My room smell really bad when I walked it, moldy and lots of humidity. I turned the AC on immediately and by time I came back from dinner was hoping it was gone but the actual AC was very old and bad smell was coming out of it I have to turned it off. Is a shame bse the property is nice but the rooms need a makeover for sure!

We on purpose booked this hotel as they were offering double beds. We requested one room with a double bed while booking on Expedia. When we checked in no room were available with a double beds! That’s quite a shame it felt very uncomfortable to have to share a bed with someone you’re not really acquainted with. Very disappointed.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, service was excellent and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service in the south of France really is amongst the best in the world. My room was spacious and cool, nice views, hotel facilities were very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Provence.

It's a lovely clean hotel with all the right amenities.

Stayed here for 3 nights when attending a wedding in a local town. Lovely spacious room, extremely comfortable king sized bed! Staff very friendly and alway helpful (despite our limited French)! Great pool area. Highly recommend!

We stayed with 4 friends ! This is not a 4 star resorts! The quality of towels, ( privilege room) was not great and the mattress too firm. It was crazy you can’t have a terrasse or balcony with an upgrade room but with a cheaper room! Also no service at the pool, no stuff people around, barely towels and the swimming pool it’s pretty bad for a resort 4 stars! No stairways to come up, run out swimming pool! In the landscape no cleaning it’s really wild for a golf course and the golf course is pretty dead! They really need to upgrade! Actually the cleaning lady Enza was so helpful and amazing . She was unbelievable helpful and a delight! The bar attendee and waiter were good too! The reception was terrible unfriendly and unhelpful ! Worse stay at a Mercure hôtel

very nice place especially if you are playing golf ! Nice and large room available, very clean and large bed.
Unfortunately, the room was close (50m) from the main building where there was a party and I had to complain about the noise. So, need to check this.
Otherwise, I recommend the place as it is already the second stay.

The hotel was nice but a little tired in places. The room was very clean. The air-conditioning in our room was dripping water on the floor, but noticed the same where we ate breakfast.
Breakfast was plentiful and there Washington a good selection. The pool area was nice and a good amount of sunbeds and parasols.

We were with a big group - pretty much filled out the hotel. Some of the other guests struggled with their air conditioner, ours worked but leaked water all over the floor sadly. We didn't really have time to sit in the room and resolve the issue...had a lot to do. The room overall wasn't that nice - it was just fine.

We were breaking a long drive and needed a peaceful place to stay close to main roads. This resort was perfect. Rooms not huge but had a balcony with views onto trees, very comfortable bed so great for a rest. The golf course looked great as well but we didn't have time to play.

Centrally Located for Provence Cote d'Azur

My family stayed at Mercure Brignoles from 7/12/14--7/18/14. Our room, while basic, was very clean. The hotel is a golf resort, and it is located near wineries. The drive into Brignoles takes about five minutes, and the distance to the major autoroutes are also about five--ten minutes. A grocery store is located very close as well. We didn't eat at the on-site restaurant as it was beyond our budget. My only recommendation to the hotel management is to include breakfast with the room. However, there are patisseries about ten minutes from the property. We booked the hotel because it is centrally located and is about an hour to an hour-and-a-half from the Provence Cote d'Azur destinations that we wanted to visit. In short, it was a centralized base for our trip to the South of France. Overall, our experience with Mercure Brignoles was positive, and I recommend it for families as it is clean, safe, and located on a very serene property.

Super Nice, very clean, lovely fresh ‘Scandinavian’ furnished rooms. All very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast (both the normal and the express). Nice to be able to try the driving range also as a non-golfer. Only comment (it’s not really a downside) is the parking a you want to park close to the rooms, and it is a bit challenging as there are not enough parking spaces (and especially with the increasing number of very large vehicles) - and the pool, while it’s a really nice pool, it is a tad small, to say the least, for the size of the resort, especially in the summer and also with people putting down towels on deckchair and then leaving the area (we know this is a challenge in many hotels). I think we counted approximately 30 deckchairs in total of which 16 were ‘reserved’ with towels and swim gear- but seing as only 6 people were in the pool that left 10 chairs ‘reserved’ for guests who were not there - and the didn’t come back for the but more of an hour that we were there. Also, it is a nice rectangular pool, but honestly maybe not so well proportioned for the coexistence of couples just wanting to cool down and relax and families with children. One could quite possibly, with great success, build another pool on the premises, and maybe devide them into family/non family pools. The hotel seems to attract a certain amount of families with one half of the parents going golfing, the other hanging around the pool with (mainly smaller) children.

Very pleasant stay in a secluded hotel submerged within the forest. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi system and computers were down, hence a bit of uncertainty on what to pay and what not. The restaurant offers dishes too mixed and in my opinion not in line with the level of the place. Wines only from the region, which is good, but too low offer for foreign people.

La piscine est super.
La brasserie est top avec des plats bien préparés et les serveurs sont géniaux.

Le seul bémol est le réseau wi-fi dans les chambres qui marchent moyennement.

Bref malgré la chaleur, on a passé un très bon séjour et notre chien a pu venir.

Se till att kunna Franska om ni önskar god service på denna anläggningen. De skrattade bakom ryggen på oss när vi talade engelska med restaurangpersonal som arbetar där under frukost och lunch.
Personalen i receptionen hade högre servicenivå men även där förekom det språkförbistringar.
Platsen där hotellet är beläget i är fin och harmonisk och poolområdet likaså.

et le réfrigérateur vide de notre chambre c'est mis à clignoter à 3 heures du matin ...il a fallut que je le débranche!

3ème séjour dans cet hôtel car le seul dans le coin mais très décevant pour une Mercure de cet envergure et dans un paysage pourtant magnifique. Chambre pas propre, avec des toiles d’araignée de partout : ( sur les lustres au dessus du lit, vers la climatisation.. 2 araignées trouvés en une soirée. De la poussière clairement pas faites depuis des mois à certains endroits. Très décevant. Je n’y retournerai plus c’est sûr.

La chambre occupée reflétait un manque d'entretien certain, tâches sur murs, sols, literie, poils et chevaux sur sols, mobiliers, douche. N'est pas à la hauteur des attentes pour un Mercure. Rien qu'a voir le sol derrière le comptoir de l'accueil on comprend que l'entretien est très secondaire.

Accueil des plus froid. Informations très succinctes et absence de sourire.
Malgré le peu de réservation actuellement, la chambre la plus éloignée m'a été attribuée.
Certes seulement 200m mais vallonnés et sous la pluie, pas terrible.
Salle de bain surchauffée (save the planet) chambre froide en revanche avec clim soufflant directement sur le lit et aux réglage difficile et qui monte tellement en température que la nuit est rendue difficile.
Petit déjeuner très basique.
Seule la vue sur le golf est un véritable enchantement pour les aficionados.
Pas d'hôtesse à l'accueil lors du Check in et 9mn d'attente avant qu'une collègue - un peu agacée de la situation -ne vienne encaisser ma facture.
Bref... à la sortie, ce qui était une première se transforme en dernière.
Très décevant.
