We stayed at this Hilton because of its proximity to the airport and the fact that it offered a free shuttle to said airport. Expected to be underwhelmed, but convenient. The exterior was basic, however the interior was recently remodeled and the rooms were both spacious and clean. Nice little pool area where we spent our last afternoon in Provence. Excellent restaurant and the shuttle was ready & waiting at 4am when we needed to get to airport. Highly recommend!

The room we were given was in need of a makeover - paint peeling off the bathroom walls, very old fit out. The hotel lost power in the morning and there was no communication with guests.

Great location and helpful staff.

Our room was good and spacious but the shower room was a let down with black mould all other the bottom of the shower tray.
In the bar area a lot of seats/sofa were stained and dirty.

Swimming pool was great.
Bar food(sharing meat plate) and drinking were good and well priced.

Overall a good and convenient place to stay before catching another flight or starting your holiday in Provence.
Location at the airport is great and to be honest the staff is very friendly and nice.
Shuttle to the airport is great.
Definitely will stay again.

Did not know if there were pool towels available - there were not any instructions about this or indication that we were to use our room towels. Information would be helpful.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful when we left at 3:30 am to go to airport. Also, the shuttle driver (young female) was very good as well.

I feel like if the airport hotel cannot get you to the airport, they fail in at least part of their mission. Whether through lack of caring or imagination, this hotel, located only 5 minutes from the airport, could only get 6 “things” onto their shuttle - either a suitcase or a person counts as a “thing”. So either 1 person with 5 suitcases, or I guess 6 people with no suitcases, or 3 people with 3 suitcases. That’s it. So one shuttle, 6 things, bunch of people trying to catch a flight. Not a good look.

First time at this particular Hilton Garden Inn and very satisfied. Had to get an earlier flight and ended up arriving hours before check in but staff happily let us check in after a long day travelling. Very comfortable and clean room, really quiet in the evening which makes a change from hearing other guests in the corridors normally. Food was excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Was there on business and they offered transport to and from Airbus no matter what time of day or night it was. Would definitely recommend and will choose this hotel again next time.

Issues were : one hour delay for the room to be ready because it had not yet been cleaned by check-in time.
Also, the restaurant is only open at certain times.
And the temperature in the room was very low, while no additional duvets were provided to spend a night not in freezing mode.

It is a lovely property. Clean, well maintained, and well managed. Our room was too cool for our taste. When we called for help with the thermostat, someone arrived in less than five minutes with a space heater. Problem solved

A short stay before a long flight. The room was available early. Reception team were brilliant. Room was large, well appointed with iron and board. Lots of room to work from and to put bags. Recently refurbed and indoor /outdoor areas are fresh, clean and comfortable. Garden/outdoor and pool area large. Lots of chairs/umbrellas. Pool great.

Service in restaurant poor. Food even worse.
Our AC was broken. No free rooms so they gave ua a fan. And an offer of a voucher for a free drink. After saying this was unacceptable they gave us a voucher for 35 Euros each for dinner. Too bad the food was terrible and took 2 hours
We purposely chose Hilton but will not choose again. If it we didnt arrive so late at night we would have cancelled our reservation and changed hotels.

We liked the size of the room, the bar and restaurant, which both had outdoor areas. Free shuttle to the airport and even though we left at 4 am, there was juice, coffee and pastries for us!
We were right next to the elevator and that proved to be a bit noisy in the night.

Very close to airport and they have a free shuttle to get you there. Only downside is that we did not get a requested wake up call in the morning. We were awake anyway, but that could have been upsetting if we had missed a flight because of this.

Do not stay here - this hotel has a lot of issues, so much so that I left right after check out. They assigned multiple people the same room - I walked in on someone and two walked in on our room. This happened to multiple people and the front desk just kept assigning new rooms. The rooms have ants all over them - they were all over the bed, the desk, the bathroom. This wasn’t a one off - the third floor had the issue across multiple rooms. We ended up running away from this hotel after trying 3(!!) rooms. The area around is unsafe and almost no dining, everything is gated and there is trash and suspicious people walking around.

Great hotel near the airport

The hotel itself is airy and calm, with a pleasant, modern design. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. A useful tip: sign up for the shuttle back to the airport as early as possible, as seats fill up quickly.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a good air conditioner, and we appreciated the inclusion of hair conditioner in the bathroom, which is quite rare. There’s also a lovely outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The only drawback was the hotel’s restaurant, which messed up our order, and the fact that the airport shuttle fills up fast, so early booking is highly recommended.

The hotel is located really close to the airport, which made it very easy to get to it. However, upon our arrival we were told that our rooms were not ready, and they should be in an hour. We went to eat and came back after an hour and half and our rooms were still not ready. They said they were, but they weren't. So, they changed us of room. One of the room had the shower drain clogged, which created a flood in the bathroom....for the inconvenience they gave us some drinks...not impressed. Some of the staff was very nice and kind, which we appreciate.

I’m not sure why this hotel’s ratings aren’t higher, and it may have to do with people not getting the newly renovated and upgraded rooms in the past, but for an airport hotel in Marseille, this hotel and its grounds are very pleasant. It has its own garden and the restaurant is very well appointed with a nice patio. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff was also very helpful to us during the recent taxi strike.

Hilton has maintained the high quality of the form Pullman hotel. Conveniently situated near airport, but added a good restaurant. Couple of deceptions: in room coffee machine didn’t work; had asked for a wake up call which never occurred. It was lucky I was affected by jet lag & woke up on my own otherwise I could have missed my flight.

The staff failed to ask us at check in if we needed to book the shuttle. 2 hours later when we went to arrange a ride they told us the shuttle was full for our time. They made no effort to compensate for their error and we ended up having to pay for an uber after we stayed at this hotel for the airport shuttle. In addition our room was incredibly hot.
