The front desk office was closed and directed you to one of the hotel rooms for checkin and checkout. There were urine stains on the mattress. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bathroom towels were stained. So many things to list. I had two nights booked, but left after 1.

This hotel is a dump and does not deserve even an Econo Lodge banner. The first room's toilet didn't work and there were big gaps around the old, very loud, mounted in the wall, AC unit. They moved us to one that had an even older unit with yellowed plastic and a musty smell. The room was filthy, with cereal on the floor, what appeared to be pubic hair trimmings all over the bathroom tile, and old, scraggly, stained towels. The staff tried their best but this motel is hopeless. Avoid at all costs.

The room was horrible. The furniture was stained and discussing. The bed was uncomfortable. The outlets didn't and we didn't have wifi like the website said they had. The heater didn't work will. I saw roaches in the room.

I was double charged. The lobby and rooms were absolutely filthy! While the receptionist was extremely sweet, it was her first day and she was severely inadequately trained. The \"manager\" came stumbling over from a nearby room and wreaked of liquor as she tried to explain that my bank needs to drop the pending double charge. The non-smoking room definitely smelled of smoke with cigarette burns in the curtains and bedding. The bathroom was moldy. Stay away!!

I booked a room for the night. I got out of work and went to check in. I got there at 11:30 and they were closed. Rang the bell. Nothing. Went to room they said and knocked. Nothing. I never got the room I paid for in advance. The other local motels were also booked. So I spent the night in my car. Went home Saturday afternoon and slept. It was horrible

We were threwn out after paying through sunday till monday. We were not refunded our money , i was called a n***** lover by the lady who runs the motel . They have a onsite drug dealer who will come knocking on your room door to see what he called \"needed\" anything. Rooms are way beyond nasty . I looked at the reviews prior to booking this. We needed a cheap, overnight hotel to get us til the next day. The reviews weren't bad. First, the door to check in stated \"see XX room for assistance\". The aroma of smoke was abundant. We booked a king non smoking and apparently expedia overbooks those rooms, so we were given a smoking double. As a non smoker, the smell is so offensive. The door to our room, fully shut and locked had a huge gap that the wind from outside blew the entire time. The window is cracked. There was water on the floor from the heating unit. The floor was uneven, assuming from the the leaking water and open cracks. The floor was filled with dirt, as was the toilet seat and the dirty towel that was left outside of the shower. The shower was wet and there was hair in the drain (as if someone had just used this room). The one bed looked to be as someone had used it. The walls were incredibly dirty. Nothing about this motel was good. I felt the need to leave this review, as the reviews I read were deceiving. This is an accurate description of the room we stayed in.
