The staff were spectacular -very helpful and kind.
Room was clean, and modern.
Lobby was nice.
Easy walk to town and train station with a small grocery store at the other end of the parking lot.
Shower was not easy to climb into and wouldn’t work for tall people. Also, the temperature control was confusing and didn’t seem to change the temperature no matter how we changed it.
Still- I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it.

Wir haben während unserer Radtour auf dem Elberadweg das Hotel genossen. Die Räder wurden in einem tollen Raum abgestellt, es gab eine kostenlose Akku-Ladetasche (gegen Pfand) und zum Abschied einen Apfel als Wegezehrung.

It wasn't possible to have some ice cubes. They were saying they didn't have any? That's the first hotel i have been to, where they don't (won't) give me ice cubes. In that case they should put the free water in the fridge instead of putting it on the table so it gets varm.
Last thing was the juice at breakfast. It seams that the first juice in the morning are from the day before (99% sure) i think it's because there is a automatically juice refill machine. So they don't empty the bottles and clean them. Instead they put in the fridge for the next day. Glad i have my own juice in the minibar.

Das Zimmer war schön aber schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich überall, finde ich ziemlich unhygienisch. Der Ausblick auf der Seite zur Elbe ist sehr schön.

Wir sind am Freitag angereist und haben zwei Nächte übernachtet. Wenn man es übernachten nennen kann. Jemand mit Rückenprobleme sollte dieses Hotel meiden. Bei Zimmer sowie Bad-Ausstattung kann man nichts bemängeln außer der Matratze! Diese war so unbequem, man ist darin versunken.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel
Ich hatte nur eine Nacht in Riesa. Im Mercure Hotel habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorheben.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Man kann alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt am Hotel befindet sich der \"Riesenhügel\" mit 2 Restaurants.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß wartete auf uns auf dem Kopfkissen :-)).
Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Hotel und haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Auf Anfrage erhielten wir innerhalb von einer halben Stunde das gewünschte Bügelbrett.

Bra hotell, men alldeles för dyr frukost 15 euro. Samt att man alltid i Tyskland för betala för wifi vilket är värdelöst.
