Soundproofing is poor. We chose a corner room expecting it to be quieter, but the pool and beach area were extremely noisy during the weekend. The worst was on a Friday morning around 6am, when a yoga class was held on the beach with loud music and speakers. The heavy bass woke both of us up. I'm pretty sure the music can be heard around most areas of the hotel given there was strong echo.

Customer service also declined noticeably after check-out. I contacted the team multiple times to request my receipt, but received no response for days. When we eventually called, they said they were unable to assist despite having all the necessary details? It felt like they just don't care anything after you check out.

Our stay at Nikki Beach Resort Dubai had both highlights and disappointments. The hotel is beautifully designed—its architecture, grounds, and interiors are truly exceptional and thoughtfully curated.

While much of our stay was enjoyable, two of the three days were significantly disrupted by private events held on the property. These events were extremely loud, with multiple music sources playing at the same time, making the beach and outdoor common areas unpleasant during the afternoons and evenings. Access to certain pathways and guest areas was also restricted due to the events. One event included several barbecue grills for cooking, which produced heavy smoke that spread throughout the pool areas, lounges, restaurants, and even into guest rooms.

In addition, we were fully charged for the large incidental deposit on two separate credit cards, and more than two weeks later the funds have still not been reimbursed. This added unnecessary frustration at the end of an otherwise promising stay.

The resort has the potential to be exceptional, but relocating disruptive private events away from guest common areas—and improving follow-up on billing matters—would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

From the moment we arrived, everything about Nikki Beach Hotel felt seamless and refreshing. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready with a smile and attentive to every detail.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered that signature Nikki Beach vibe—modern, stylish, and effortlessly comfortable. Waking up to the view and having breakfast by the beach set the tone for relaxing days.

What stood out most was the atmosphere: lively yet elegant. The beach club energy blends perfectly with the calmness of the hotel side, giving you the best of both worlds—whether you want to unwind by the pool or enjoy the vibrant music and entertainment.

The food and drinks were excellent, with a great mix of international flavors and fresh ingredients. Service throughout was top-notch—friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive.

Overall, Nikki Beach Hotel is the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and luxury. Can’t wait to return!

Manager at reception was arrogant and rude, she clearly needs to be right and put guests in their place if they aren't happy - that was the way check in started the stay. The \"free upgrade\" pushed upon arrival was a 1st floor pool side room with everyone looking in unless you close your blinds and gives you the view of kids running around, a major downgrade compared to a second floor quiet ocean view room in my opinion. $12 can of Coke at 30 AED. $35 drinks at 85 AED. No snacks, no chips etc available. Boring menu with not much variety for six days there in their restaurant, this was second time there, going to try elsewhere in future. It is very overpriced now for what you get compared to other places I've stayed at in Dubai. And if front end staff are going to be rude....that's always the end of my support.

I booked a sea view room (which is more expensive than a city view room), but I later found out that my room had no sea view. When I spoke to the hotel, they told me that all the other sea view rooms (which were booked by guests who paid the same as I did) were occupied. As a result, I was given this room with no view. They admitted that there was a mistake in the room description, but they did not offer me anything in return for this mistake!!!!

5 star service! Faisal (staff) made my week extremely special. His professionalism made me feel seen. Also Antingle(staff) first day we shared laughs as if I was reconnecting with an old friend. The restaurants on the property were incredible! I looked forward to waking up and going for breakfast. I had options.
Nikki beach club itself maintained the vibe I came to Dubai for. I wish I knew their names to give them the credit they deserve. The performers dj’s, violinist and bongo player kept the feeling, just right. Vibe stabilization with the music and the gorgeous travelers and staff. Would definitely come back.

Amazing resort on the beach near Dubai. Only the best for room, staff and service. Travelled the world, this is at the top for quality and a beach break. Definitely going back. If you want the party pool option, you get extra access down the beach. If you want quiet and luxury, that's the minimum that you get here. Very high quality resort with no expense spared at all levels.

