One Great Room & Another OK

I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience.

Perfect for my Business Trip in Hangzhou

Hotel looks brand new and is the nicest Doubletree in which I've stayed. There's a multitude of dining, shopping, and bar options within walking distance including an upscale mall across the street. Location was perfect for my business trip, however, tourists might want to stay closer to downtown/sites.

The staff were excellent. Sadly, as it was the holidays, the area was quiet. Food at the buffet was good but wasn't hot - we came a little later

One of the best Double Tree Hilton hotels

The hotel is very nice. Big rooms, kept really clean. Much better than the Double Tree Hilton in USA. They have nice restaurants and a good vegetarian friendly buffer for breakfast. A nice bar to have some good drinks too! The hotel is located at a 5 min walk from a big mall which has pretty much most casual brands and dozens of places to eat (very few veg options). Would definitely suggest this hotel as well as stay here again!

Great hotel, perfect location for my business trip.i had an executive room and it was super as was the executive lounge.
Bill in the bar is fabulous... what a great bar manager, so attentive!
One negative point is that the aircon seemed to leave the bedsheets feeling damp... couldn’t turn it off though as it’s so hot in Hangzhou at the moment

Great location and great service.

This hotel has a perfect location. Near shopping and the forbidden city. The staff was very helpful giving solid information and booking excellent tours. The room was very clean and the hotel facilities were very nice. Overall a nice hotel that I would come back.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: big and clean room with modern and convenient furniture; nice gym and swimming pool; thoughtful welcome at checkin with a fresh warm cookie; good location close to Jinshahu underground station exit B2; nice and quiet environment

Cons: a bit difficult to take taxi from the airport to the hotel as there is fight between taxis from between Xiasha district (where the hotel is) and Hangzhou; wifi costs extra.

Best hotel in this part of Hangzhou

I stayed 2 nights for a conference that was held in the hotel. The hotel buffet was excellent. Plenty to choose from. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and main train station, but it is right next to a metro stop--just 1-2 minute walk right outside the hotel. Because of its location, the hotel was a bit empty. The only issue was mosquitoes in the public areas on the 1st and 2nd floor.

조식은 기대보다는 별로 였음( 나쁘지는 않으나 So So)
예전에 출장 때문에 많이 이용했던 곳이어서 이번 가족 여행때 이용했으나
서호, 송성가무쇼 등 지역과는 거리가 좀 있음.

Left my clothes in closet when check out.
Later their return service by mail was so smooth and kind.
Great staffs and nice inquiry system.
The room was also large and clean, and the location is wonderful, extremely close to a big shopping mall.

Overall the lobby, housekeeping and club floor staff are very helpful. Location not near west lake but still convenient to walk 2-3 mins to metro railway. Opposite there is a shopping mall. The suite is very good to stay and price is good for value.

전박적으로 관리가 잘 되어있는 호텔입니다. 공항도 가깝고 근처 파라다이스 워크에서 식사 해결했습니다. 다음에 항저우 방문할때도 숙박을 고려할 예정입니다.

Hotel ohne funktionierende Klima-Anlage !!

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Gute Küche !! Abends ein tolles Buffet. Morgens ein wirklich gutes Frühstück. In den warmen Monaten kann ich das Hotel aber nicht empfehlen. Die Klimaanlage ist ein Total-Ausfall. Die Fenster sollte man wegen der Moskitos auch nicht öffnen. Die Klima-Anlage schafft es im Zimmer noch höhere Temperaturen zu erzeugen als außen sind.

行政酒廊的食物、酒水，軟飲不補貨，讓客人覺得不舒服。
房間空調鎖定二十四度，悶。
高樓層水壓小。
早餐補充食材慢、雜亂。
住行政酒廊樓層，還要被施捨免費ＷＩＦＩ，感覺不舒服。
停車塲沒有指標。

Angenehmes Businesshotel mit großen Zimmern und reichhaltigem Restaurant-Angebot.
Direkt gegenüber ist ein großes Shoppingcenter in dem man sich die Zeit vertreiben und kann - dort sind auch diverse Restaurants zu finden.

Overall is good except the restaurant! It is a big restaurant. However, the waitress asked us to take the buffet instead of a la carte because they already have 10 guests ordered their meal and we need to wait for at least 1.5hrs. It is strange for me, a big restaurant only can serve <10 guests.
