Great check in, the guy behind reception was great. Gave us a map & some restaurant recommendations. Not to far to walk to main attractions & restaurants.
Hotel is really nice, we had an Acropolis view balcony room, brilliant. It was really clean.
They have a roof garden & you couldn't get a better view of the Acropolis, its right in front of you.
They have a nice bar. Breakfast was also good.
We did have cups & saucers & kettle, but no tea or coffee, probably an oversight.
Highly recommend staying here.

Outstanding location - 2 blocks to the Acropolis, 5 blocks to the Plaka, 3 blocks to the Acropolis Museum, 1 block to a beautiful pedestrian walkway with shops, restaurants and entertainment. Great american breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, cut fruit salad, 10 kinds of breakfast pastries, 4 kinds of juice, hot coffee - outstanding rooftop cafe location with an unobstructed view of the Parthenon.

We love that it’s family owned. The employees have been there a long time and make you feel totally at home. They are so personable and helpful! Great breakfast on terrace. THE VIEW from the rooftop - have a drink at night and a great breakfast is served here in the morning - is SPECTACULAR! Photos do not disappoint.

Room was very comfortable. Shower and hot water were great.

The Acropolis is literally across the street! Buy tix in advance online from Hellenic Heritage (email with tix will be in Greek!)

Staff was very helpful in recommending neighborhood restaurants. Onos was excellent - had an outstanding Greek salad and traditional kebab.

The staff was amazing. We got checked in a little early and front desk was very nice. We were in room 306 and noticed a sewer smell as soon as we opened the door. That was followed up with the sounds of furniture moving around from the room above us for the rest of the day. Acropolis view room consisted of opening up the balcony door and looking to our far left to get a peak obstructed view. Latte’s were really amazing and was breakfast was good. Great location if you’re doing the tour, and are able to endure the strong smell. Otherwise I would stay elsewhere.

I arrived from the port before check-in time and the staff was super helpful. They will store your luggage for you and I was given a map with suggestions about places to see. The room is smallish but well laid out with decent storage options. Also at check-in, staff arranged a taxi to the airport for when it was time to leave. And because my check-out time was before breakfast, they made me a breakfast box to go and offered me coffee and a bottle of water 💜

I was a solo traveler in Room 206 for 2 nites. The view of the Acropolis from my room’s balcony was awe-inspiring & spectacular. The buffet breakfast from the rooftop (which even had a better view of the Acropolis) was one of the best I’ve experienced in my month in Greece so far. The staff was always willing to assist & even recommended great evening dining options. Umbrellas were available, free of charge, when it rained. The complimentary beverages & snacks in the lobby is a nice plus too.

Excellent location right next to the Acropolis and walkable to many sites. View from the rooftop was amazing and this area was accessible round the clock. We had a balcony room with a view, but didn’t use the balcony since the roof had a much better view. Lobby has a liquor/espresso bar. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was small but comfortable. Included breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast area view of the Acropolis and convenient location are the big reasons to stay. Staff was also great, especially with food recommendations and helping us plan around a May 1 worker strike that shut down the metro subway on the day of our departure. Our room was clean but we were tucked in a corner so the bathroom window opened into the elevator shaft and our room rumbled when people used the elevator. Breakfast was good though certainly not living up to 'top rated' billing as compared with other places we have stayed.

The view alone is worth it. There’s something pretty magical about sipping your morning coffee and seeing the Acropolis right there…
Breakfast each morning was honestly one of my favorite parts. The whole place felt super cozy and safe. And the location? So good. You’re close to everything you want to see, but it still feels tucked away enough to relax and unwind. It just had that easy, comfortable feel… like you could fully settle in and enjoy Athens instead of just passing through.

This is a wonderfully centrally located hotel. The roof top terrace is amazing! We booked a room with a balcony that had a view of the acropolis, you could see it but not sit in a chair with a glass of wine and look at it. I would not bother worrying about booking a room with this view. You can sit on the room top terrace and with a spectacular view of the acropolis. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel not only because of its great location, having both proximity to the acropolis and a more local feel in the less touristy suburb.

The staff were available and attentive at all times and any requests were fulfilled quickly.

My experience at the Acropolis View hotel was excellent. The hotel is situated right in the center of Athens, a short walk from The Acropolis Hill and various historical sites and main attractions. You'll find numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars within easy reach. The metro station and numerous bus stops are accessible within a 10-minute walk from here. My room was clean and I was lucky to have a great view of the Acropolis hill and the Parthenon. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of choices; I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice and coffee. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful at all times and they made their best to make guests feel welcome at all times. I will stay here again for sure when I return to Athens, really recommend it.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had to leave for the airport in early morning and the staff prepared breakfast to-go boxes for us. The location is super convenient as well. The hotel is a charming boutique property with an excellent view of the Acropolis of Athens. At night the view becomes even more magical when the Acropolis is beautifully illuminated. The location is outstanding, with most major attractions within easy walking distance.

Customer service was exceptional. The two front office managers, Ibineos and Christopher, were extremely courteous and helpful. They consistently went out of their way to assist guests, always with a warm smile. Their politeness and professionalism truly enhanced our stay.

Travelled with family, from North America.
Location - the best part by far. Steps away (less than 5 minutes walk) to Acropolis plus the view of Acropolis from the hotel.
Hotel - second best is the view from the rooftop terrace where the buffet style breakfast is served. Amazing! Full view of Acropolis at your fingerprints day and night (you can go up and have drinks at night on the rooftop terrace).
Room - very small size but manageable if you are not spending much tine in the room. We were out all the tine so it did not bother us as much but by North American standards the room is tiny with 3 single beds insides leaves little maneuver room. Bathroom is also tiny but functional for basic needs such as quick shower.
Breakfast - great! Another plus. Great variety for all, fresh fruits, cold cuts and coffee/juice. Plenty to choose from and have a great start of the day.
Again, if the room is just used for a quick change and sleep at night you should be fine, in that case would recommend. Again, location of this place is unbeatable.

An excellent hotel in an excellent location ! The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The outside of the hotel belies its interior which is clean, modern and fresh with an excellent décor. The standard double / twin room and ensuite that we had wasn’t the biggest but more than adequate for our long weekend stay. The breakfast, which is served in a glass room on the roof terrace with stunning views of the Acropolis, was also excellent with both hot and cold options. The hotel couldn’t be better located as it’s within a 5 – 10 minute walk of the Acropolis and a 20 minute walk of the city centre and metro stations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely book again if returning to Athens.

We had an excellent experience on our mother daughter trip! We were welcomed with fresh juice and a sweet treat.. also they have a water refilling station…We used that after our long journey. We loved the breakfast every morning on the rooftop overlooking the city and a beautiful view of the Acropolis to start each morning. The beds were comfortable after our long days out touring. Great shower and body wash provided.. We opened our window for fresh air since it was cool during our visit. The heat worked but wasn’t necessary. Location was close to everything. This is such a great treasure! Choose this and you won’t be disappointed!
