of order and that making the pool too cold to swim indoors I understand things happen but I called ahead to make sure the pool was open my niece has autism and picked this hotel just for this reason she loves to swim and made my time there difficult

The desk staff was so friendly and helpful. We were so stressed about no power or heat in our home. We were treated so well an arrangements were made for Lola our pup. The room was quiet, spotless and very comfortable especially the beds. A++++++++ all around. Love the lemon ice water in the lobby. Breakfast was good too!

Booked one night weeks ago, added another night minutes later, get at the hotel, no problem, clerk clearly sees two nights, next day while out with family in another town, get a call that we have to come back snd check out. Explained we booked two nights in total, and we were out with family on an early Christmas trip. The clerk would not switch things together and could not care less about the disruption of our trip. Never had a hotel treat us this way for such incompetence. Last time booking anything with Comfort Inn.

Upon checking in, we found that there was no shampoo, soap, etc. in the room. There was also no stopper in the tub, and only half a roll of toilet paper. The room looked like it had been stripped for parts.

The front desk person on duty came up with a lame excuse, but quickly gave us another room across the hall. That room wasn't any better.

The soda vending machine on our floor only took cash, but wouldn't actually accept bills. The machine on the next floor down only accepted cards, but was sold out (and charged me anyway). The machine in the lobby finally worked, but again, only accepted cash.

After traveling all day, these kind of of things are not only inconvenient but inexcusable as well.

There are plenty other hotel options 15 miles away. It's well worth driving to one of those and saving yourself the aggravation.

This was probably one of the lower end hotels we stayed in. Granted there's not much for options around, but for over a $100 a night and more then half the hotel vacant we were very dissapointed. The only reason Im giving it two stars is because of the wonderful lady at the desk when we checked out on Sunday morning. There was little to no staff and the staff we did see over 3 days never greeted us. When we asked the front desk person that checked us in on Thursday what restaurants or options for food were around we just got a shrug and \"I dont know\", and then they disappeared in the back never to be seen again. There in fact was several places within a five minute drive. The rooms were very out dated. You had the option between using the mini fridge or microwave but not at the same time. The bathroom was disgusting there was a lot of visible mildew, and soap scum in and around the shower. The was also growing mold spots on the wall and in the corner. The ceiling had other guests hair stuck to it as if the whole bathroom was cleaned with the same rag and then they finished of the ceiling. It was gross. We will definitely never book here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make magic happen. From changing rooms at checkin, to the delicious breakfast, the team went above and beyond.

Best hotel in the area. Noise from highway is high. Bathroom needed some work to remove the old caulk that was moldy.

Conveniently located near fast food restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was broken, but the pool was nice. It fronts the highway (we kept the fan running to reduce traffic noise).
