The hotel was fine nothing to exciting. No parking so you have to pay for parking. We stayed in the hotel for food the first night and it was awful microwave food.

Brilliant low cost hotel in the centre of Delement - 5 minutes from local train station and shops.
Breakfast was very fresh with the hotel using local produce. Very friendly staff. Would heavily recommend.

Exceeded expectations

The hotel is new and centrally located in town, right near the train station. The staff were very helpful from start to finish. The hotel itself is what you'd expect from an Ibis, but the attention to detail is where the staff shined. There was always someone on hand at the front desk to help out ( not always the case in Switzerland ) and the secured bike storage room was first rate (I was on a Mountain bike trip so this was important)
Normally I am not the biggest fan of this hotel chain but I would absolutely come back here on my next stay in Delémont.

Comfortable, convenient hotel in a lovely town

I stayed here because I couldn't get an hotel room in Basel during Basel World. The town is about 40 minutes from Basel by train. The hotel is really close to the train station in Delemont. It is a really pleasant hotel, functional and convenient with very helpful staff. Delemont is a really nice town, French-speaking, the capital of Jura.

Usual High Standard

Have stayed many times in this hotel and as usual everything was excellent. The rooms are clean, staff very helpful and the location is only a few minutes walk from Delemont station. We took breakfast where there was plenty of choice and can recommend that you will have a good night's sleep in this hotel.

Good hotel in downtown Delemont

This hotel is located a short walk from the train station in downtown Delemont, a nice mid-size town in French Switzerland southwest of Basil. It is larger than the other places we stayed on our trip, but still had some character (but not a lot). The rooms were modern and very clean, and all the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly, and happily spoke English, which is not to be taken for granted in French Switzerland. The owner reached out to us to make sure we knew our options for how to enjoy the town and region. It's not necessarily a memorable place, but it worked great for us for a 1-night stay.

Deutsche Sprache ist ein Fremdwort

Was uns gestört hat ist die Tatsache, dass Alles nur auf Französisch angeschrieben war. Vor allem die Tatsache, dass im TV nur Französische Sender vorkamen. Kein einziger deutschsprachiger Sender. So etwas gibt es in der Deutschschweiz nicht, da gibt es Sender in versch. Sprachen, besonders in den Landessprachen.

Freundlicher Empfang. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wunsch nach 2 nebeneinanderliegenden Zimmern wurde entsprochen mit 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre. Gute Lage. Gratis Parkplätze. Sauberes und zweckmässiges Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Zimmer ruhig mit schönem Blick auf den „Stadtberg“. Klein aber alles ist vorhanden. Bequeme Betten, und sauberes Bad mit geräumiger Duschkabine. Zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt. Geschäfte und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. An der Reception hatten wir einen superfreundlichen Kontakt mit einem kompetenten Hotelmitarbeiter. Billiardtisch in der Lobby ist auch echt witzig. Gerne wieder! Preis / Leistung ist angemessen.

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la gare. Réception rapide et souriante. Belle chambre, assez de rangement et grande douche (change des mini-cabines). Excellente literie, comme d'habitude dans les Ibis. Seul bémol, le matelas n'est pas couvert en totalité et les côtés étaient tachés. C'est vraiment dommage, car le reste de la chambre et sdb étaient impeccables. Bon petit déj avec spécialités de la région. Petit jardin intérieur, gazon, très agréable et calme.

Zimmer eher einfach jedoch sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Zimmer zum Hinterhof sind sehr ruhig. Aufmerksamer Service an der Rezeption. In Fussdistanz zum Bahnhof. Frühstück o.k. jedoch \"lahme\" Kaffeemaschine. Würde Hotel wieder wählen.

Zentral gelegen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Dass der Lift bei unserer Ankunft im Service war und wir in die 5. Etage zu Fuss gehen musste, war Pech (und ein Beitrag an unsere Fitness...)

Trop de bruit à cause de la vente d’alcool

On choisit entre vendre du sommeil ou vendre de l’alcool. Nous avons très mal dormis. Trop de bruit sur le canapé dans la rue que vous mettez au service de vos clients. C’est nul! Qu’est ce qui vous rapporte le plus d’argent les alcolos ou les clients qui choisissent « à tort » ?de venir dormir chez vous?....

La seule surprise fût que la taxe de séjour n'était pas comprise dans les prix facturé et en plus qu'elle est de Sfr. 3.00 par personne et pas de Sfr. 2.00 comment annoncé dans le site.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Frühlstücksbuffet auch gut. Zustand ok und ich würde wieder da übernachten, wenn ich in Delemont bin.