Relaxing beach hotel and hip vibe away from frenzy

We loved this hotel. I was worried as we were arriving because it is in an area where all the surrounding houses are being built and there is not much around. You can't walk anywhere from the hotel but this is true of most hotels in Dubai. It is a short taxi ride to Downtown Financial and Old Dubai districts but farther from Palm and Marina, where we stayed for the second half of our trip.
We had a 2 BR Family suite and it was huge and beautiful view of the beach. I would not recommend the rooms on the backside of the hotel because the view is of the ugly construction of all the houses. Maybe in a year when they are finished it will be a prettier view.
The breakfast which was included was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The dinner we had was just ok and my son says the frozen Truffle pizza from Trader Joe's is better than the truffle pizza he had there, and the sushi was also so-so. The fish was excellent though.
The only thing I didn't love about this hotel is the open bathroom format- the shower with no walls. No privacy and a bit chilly. That was weird and hard for my teen kids that were sharing a bathroom and so didn't want to be in there at the same time. Luckily the suite had a 3rd bathroom to use!
The beach and pool areas are nice and good music. Overall this hotel has a very cool, hip feel (my teens loved) but is also nice and luxurious. Super relaxing and pretty. Hopefully they will keep it updated so it doesn't start to feel rundown over time.

Whole experience was below my expectations, the room view was not good, and bar/restaurant closing very early ! Aside from the empty room mini bar “because I paid in advance”. Am glad that my booking was for one night only. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends/family.

I loved this hotel. Very stylish. Spacious comfortable bedrooms. Lovely swimming pools. Next to a lovely beach. Plenty of loungers and constant supply of towels and cool drinking water. Wonderful friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet which goes on for hours. The restaurant food is good, but expensive, and drinks are expensive. Quite convenient for the airport. All in all, highly recommend.

I stayed there from 12/19 - 12/21. The hotel is amazingly structured and kept. The room I had featured a daring view of the city skyline and was difficult to leave because of the opulence. The food was better than average, but the staff wasn't very attentive. A few times I had to hunt someone down to make a request. Once I had to ask the kitchen help for assistance. When I left on the 21st, the young lady checking me out that early morning said that she could check me out in 5 minutes because I let her know that I was running late for a flight. TWICE I masked her if a taxi was waiting outside and her last comment was yes, \"no worries\". Well, she took 15 minutes and no cab was waiting when I went outside. It takes 15 seconds to verify a taxi is available. Overall, a great place to stay, but the some staff is not very well trained so it ruined the experience. Other staff were great, especially Patrick and the other outside greeter.

Cons: I arrived an hour after check in so expected my room to be ready but it took another hour and a half of them saying ready in 20 mins, then ready in another 20 mins then another 20 mins ... not what I wanted after a long flight.

Also I felt like I was told off quite a lot and they have some silly rules .. e.g. I bought a little compact camera especially for this holiday but I was told off by security for using it, apparently you’re only allowed to take photos on mobile phones.

With experiences in other Nikki Beach clubs and other hotels in Dubai, my expectations were high. I have to say they were exceeded
- the staff is extremely friendly and professional. None of the arrogance you would find in Miami or Saint Tropez. Instead: smiles, helpfulness
- the highlight was the food: clearly this is Dubai where things are over the top. Breakfast was a highlight with high quality ingredients at the buffet, custom egg dishes changing every day etc. Basically the chef and staff treat every dish (including poolside menu) as an attempt to please your palate and succeed
- the refrigerated pool was a delight in the heat and with the beach just nearby it is a pleasure
- the shisha menu is amazing and surprising
- young kids were not out of place playing in the pool and at the same time there was the Nikki Beach vibe with DJ and women taking endless instagram selfies as everywhere at Nikki

On the improvement points
- rooms are great and classy with high end products but miss some convenience details like hangers for wet swimsuits and towels in the bathroom
- the ambiance in August is not what you'd expect at Nikki but it is not the hotel's fault it is just the season. Very quiet in the evening, nobody dancing by the pool, very limited topless and champagne craziness. That said the music was great all day long
