Everything at exceptional level. Booked this site so that I was close to hospital as needed for my father.

Everyone on the staff has been very supportive
-Saiyam was constantly in touch to ensure we received necessary support. A big thanks to her
- Dining staff was equally curtious. Needed some specific dietary restriction related foods and both Rohit and Jasitra went above and beyond to help. Even Saiyam, Prateek, Rohit, Jasitra came to our table on day of check out to ensure everything went smoothly. very much appreciated the finer touch to the service.
- housekeeping staff shivander and Ajay were also very helpful and quick in helping with things as needed.

Hopefully I return for non medical reasons in this area. If I do. Will definitely be staying here again. 5 start rating all around

I stayed here for 5 nights.
It was def not leisure but I needed a good place to sleep as mom was getting treated at Artemis.

The hotel staff was kind to me and my dad(as we took morning evening turns) - the buffet was a bit of highlight of our day. I peeked through the yard and heard good things about rooftop lounge. Service had small issues but I think it’s normal - it was generally very prompt. Housecleaning was very efficient.
I am a world traveler and my own bar was very high.
They came very close to meeting that.

I hope I don’t stay again for similar reason but would recommend to anyone looking for sanity or a nicer place.

The staff is very good , a 5 star service from all the staff from reception, chef, waiters to room services.
The breakfast is one of the best among all luxury hotels I have ever found. Every item in the buffet and live kitchen tasted so good and also the lot of variety to eat from.

Location is also great, just downstairs there is food street.

Only con I found was the pool seem to be small and not so clean.

The hotel was good and everyone was good except one front desk staff 'Saksham'. He was very rude and was arguing with me. I asked him to book 2 taxis for me for airport drop as it was a free airport drop. He asked me to pay INR6,600, I told him that it should free of charge. He told me to show the printout where it shows free airport drop. I said I can show the email but he insisted me to show the print out. Then I asked my nephew to book 2 cabs for next day morning, which was costing only INR 1,800 only. I still can't understand why they were charging INR 6,600. Anyway them my daughter booked 2 taxis FREE of COST and we cancelled what we already had booked.
As I was standing near the front desk I told this guy that we have booked it free of charge and via your hotel's app. He was not at all apologetic instead when I asked him what's your name he brought his chest near to my eyes and said my name is 'Shaksham', as if he was challenging me.
I can't understand that why these sort of people be in public dealing. After this incident when I went upstairs in my room number 235 the phone line was disconnected and we had to go downstairs 2-3 times for the service we needed. This guy ruined my evening that day.

Home away from home

I stayed at this Hilton for two weeks and the comforts of my stay really alleviated the otherwise stressful trip. The staff and chefs really made sure I had a wonderful start to the day with the amazing breakfast and all the other staff helped in so many ways. Laundry and meal service was great.
I would like to thank the staff by name; Pratibha, Amit, Prateek, Mita, Maringo, Gautam, Laxman kant and many more.
All very courteous and eager to help. I hope to stay again soon.

I do wish they had a salon and some stores. And that the pool was better placed.

The staff is incredibly friendly at your service to assist with literally any need. We chose the hotel in part because of there being two bars & 24-hr room service anticipating the need of both after a 15 hour flight from the U.S. and they were so accommodating as to keep the bar open longer for us.
The limited night menu includes 4 kinds of pastas (I had the fettuccine Alfredo and it was terrific), several sandwich options, excellent French fries & burger choices, salads & fruit so rather extensive, really!
Food was delivered promptly and hot to our nicely appointed room with a huge tv, multiple outlet options for device charging and it was clean and inviting, included a chair and ottoman in addition to the desk and bed.
While we were there only for a night the room had an impressive amount of space to unpack and hang things (not at all like the tiny European rooms!) and was equipped with a quick-heating coffee pot and other amenities ones accustomed to finding.
The one caveat to mention is the “airport shuttle”, while available is actually a driver service that costs 24 INR for the vehicle (not per person) and absent lanes dedicated to hotel shuttle pick-up at the airport, it’s probably a good thing.
Our driver met us at the airport and escorted us through to the public parking garage where his car was parked and drove us to the hotel. All in all VERY reasonable given the “fare” amounted to like $24 in total for 2 people. Oh yeah - DoubleTree cookies too!

Expected the property to uphold Hilton’s brand name. But the state of rooms was deeply disturbing.
Unclean towels and non-spacious rooms were just the beginning.
The utensils at breakfast buffet were nasty as well. My companion found something red stuck to the bottom (inside) of his coffee mug.
While at the breakfast buffet, some random guests came and asked me if they could sit with me. When I refused they were pissed about it.
It was a fish market at the buffet and I am
Sad I overspent on this hotel. Never again!

Hello there, Team.

I'd like to tell you about my stay at Double Tree by Hilton Baani Square.

Overall, it was a negative, if not downright pathetic, experience.
I'd like to explain the specifics of my complaint.
1. Despite availability, we were not given a room on a higher floor - by Mr. Ritesh
2. The room had a sewage blockage that was not immediately resolved. It took two complaints to get it resolved.
3. We discovered ants in our room and when we requested a different room, they took us to the 7th floor and to a stinking room.
4.Despite multiple phone calls, soap and body wash were not delivered.
5. Our room card was deactivated on the fourth day, and we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come with a new card.
6.It took them 20 minutes to deliver a water bottle.
7.Duplicate keys were required. Nobody showed up to assist us with duplicate keys. Fortunately, I had an extra card and was able to open the door.

Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I would not recommend it.

3. The worst of all , the breakfast is awful , tasteless , no flavor in anything, definitely need a new chef.
I booked the hotel as it was the cheapest 5 star hotel available, but as soon as I ate the breakfast , I understood why.

I love this hotel its staff are excellent, they go out of the way to help in any way. The housekeeping staff are really good, especially Bhupchdra Jpshi who made animals out of towels to amuse us and resupplied our room kept it immaculate. l have coeliacs disease so gluten free food is essential, the breakfast chef / pastry chef Mohammed Zakir was very very helpful , making me fresh gluten free bread and cake every morning. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly making sure you have everything you need.

The prices can range a lot here. I paid $75 on my first night and it felt like a steal! Had to extend the stay and next night was at $115, which felt a bit expensive. What I liked was the cleanliness and overall consistent quality of furniture, fixtures, internet etc. I'd say it's up to international standards. The location itself is okay. Restaurant at the hotel is adequate, but a few restaurants adjacent to the hotel are extremely good!
